The location between the Rocks and Pitt Street was perfect for our overnight.

It was a bit hard to find, discreet signage. The Bar was also closed on public holiday, which we were not aware of prior to booking.

Great location, friendly staff and we loved the room.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location. The staff were so helpful making our one night stop very enjoyable. The bedroom was large with every amenity offered, beautifully designed and very comfortable. We were ten minutes walk to circular quay with train stop just outside door. Will definitely be back.

Reception staff very welcoming & offered all sorts of assistance. Bed was comfortable. Location is very good. Very well catered for with beveridge items, ironing, toiletries.

The bathroom sliding door was very heavy & hard to close/open. The shower area tiles were ingrained with a lot of black mould & the bathroom sliding door also contained a lot of visible mould at its shower end.

Hotel bar closed for private parties on Friday and Saturday nights. Front bar was open but extremely busy

Comfortable bed, nice decor, great bath, good location.

The carpet was so so dirty and stained ubee, it was the first thing you notice when you walk in the room. Only got 2 coffee capsules and then you must pay for extra. At a hotel for this price per night, I would expect more coffee.

Room was great and despite the reviews about 'noise' we did not experience any nuisance of 'noise' Location of the hotel is perfect to explore Sydney, most is walking distance and trains and buses around the corner.

shower temperature was malfunctioning which we told the staff but no improvement noticed :-( for sure this is a room specific topic... hotel bar was very quiet - not really appealing to visit... Maybe the time of the year)

Return stay, while not the room layout we expected or pictured in the booking, still comfortable and well appointed. Staff are attentive and make check in very pleasant.

Things a little worn and scuffed. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was adequate but not as good as usual.

Stylish. Bigger than we were expecting and part of the bigger ‘establishment’ enterprise meant we did not have to travel far for before dinner drinks at Mr Wongs which was also on site. Walking distance to Pitt St shopping. Was a great stay.

Parking was down the road and a bit of a hike. Steep entry meant our car did scrape underneath gaining entry. Didn’t seem quite so bad on exiting.

Brekkie was a tad cold. No mixers in fridge.

The rooms are modern, funky and uniquely different to the common hotel room. It really felt like a special place to be.

Noisy. Room lightening was terrible. Difficult to read a newspaper. Impossible for a woman to put on make up. I think the car park pricing was extortionate. Room felt tired and needed refurbishing.

Convenience to clubs, bars and dinning. Staff were amazing. Extra amenities. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable and a good sleep was so happy with the stay.

Needs a refurb especially the bathroom. Shower water goes all over bathroom floor and needed to use the towels to dry it up. Some areas like level foyers (not reception) smell, level two foyer, foyer area to Palmer and Co had a very bad smell.

I like it due to nostalgia.

It wasn’t super clean, didn’t have enough ammenities - walls are paper thin.

The staff can sometimes be a little hit and miss. They are mostly amazing then one will do something that doesn’t match the effort of the others. It’s enough for you to go huh, what, why?

Fantastic location, loved the bar in the basement and access to the fantastic restaurant Mr. Wong in same building. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Super comfy bed and spacious room.

What a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. And how lovely are all of the staff. I was there for two weeks for work, but brought my son. They took amazing care of us. Can't recommend more. The location is perfect. You can hop on the tram and one of the nicest coffee places (Marlow's Way) is right next door.
