It was pleasant stay and fully enjoyed, the location was good, the staff very good
All the staff were fantastic, the Cleaning staff was very thorough. They delivered whatever we asked very promptly. The location was fantastic, <3 min walk to Mashreeq Metro station. They had a Grocery store nearby and lots of Eating options within walking distance
Most of it is fine, the Design of Bath tub was problematic. I was using shower only and getting into the tub and getting out was a bit tricky. One had to be carefull. This is a minor issue

great place to stay in Dubai
the 3 bed room apartment is really huge ! it has a total of 5 bathrooms , a big dining and living rooms plus a big kitchen with all the facilities needed for the stay
regarding apartment 3201, there is a continous washing sound and a sound of tap water that opens and closes for almost the whole day in the master room that is located at the end of the corridor ! it really irritate us at times specially when we want to sleep !

the stay was ok but for the premium price I payed I would expect better.

fridge was not cooling.
showers ran out of water several times.
asked for ice to be delivered and it never came.
on arrival The security guy would not let us in the car park even though we said we were checking in. there was no other options to park during check in as the very limited parking area for check in was taken.

Nice personnel & Very clean place BUT extremely noisy inclusding at night because of traffic
Personnel is nice.
Reaction is very quick in order to fix problems (cold water => a maintenance staff was sent immediately) or answer to request (extra pan, etc.).
Well stocked supermarket almost next door => very convenient
The flat was EXTREMELY NOISY due to very poor sound insulation making sleeping somehow not pleasant : our flat was on 14th floor overlooking Sheik Zyaed avenue. Is it a an unfortunate specificity of our flat or a characteristic of the whole Adagio building, that I do not know.
Location is average for tourists : half way between Marina and Burj Khalifa areas an,d distances in Dubai are huge.
