The hotel location, room size, ammenities, the lobby library.

-The room was a bit too dark and needed more overhead lighting, especially to work. - Too much construction in the area at the moment so it was very noisy.

Breakfast was wonderful

It will be better when construction across the street is over. Bar should be open early and stay open later

Beautiful hotel that met then exceeded my expectations

Very sleek and spacious room with full amenities and a great shower. The staff was also extremely kind and accommodating and the food was delicious.

Lack of breakfast. Difficult access with construction all across the street.

The hotel is in a phenomenal hot spot if you love nightlife, good coffee and or shopping. Private, tucked off of a Main Street, in a wonderful area. The lobby, bar, restaurant are just stunning. Feels like a private condo with the convenience of a bar/restaurant. Loved the stocked minibar, even though I brought my own. The room had everything that I needed as far as a variety of glass wear and coffee etc. loved the large containers of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Nice touch. also love the decor throughout. Gorgeous lighting in the rooms.

The built-ins were really damaged. The repair was mediocre. Walls were marked or scuffed and some corners were damaged. The shower floor had soap scum and/or calcium build up. The shower never got hot enough for my liking and the drain plugged up 2-3 times during my shower. I had to shut the water off to let it drain before rinsing the soap off. Not fun.

I wrote out a list of the issues and handed them in on Thursday morning before I left for the attention of the Guest services manager, Mr. F. Wolf. I never received a response and nothing was done to rectify my issues or to respond to them. The only 5 star award goes to every single me,ber of the staff that I met - door staff, reception, week’s housekeepers and restaurant and bar staff.

It was perfectly good for what I needed!

Cost of a takeaway coffee! Go to Starbucks if you don’t want to faint!

Friendly and helpful staff, Parking available on site, amazing rooms with the most comfortable beds i've seen in a hotel. Central location directly downtown right by the water, lots of restaurants nearby.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was comfy.

To be honest the price was high but there was a lot going on that weekend. Unfortunately everything is higher.

Apart from the relentless construction all around, the location in terms of proximity to things is great. Rooms are comfortable.

The rooms are dark and somewhat tired. I had a number of issues with cleanliness, the thermostat, and bathroom fixtures. Would love it if we could stream from our own devices to the TV.

I hate the construction of the opposite side of the road, can’t turn on the window of shutter and the atmosphere is too dark.

The room was kept clean.

Magnetic keys needed to be replaced several times ...which was irritating. A few lights needed replacing. More lighting is needed ...the room was too dark. The lighting switch for the closet area also turned on lamps at the bed ...a really strange combination. The soap dispenser in the shower ran out and was not refilled.

The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely staff. Everyone wants to help & I believe they realize they are not dealing with an ideal situation . More about that in next question.

I can not emphasize enough about the construction. There is not just some construction across the street . You are in the middle of a construction zone , the hotel is literally plopped in the middle. For me , noise was not a problem, although there are ear plugs in the room . It is the construction smells, dank, particulates. I have asthma & used my mask when walking to hotel door. Inside , is fine. They do tell you there is construction but you can’t realize how close.

Location was excellent for our purposes. Bed was comfy. Room very Quiet. Staff very helpful.

No hot water for bath feature only shower. No plug in sink. So much construction outside no view.

Construction … and the price ..

The location was perfect for our visit. Fairly close to train station. Very close to family and other sight-seeing options.

Building work opposite hotel was a bit noisy with a 6am start. Not the hotel's fault but maybe a reduction in the room rate for the inconvenience would have been nice. The breakfast was ok, but a little over-priced.

I thought the dinner was excellent along with the service. I also enjoyed the location that was very close to restaurants and tourist locations. The rooms were very clean and trendy. The staff was very helpful

The room keys were not working properly. So that could be improved. Although there is construction it may be inconvenient if I was driving but that was not the case for me.

The breakfast was delicious but overpriced. I stayed for 3 nights and should have received free breakfast at least one day. I loved the room, very comfortable.

The room had very poor lighting especially due to construction I had no view and could not even open my blinds as there was another building right infront of my room window.
