Very expensive to eat, breakfast is not included with the room. Staff at the gym/pool were very snooty one morning.

Absolutely fantastic room and really appreciate the upgrade we received to get it.

The Breakfast used to be a highlight but we found that in the Cafe Mix it was quite ordinary. It was much better when it was in the restaurant on the 28th floor.

Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming - there was quite a line despite a number of free tables, and the staff were slow to replenish empty dishes and cutlery - wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.

Our late arrival resulted in an unprepared room. Furthermore, upon returning from dinner, we observed that maintenance had been performed in our absence. I anticipated a higher standard of service from the hotel.

The carpet is a little old and the road facing room was a tad noisy.

The staff was absolute amazing! They kindly upgraded us to a room with the best view of the city we could have imagined. Breakfast was great! Something for everyone, big variety:)

Excellent location and so easy to get around the Rocks, Circular Quay and town. The staff offered exceptional service and our room was supposed to have an Opera House view and boy did it deliver! Wonderful view of Vivid from our room.

The walk up the hill from Circular Quay with our suitcases was short but note there’s a lot of stairs!

The staff were all super friendly! Room service was great. The buffet breakfast has a lot of delicious options.

The room felt a little worn out. The tv in the room was meh.

Time takes for room service. Ordered a fork, and it took more than 30 minutes. Everything took 45 mins to an hour on average.

The Horizon Club Lounge was amazing. The view was wonderful and the food, drinks and service were great.

We were so impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were. They went above and beyond.

The location, the welcome, the view from our room and from the Horizon Lounge, which was fantastic value for money. The pool was quiet when we stayed so was very relaxing.

I read some reviews moaning about walking a hill to get to hotel - unless you’re unfit or have health issues it’s not an issue. Likewise some moaned about dated facilities/rooms - not true - it’s a well maintained hotel in a classic (not dated) style. Reminds me of some wonderful hotels in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Views from room were great. It was clean and close to harbour. Staff very friendly.

The noise from the intake filter as you walk n the door was noisy even with a/c off. Choice of pillows would have been appreciated as pillows were uncomfortable.

Reception staff need to be prompted to fulfill requested from booking. Original male check-in staff advised changes were made and they weren’t. Tried to change booking to split party up.overall check-in staff could have been more accommodating.

Beautiful spacious room & bathroom. Amazing views of the harbour We loved that Benjamin sent us a bottle of Moët & Chandon, strawberries & the most delicious mini lamingtons, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was a lovely surprise & very much appreciated. Very comfy bed, pillows & luxurious bedding

We were on level 7. Next time I will request a higher level to get even more amazing views.
