The hotel was perfect for a city trip to Toronto, different streetcar options were very close, but we could also just walk to some major attractions of the city. The room was really nice, especially the bathroom was super spacious and I really liked the design. Would visit again anytime.

Loved this hotel!!! Would 100% stay here again!! The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Toronto, just a five‑minute walk from Rogers Stadium and Queen Street. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, much larger than we expected. During our honeymoon stay, Xavier went above and beyond by decorating the room with balloons, petals, and macarons to welcome us. He was incredibly approachable and knowledgeable about the area and an absolute delight. Susie was equally wonderful and kindly arranged an early check‑in for us. The gym was also a bonus and had everything you needed. There is an Nespresso machine with takeaway cups in the room which is refilled EVERYDAY!! And the bathroom was our favourite!! There was a lovely café in the hotel serving beautiful pastries and great coffee, and the staff there were absolutely delightful. Everything about this hotel was just delightful and made our honeymoon even better whilst visiting Toronto.

The jacuzzi in the swimming pool could be improved, as the jets were barely working and it felt more like a hot bath. The overall swimming pool and spa area would also benefit from a light refresh or revamp. Other than that, the hotel was fabulous.

This is a perfectly located hotel of you are going to the theatre or to a sporting event in the city. The view from our room was of the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre sculptures. It was a short 5 minute walk to the Princess of Whales Theatre and there are lots of nice restaurants close by. Reserved parking under the hotel was very convenient. The rooms are spacious and overall high quality design, bedding, toiletries, etc.

The price seems excessive for a one night stay. That said, it was one of the lower priced hotels we could find available in the area. I was shocked that finding a hotel room mid week in April would require paying $750+ for.

Everything was great! Probably the best hotel experience we’ve ever had; staff was so truly helpful and kind, I’ve never seen anything like it! The team and the facilities were perfect; the bathroom floors were always warm, which sounds silly, but it was very nice. There was an ice machine in our floor, helped a ton with my bruised ankle from walking around. Anyway, highly recommend :)

The pool was a great bonus. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Nice to have the walk-in closet so that the room itself wasn’t cluttered.

It was hard to control the temperature with the device on the wall.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable, loved that the hotel was so close to Rogers center!

The hotel is within walking distance of Roger’s Center and Union Station. We were in a bit of a hurry to leave our luggage to get to the game so they arranged for us to check in early. The room was beautiful and included special extras for a special birthday surprise.

This is such a hidden gem in downtown Toronto. This hotel has a quiet elegance for a peaceful stay throughout my 4 nights spent at the hotel. I am a seasoned traveler with over 120 nights each year spent in hotels. This property could be Toronto's best accommodation secret! (Almost hate to share this!) I will be canceling other reservations and rebooking at the SoHo Hotel! Every aspect of my stay was beyond expectations - the room comfort, the beautiful bathroom, living room and work area. the decor, finishes and space colours were refined and relaxing - upscale for sure! the amenities were 5-star. It was just such a pleasant surprise to be treated well by such a kind and welcoming staff too.

There is not a single negative thing to say about SoHo Hotel!

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were amazing, even sang my wife, happy birthday with candles and balloons. The place is gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Had it all to ourselves for an hr. Super clean and comfortable. Will be going back. Even saw someone famous

Lobby area is under renovation so looked a bit shabby when we arrived. Restaurant was ok, not a fan of waitresses in tiny skirts and low cut tops serving me my pasta!

Location! Within walking distance to Roger baseball stadium, Scotiabank Ice hockey, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium. Royal Thompson Hall, home of TSO. Ontario Gallery of Art and meeting places for most tours. Staff were friendly. Our housekeeping, Novena, was especially helpful and welcoming. Bathroom is AMAZING! It made up for the tired bedroom decor. The view of the CN Tower and Rigers Stadium was impressive. We did not eat at the hotel.

The hotel was under some renovation. The outside looks tired. The entrance was dusty. No doorman. No apologies for the inconvenience caused by ongoing works. Makeshift reception desk. Lifts were dusty fir the four days of our stay. Our room smelled of stale smoke which more off a little throughout our stay. The decor ismasculin, tired and used. I hope this is on the renovation list.

Breakfast was good . Room was very nice with lots of storage. Large bathroom with heated floor. Central location . Hotel gave us a late check out and reception stored our bags until we left for the airport .

Great hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. They did an outstanding job with the extra amenities which were purchased for the stay. The room was great and bathroom was amazing. Highly recommend to stay here.

I LOVED the heated bathroom floors and my husband LOVED the comfy king sized bed.

There were at times during the night where we could hear the people in the hallway. The doors were not sound proof but luckily the bed is far from the door but you could still here it especially if you're a light sleeper.

The bath room was fantastic - heated floors were luxurious and the soaker tub really set the experience apart from other hotels! The size of the room was remarkable and a very thoughtfully stocked minibar. We also had a lovely peek-a-boo view of the Skydome - a city plus!

my few, minor dislikes were: I prefer for the bed to be facing the TV, I would have preferred not having to download an app for room service, and the pool was too cold to swim in - I usually love an early morning swim

Susie was a doll and I loved her. I know I’m a little bit scatterbrained so I really appreciated. Everyone’s patience around me as I was new around the area. I am definitely coming back. Everything about the place was exactly what I was looking for.

I couldn’t even name a single thing I don’t like

Location was great. Close enough with a short Uber ride to Queen Street for shopping and nice restaurants, but far enough away it wasnt too loud. Pretty basic city view but we had a view of the adorable dog run which we liked! The room was very large for us two, with different types of ambient lighting, automatic blinds and curtains, and a super comfy bed. It was nice and dark for sleeping in but allowed for a lot of natural light with the blinds open. The bathroom was luxurious! Heated floors and a soaker tub! Much needed for relaxing😌 and a grand closet with a full length mirror. The gym/pool staff were very friendly and everything was very clean there as well. It was a great deal for everything we got and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city. Checking in and out was super easy.

Through no fault of the hotel staff, the restaurant attached wasn't our favorite. But there were some other great selections in the area and the café made great coffee.

The lobby was under construction, but the staff's friendliness made up for it. The bed was very comfortable, but the room felt too small for the price. The room service breakfast ordered was good, and the staff was excellent. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch.

Lovely stay here. We booked very last minute after moving accommodations. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely and made the room very nice for us which was very much appreciated. Room was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed.

I didn’t particularly not like anything staff were attentive and helpful and the room was nice enough. However I’m struggling to see why it is 5 star. Feels more like a 4 star stay. It doesn’t have that feel of 5 star it’s a little bit outdated. But it is a perfectly nice place to stay and there were no issues, if you are looking for 5 star luxury it’s perhaps not here

Accommodated all of our requests. The TV in the room allows you to cast from your phone, so we could watch Netflix. Coffee shop downstairs is great.

Traffic outside is loud. Not hotels fault.
