Great location and most importantly the best staff.

The new bathroom layout is very poor with slopes on bedroom floor so pronounced that one could lose balance ! The bathroom is rather too compact for easy use !

Loved the location, so central for lots of the sights we wanted to see.

We hated the fact that, before we booked, Booking.com advertised this hotel as having a free taxi from the airport to the hotel. Nowhere in my booking or anywhere on any documentation was there a link for a free taxi. I contacted customer service (most useless name) but kept getting transferred from agent to agent. Eventually got through to book a taxi... at my own expense. Booking.com is a farce of a company and needs a complete overhaul of their customer service policy. BTW, we didn't have any dislikes of the hotel.

Location, location, location

Booked 2 rooms, one for myself and partner, the other for 2 friends, we were on different floors, pity we could not have been on the same floor.

Mr. Ali provided exceptional assistance following a disappointing interaction . Despite having paid for my room in advance and explaining that a bond would not be necessary, staff entered my room to clear the minibar. My credit card was already on file, making this action unnecessary and intrusive. Mr. Ali’s professionalism and support in resolving the situation were greatly appreciated.

The way staff came in was exceptionally poor and bordered on breaking and entering

Location is exceptional. Staff including the cleaning staff were excellent. We felt very looked after. The breakfast and canapés - great food! Attention to detail was very much appreciated.

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. From the surprise of the room upgrade to the little touches and kindness from the housekeeping staff. All the staff made it the perfect stay and the hotel and room was beautiful.

The room service was not up to scratch although they did comp the entire service. It was still a letdown. The harbour view suites are small in comparison to other suites of other five star hotels in the area

I recently visited Endota Spa at the Four Seasons and, to be honest, it wasn’t quite what I expected. The waiting experience felt impersonal—sitting in a bright corridor alongside other guests in dressing gowns felt clustered and exposed, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for before my treatment. That said, I do want to highlight that my therapist was excellent, and the treatment itself was of high quality. However, due to the overall setting and lack of privacy in the waiting area, I wouldn’t choose to return. It was ideal for my needs

The Four Seasons went above expected. We travelled as a suprise for my husbands 60th and were impressed with the level of service offered to us. The restaurant.. Michael and his team were fabulous and so welcoming, they made our stay much more than expected. Gym facilities were excellent, clean & exactly what is required when travelling.

Only the Four Seasons can make you feel at home. The staff is highly professional, always ready to help and assist you with any request. My room was very comfortable. Location is superb, close to the Sydney Opera House, in a great neighborhood with cafés and restaurants. The buffet was remarkable.

we had a serious situation happen in the room with the shower. The attention we received and the way the staff helped us were fantastic. we couldn't have asked for better service. we were constantly asked if we were OK and had staff checking in on us. I am very impressed. The situation that occurred was out of their control, but they handled it with great professionalism. because of the care we received, we would certainly stay here again.
