High end hotel with Perfect location for the waterfront and ferries, great people,

It’s old and the gym is very small

Great position near circular quay. Beautiful view of the opera house from our window. Had a lovely lunch at the restaurant.

The staff Housekeeping was fantastic.

We booked a partial harbour view which we had but it was really more of a view of the highway

Perfect room for viewing Vivid Sydney 2026. They decorated the room in celebration of my 80th birthday and served the most delicious chocolate dessert I’ve ever eaten. AWESOME staff and stay. This was second stay at The Four Seasons Sydney.

Location great. Great corner room with wonderful view. Very spacious. Enjoyed the Lounge very much.

Single vanity. Beds seemed too soft. Very busy hotel with a very hectic feel to it.

The location for vivid is excellent. The friendly staff couldn't do enough for us as we celebrated our 56 th wedding anniversary. Room was in a great location to view the harbour.

I would have liked a blanket in our room as I get to hot under a Donna.

Very appealing comfortable room. The actual hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Ensuring that any hotel service hicups were appropriately rectified in a manner that supports the Four Season brand.

Noise level in a particular room. A loss of politeness from a downstairs bar staff member, so a little extra training required. But again, the full time hotel staff addressed and rectified the issue.

Entry level rooms overlook the back streets and you could be in any chain.

Four Seasons is right on The Quay- perfect location for sightseeing or public transport. Beautiful views and so much to do!

Property is perfect

The whole stay was perfect. From the room to the view and all the facilities. The staff were all super friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect and the inclusions of the club suite exceeded expectations. They even provided a mini mudcake to welcome my son for his birthday.

Location, attention to detail and extremely comfortable bed. Not to mention superb service from Club room staff.

Especially loved the service provided over and above , they made sure I was treated extremely well as I have a serious disability.

Nothing really, if you are going to be extremely critical in May need updating but I like it as it is as it has charm.

Not the hotel's fault but the road closures for Vivid meant we had to use ubers rather than the LRT to get around.

Breakfast - due to the huge number of guests, the place was very busy, a bit of waiting on queue but dtaff were efficient in making sure every guest was looked after. Not many fruit choices

The view from the room was amazing, no tv, just sat on the window seat watching the world go by every night of our stay. House keeping was very good, even came around in the evening to ask if we needed anything.

Beds are so comfortable. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff are attentive and friendly.

Amazing experience at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, we only stayed 1 night for a business meeting but the service from all the staff from the concierge to the front desk, luggage delivery, the room service and the checkout was above my expectation each staff had a smile on their face very friendly and proffessional, the room was very clean and the bedding was absolutely phenomenal very comfortable felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, very impressed with the amenities were also top notch, the location is super convenient being so close to the rocks and circular quay, the Gym was clean and had all the equipment needed for a proper session, didn’t get to try the spa but maybe next time. Also the hotel is pet friendly and looking to book with my furry freinds next time. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the room service food at night was delicious. Super impressed and will definitely come back when we get the chance thank you Four Seasons big tick in my book.

It was surprising to see there was evening room cleaning, we came back from from dinner around 8pm there was a Room Cleaner inside our room. Not a negative just surprising as we only staying for 1 night

The deluxe full harbour view room was absolutely unreal and worth every penny! The hotel staff in general, and particularly the door attendants were so friendly and made me feel very welcome - holding bags for you bringing them to your room, opening car doors and taking the time to speak to you and make sure you’re enjoying your stay. These smaller gestures make such a huge impact and leave a fantastic impression. The in room dining was amazing and the restaurant serves a lovely steak frites and wagyu burger. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants something relaxing and luxurious in Sydney.

Everything. Older property on outside but stylish understated elegance without the brashness of some newer and/or more expensive alternatives on the inside. Felt comfortable, clean and well appointed. Super helpful staff. Fantastic location. Great value for money. Glad i chose it.

What a find! First time we've stayed at the Four Seasons and given we'll be travelling up every two months to visit an elderly aunt, this is our new go-to. The staff were outstanding - welcoming and happy to go the extra mile (they kept the buffet breakfast open for us because we arrived just on closing). The room we stayed in was extremely well priced for Sydney CBD and the hotel itself is located about 100m from Circular Quay. We had a seriously lovely stay and we will be back.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was lovely, the location is wildly convenient and the staff were amazing.
