I liked how Moretti was easily located in the hotel. Bathrooms heated floors were amazing.

The lobby was under construction, but the staff's friendliness made up for it. The bed was very comfortable, but the room felt too small for the price. The room service breakfast ordered was good, and the staff was excellent. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The pool water was very cold and the whirlpool was not working properly.

Lovely stay here. We booked very last minute after moving accommodations. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely and made the room very nice for us which was very much appreciated. Room was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed.

I didn’t particularly not like anything staff were attentive and helpful and the room was nice enough. However I’m struggling to see why it is 5 star. Feels more like a 4 star stay. It doesn’t have that feel of 5 star it’s a little bit outdated. But it is a perfectly nice place to stay and there were no issues, if you are looking for 5 star luxury it’s perhaps not here

Accommodated all of our requests. The TV in the room allows you to cast from your phone, so we could watch Netflix. Coffee shop downstairs is great.

Traffic outside is loud. Not hotels fault.

This hotel is in a great location, quiet, staff are helpful. I had a really lovely room with a great view of Toronto's famous tower. Everything is good. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

The bed sheets were soft and luxurious, and the heated bathroom floor was such a delightful touch — perfect for chilly mornings! We paid a premium to stay here while in Toronto for the Blue Jays World Series, and while the hotel itself was convenient and comfortable, I have to say it felt very overpriced. After driving home late and dealing with traffic many nights during the post season we decided to treat ourselves, it was nice to relax for the night, but on a regular weekend we would NEVER pay what we paid for the room. The pool facilities were disappointing, especially the hot tub — the jets were minimal to nonexistent, so it felt more like sitting in a warm bath than a proper spa experience.

The location of fantastic. A very good area to study. The staff were extremely helpful.

We were offered our upgrade. Which I accepted but it was not really explained that I would need to pay extra. But I didn't mind as they upgrade was very nice

This was our second visit to the SoHo. We absolutely loved our first visit so when another big concert came to the city (Oasis) it was a no brainer where we would be staying.

Some minor accommodations I asked for weren't able to be met but I wasn't told until after I arrived.

What a beautiful room! The bathroom was stunning with heated floors and a big soaking tub. The bed was very comfortable. We had big windows looking into the street with drapes that could be controlled by a button on the wall (fancy!). It was a 5 minute walk to the Rogers Centre, which was very convenient for us. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was expensive (but that's Toronto for ya). There was a parking structure on site, which was convenient. It was $45 per night and was a little confusing to use.

A great hotel in the perfect location. All attractions and places to go out are at walking distance, with the CN Tower at your door step. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms have a good size and are tastefully decorated, the gym is very complete and the swimming pool, even though small, allows a decent swimming workout. I would come back and fully recommend it. Thank you very much!

The room was large, clean, quiet and well equipped - what else can one ask for We had a problem with our rental car, the reservation desk helped us work through the problem and could not have been nicer and more helpful. Stayed with the problem, dealt with the rental company and allowed us to see the city during this. Issue fully resolve on our return. Forever thankful !!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, in a perfect location, and the staff went above and beyond, always friendly, kind, and welcoming. What really touched me was the thoughtful birthday surprise with balloons and cupcakes, it made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Location is nice, the coffee downstairs too. Personnel not bad and the property is new. The bed is super comfortable. The hot floor in the bathroom is a plus. Was nice to give me 2 hours more for the late check out.

Parking cost 40 dollars a night with out valet. Exit from the parking is strange e difficult, several people was down there looking for the exit. Furniture are poor and to busy. Curtains doesn't close nice and bother in the morning when the light come in
