Really top notch hotel and very close to Sydney CBD, the harbour bridge, opera house etc. Very clean and well appointed.

If I’d had a car I think I would’ve balked at $105 per day for parking (valet). In fact this is the only reason we decided to book elsewhere when we came back up to Sydney the following week (having hired a car). That’s really the only negative.

We love this hotel, stay there whenever we can, we got upgraded to a beautiful suite! Great view, great location. We’ll be back :)

All was wonderful except for Breakfast where one of the wait staff was not very good was reported to front desk of restaurant. Ordered coffee sat down waited 1/2 hour had to order of another waiter same with eggs ordered 2 ended up with four. She seemed to be walking around in a daze no name tag

The room had not been cleaned properly.on arrival. We advised on the confusion of the room, which was checked, and cleaned. The staff in Horizon Club were excellent and they went to the room to conduxt a quality check personally, which was appreciated. It was a minor incident. Which was dealt with promptly.

Staff went above and beyond to fulfill all of our wishes, view is fantastic

The only choice we had for breakfast was the buffet, it was too expensive and not convenient if we have to leave early. There was no coffee shop near the hotel. The hotel should have an option to have small and fast breakfast or only a coffee.

Room service timing varied a lot. there was no way to indicate when service was desired. Sometimes staff came at unsuitable times Breakfast room was overcrowded (queues !) while breakfast at lobby lounge was enjoyable Pool too small.Many jumping/splashing children - obviously not supervised or educated - so swimming was not possible

There’s nothing that I don’t like I like everything.

Great location. Good facilities. Room was perfect size on level 34 with views of the Opera House. Bar on level 36 offered exceptional views around the bay.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Had to queue for 15 minutes even though there were many vacant tables around. Everyone was very unsettled by the waiting around. Took a while for plates to be cleared from the table as we finished with them.

Great location and great rooms

Very limted informal dining option, long serveice delays and inadequate staffing in the only restaurant for informal meals, with poor seating and tables. Buffet breakfast, on the other hand, was outstanding.

Staff assistance with cars and our luggage was great. We appreciated the assistance and patience with our young kids, Can highly recommend.

The pillows were like rocks, but maybe that's a personal opinion? The only issue we had was that we booked our family of 4 in, but the room was only provided with two towels. A quick phone to reception rectified this.

Stunning location and views. Level 36 cocktail bar is a must do. Great vibe. Staff awesome. Close to rocks and harbour bridge. Easy to get there on light rail.
