Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

It was nicely presented and staff were friendly

I expected a little more from a 4 seasons. It was a bit small rooms and the general vibe was a bit dated. For example, the foyer and carpet is a bit tired. It didn't feel like a special place to stay more functional.

Although we were told to walking to phantom was a good option advice that the botanical gardens would be closed and that we would need to allow extra time to walk all the way around the garden. But this isn’t a negative about four seasons or the staff. We probably should have ask more details

The small extra cost of the 32-floor executive premium club was well worth it with hot made to taste breakfasts and complimentary evening drinks and canapes excellent value. Staff there were well above expectations for those of us willing to treat them as friends.

We paidextra for a harbor view and did not regret our decision.

Location, harbour views, quality food in their restaurant “Mode” and a nice cocktail bar “Grain”. The bell hop service was also excellent.

We were given a disabled room with no bath just a walk in shower and an annoyingly slow auto door opening. The room was still high quality with a great view.

Great location - light rail, trains and ferries right on the doorstep. Comfortable room. Easy walk to major sights.

Great location near to the Rocks and Circular keys. Room was spacious and well equipped. It's what you would expect from the hotel.

not keen on their restaurant area which is underwhelming on the ground floor in a windowless area. Also the hotel just feels a bit faceless but can't say there was anything wrong

Million pound view.. £300 a night but WOW.. 26th floor.. took 9 seconds in lift.. view of opera house and bridge.. will stay with us forever.

The staff were amazing! Everyone we encountered were so nice and accommodating. The location is perfect, very walkable to the wharf and the Rocks.

Nothing Loved it all from the moment we arrived. From the valet parking to waiting in line to check in the customer service you should be extremely proud of. This is our first time staying at the Four Seasons and we will be back.

The cost

The reception area when we arrived was busy and with a long line. Very quickly the staff had cookies and juice for us all and Darrin (guest experience coordinator) was asking to take our luggage for us. I was very impressed at the level of service. Oh, and I have never been surrounded by so many feathers than in that bed. It was very comfortable.

The whole experience was wonderful. Location was in walking distance to everything we needed.The room was great with a fabulous view of Sydney harbour. The bed was so comfortable.

Perfect location. The staff were absolutely brilliant. In 11 years of travelling with my dog I’ve never had such fantastic facilities to cater for him. Doggy treats, bowls and own bed. The staff made a genuine fuss over him too. The room was superb and the facilities excellent. I’d stay here again with my dog in a heartbeat

It seems churlish to criticise anything but maybe one or 2 things could be addressed. 1. My diet consists of no sugar. Therefore it would be useful to have ingredients of food displayed, particularly the restaurant menu, additionally a dessert alternative with no sugar? 2. Slight quibble with the pet surcharge. Although the amenities for my dog were superb, I think the additional cost for one night for my dog were a bit on the expensive side.

Met all expectations as expected from the Four Seasons brand. The hotel and the staff were brilliant. The staff cannot be more helpful. Facilities were great, breakfast was great.

Great room layout with gorgeous view of Sydney Harbor and the Opera House. The bed was really comfortable, we loved all the amenities, especially the unlimited water.

I got locked out of my locker in the Ladies Locker Room by the pool. There is no phone in the locker room to call anyone, so I had to walk to the hotel lobby in my robe to get someone to help. An inhouse phone would have been really helpful

Fantastic service from the Valet Parking to Reception and the staff on level 32 Club Lounge! It was my partner's 40th birthday and they also upgraded our room and made her feel really Special! The Spicy Margaritas were Amazing!!!

Views were brilliant and hotel was easy to find driving and parking, staff were lovely and very helpful

Pillows were too soft. You need firmer pillows. Breakfast wasn’t very hot. Most of the dishes were luke warm or cold
