Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

-The room was very comfortable . -Having a stand downstairs with coffee and things one could buy quickly was very helpful

Didn’t like the fact that there is no rooftop or place one can come to see the views .

I liked everything and the view from the window

I didn't like the shower, because this time it was tiny and the bath was without a glass, so the water got directly on the floor.

Amazing views from the window of our 28th floor full harbour view room. Lovely furnishings and attention to detail. Particularly liked the sliding bathroom walk so you could enjoy the harbour view while at the sink. Very helpful staff that went over and above to make my 60th birthday very special. Our stay was perfect.

The spa area was rather limited - not able to share sauna with partner and nowhere to relax other than outside by the pool. That wouldn’t be great if the weather was inclement

Location and luxury

Very comfy bed

The "team" were super friendly, helpful, proactive, kind and informative. The "beds" were dreamy. The "location" was ideal for watching and accessing VIVID.

We had 2 rooms, one with access to the Executive Lounge, one without. When I asked if our guests could be accommodated we were told it was too busy. When we attended the Lounge it wasn't busy at all.

Our stay was superb, accommodation, location and staff were excellent.

Did not have heated indoor pool, spa and maybe sauna. Only 1 restaurant and Grain bar was closed.

The only reason I wasn’t completely happy was the doona and pillows were dirty , I did show front desk photos and alerted them to this , that was disappointing because I did spend a decent amount on a one nights stay at a more luxury hotel,

Location perfect for us as close to The Rocks and Harbour as well as well just a short stroll to the City centre. The view of the Opera House and Harbour was truly beautiful!!

Everything - stay was amazing Nasser needs a pay rise he went above and beyond helping us with luggage 😁 Spa and pool was great - heated what a treat to use in Aussie winter …..can’t fault will definitely stay again if in Sydney

Was so impressed with the accessible room with the beautiful view. Normally accessible rooms don't have a great view. The hotel is stunning and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We arrived early and room wasn’t ready. Had requested early check in prior to arrival. After flying from USA to Sydney overnight…it would have been wonderful to fall into a Four Seasons hotel bed sooner than a 4 hour wait in the lobby.

Four seasons is one of cleanliness and classy hotel in Sydney, the treatment and respect, wow what a hotel! I give it 💯👌🏾❣️ Let's not forget about the well organised best staff, very polite and kind, they checked on you time to time. I will never regret spending my money on it and I am looking forward to do my one week holiday there soon😍

Four seasons feel like home and if there's one thing I didn't like, is the way I was leaving soon, I feel like staying there forever 😩

Four seasons was an amazing 5 star experience from the service to the luxurious large rooms and pool area. They were also kind to offer a late check out to time in with our flight which was most appreciated.

Location is outstanding Service phenomenal View so lovely of the opera house. Room service menu so delicious Room attendant’s small touches really made our stay extra special Surprise little cake and bubbles as a welcome to celebrate our elopement and my 50 th birthday very special.

The kind consideration of the hotel to acknowledge our 40th Wedding Anniversary. As always we really enjoy the Grain Bar, and its atmosphere, beer and wine selection and of course the great service.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel as the price nominated on Booking.com at $60 per head was a bit rich, hence we had breakfast at the new The Collective courtyard dining in the Argyle (nice). We thought accessing the Shower was a bit unsafe (over the tall bath edge), and would be difficult (or dangerous) for elderly persons especially without a shower grab rail. If I was to be nitty picky, a room in exactly the same aspect as #611, but several more storey's higher would be preferred, that would minimise the view and visual impact of the Cahill Expressway - but our room was great.

had to go and collect my baggage as it was more than 40 minutes since I had arrived and I needed my baggage to chnage and go to a meeting

Everything from location to staff to the room and amenities! Everything that exceptional! We ended up with a a beautiful partial harbour view! Which was the icing on the cake. Didn’t want to check out.

We have stayed at many hotels in city and this place was up there with the best in serice. Room layout was amazing and added a pull out sofa for the kids no fuss. They gave us complimentary late checkout which is very rare. staff were very welcoming. Will definately stay again.
