Great location, beautiful boutique vibe, nice restaurant!

I wished I upgraded my room one or two levels for more room for large luggage. Our ensuite had water damage and should be fixed prior to putting people in that room

Fabulous location. Right beside Underground stop. Very friendly staff. Comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. Very clean.

Beautiful. Clean. Well organised. I had a late check in and Fash who checking us in looked after us and made us feel very comfortable with an upgrade, suggestions for where to order in. He organised our table setting in advance in anticipation of our very delayed order.

Beautiful hotel, the most comfy bed and shower and the staff was so hospitable and accommodating!

The room was a bit small, so if traveling with big luggage it’s a bit tight

I was emailed 3 times during my stay to say my card had been declined. The card was fine. This soured my stay a little bit.

Location was great and the building is beautiful. The room was very comfortable and bed was lovely.

Breakfast was room service but was cold when it arrived and came without any butter for the toast, salt and pepper or condiments. It was disappointing The radio batteries in the bathroom didn’t work which was a shame. I’m sure if we had asked they would have provided new ones.

A slightly bigger room

Warm and welcoming environment. More than a hotel stay, it feels like being guests welcomed into the home of good friends, in addition to all the comforts and services that a structure of this level can offer.

Toilet brush in the bathroom was missing.

The location is excellent.

The shower in the spare double is way too small a space. I don’t think it was even 80x80cm! The fan in the shower room should also shut off as soon as the light is switched off as it is so noisy it kept me awake. For a boutique hotel I found the room bland and poky.

The room looked out on a pretty ordinary back alley… but we didn’t really spend much time there…

It’s a small boutique hotel in a great location with a lovely atmosphere, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, this is our third stay at this hotel, we just love it.

Excellent location. Clean, bright room. Modern bathroom. Comfortable bed.

The rooms are quite small and fail to justify the steep price. Despite confirming the checkout time over the phone the evening before, we were still locked out of our room early. Although the reception team reactivated our card, they did not apologize for the inconvenience.

The team are beyond fabulous , genuinely kind & friendly , respectful , efficient but also warm & fun !

I love the people who work there they are so genuinely friendly and warm .. it feels like a home .. but a super nice , very efficient , immaculate one so it’s a nice home from home for me . I like the food which is light and healthy . I love the restaurant and bar where you can work and eat

There is no sitting space in the so-called "large" double room.

Everything! The decor, the staff, the location all excellent, but even more importantly comfy bed, comfy pillows, dark quiet room. Excellent attention to detail, everything is thought about, it is immaculately clean and even smells gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again

Room was spacious and had everything I needed. The location was fabulous too - right by the subway station and surrounded by excellent food spots

I wish they helped me with my luggage. They did ask if I needed help later after the check in. I wish they had asked sooner.

Our room - which was a Master Suite, was a great size and lovely and bright. Very comfortable. It was also well serviced and cleaned during our stay.

The common areas like the bar and breakfast area are small and tends to get crowded and noisy. Sitting outside sadly was not an option during our stay as it was raining.

Location is amazing. Beautifully appointed. Felt like being home. The staff were the best!

It was very clean, great location, comfortable rooms and in particular comfortable bed and pillows. It was also beautifully designed

Service was chaotic. Everyone tried their best, but they seemed entirely uncoordinated and at times overwhelmed.

The staff were friendly & welcoming and the room was very comfortable and roomy.

The breakfast was expensive, the serving of food was totally out of sink, toast first, with cereal/ & cooked breakfast arriving at the same. Very disappointing.

It is an elegant property.

The room was quite small, with very little place to put one’s things. We stayed three nights and there were some mechanical noises each night, so part of the infrastructure. For $600/night I would expect more.

Had a wonderful trip with family as our daughter showed us around London where she used to live and work. The location was perfect as we had many places to visit. The tube was easily accessible as were the taxis.
