Breakfast is great, the wait staff there top notch. Spa is always superb, no issues there.

Whichever tandem worked the coffee shop Friday 20th were unbelievably slow. 20m or so to make coffee for 3 customers, all of us sighing and irritated by the wait. The barrister, not a care in the World just taking her time. Imagine if there was an actual rush.
Gym under Reno I guess, wish this was stated before I booked. I came here specifically because I can get in a solid workout before a hectic day. The basement patchwork gym unacceptable.

The hotel has given me the worst room facing right in front of a construction site despite the fact that I’m a loyal customer of the Fpur Seasons. I did change to a quiet room the next day however during the change of room I have forgotten some memorable items in the drawer of my old room. When I try calling the front desk and ask them to locate my items they simply told me nothing was found! They didn’t even try to find it and simply told me nothing was found….. all in all very disappointed with the service. This is the worst Four Seasons Hotel ever and I won’t recommend it to anyone!!!

Hotel staff are very attentive, the hotel is very well appointed and the rooms are large spacious and modern. Everything was excellent during our stay. The cot they provided was originally a little small but it was no trouble to them and they immediately changed it out for a larger cot. Highly recommend.

This is definitely one of if not the best hotels in Toronto. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. The staff is always helpful and polite and provide the expected service. Food, though pricey, is of a high quality. The gym and spa are excellent.

This is a classic Four Seasons that you would expect. Absolutely wonderful service that was quick and always present. Room was spectacular with a wonderful view of the entire city with a good degree of luxury. You get what you pay for. This isn't a cheap stay but you shouldn't expect that at this price point. Very wonderful stay if you are able to afford it.

Been here a few times already, now I can't go anywhere else when in Toronto. Four Season sets the bar in terms of location, cleanliness, amenities and staff.

Had a minor issue a massage and made thoughts known. Manage immediately reached out and offered a credit or full reimbursement, 5 star treatment.

Breakfast and supper at Cafe Boulud are too notch. The spa is fantastic as well as all the amenities. No complaints whatsoever, you get what you pay for.

All staff were excellent. The room was spacious and high spec. The reception upon arrival was also excellent - we were a group of 15 people and despite arriving around three hours prior to check in time, all of our rooms were ready. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The shower didn’t work very well - I couldn’t get the rainfall shower to work at all, and it took a while to figure out how to get the other shower to the right temperature, but to be fair I didn’t tell the hotel staff so they might have resolved this given the chance. Same issue with the steamer, which didn’t work, but again I didn’t report this.

The rooms are absolutely stunningly beautiful. Sexy and elegant – lots of marble. Beautiful colour palette. The beds are uber comfy. All the touches like the little maple toffees and the Madelines upon arrival: all spectacular . They raise the service bar extremely high— every staff member I dealt with was professional, capable, and customer-service oriented.

If I was being picky, the room service food could be elevated a little bit. Example: The falafel bites came in a funny little fry holder. A little old-school and roadhousey

Location has a fair amount of construction happening around the hotel, also a bit of a distance from downtown toronto

Exceptional service by the staff and extremely welcoming. We had a slight issue with The room and the staff are very happy to swap us to another room and move all our belongings without needing to pack and unpack again.

The bar area is busy with non hotel guests and so it’s a little difficult just to have a quiet drink.

We booked one night at the Four Seasons. This was my second stay at the hotel and it was perfect. Cafe Boulard has a delicious lunch menu and room service for breakfast was fast and very good.

Hotel is very comfortable with excellent service . I think it overpriced and recommend to book rooms with breakfast included options .
