The Hoxton Hotel, London

Very good centrally located hotel. Restaurant and bar roof terrace a big plus.

Rooms are a bit tight but just a bit if I'm being picky.

The room smelled musty and looked outdated. It was small and I could hear my Nextdoor neighbor speaking in the next room. The outlets were out of reach for the blow dryers although the staff was very accommodating to provide extension cord (which should have been supplied as this is an issue I'm sure the hotel is aware of).

Loved the design & style of the rooms! Rooftop bar was also amazing!

Service wasn’t as good as the hotels reputation! Expected more for the price of the room!

The hotel was very nicely designed and in a great location. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Amina at the front desk was incredibly helpful with local places to go and things to do. Would absolutely go back!

Rooms were very nice, but very small.

The location and the vibe. It was quite a trendy hotel and we liked the location and the décor. Tea and coffee in the room was welcome and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast seemed pricey so we didn't bother and the drinks in the bar were also quite expensive. The bar closed at midnight so we couldn't get the nightcap we were hoping for. The size of the room was underwhelming.

The lobby/bar area was full of people with laptops working. Not buying anything. As paying guests we could not get a seat to have a drink. Don’t understand that business model

Very helpful staff, but disappointed on room size due to me on crutches

Room was very small I contacted hotel due to me being on crutches and really struggled around the room. Top of bed head very dusty

Everything was great thank you! The room, staff and facilities were all very good and the staff on the reception desk and in the bar area were great. The location is also great for a weekend stay in London.

Hotel is gorgeous, love the atmosphere, staff are so friendly, prices for food & drinks are surprisingly reasonable given it's London. Rooms are lovely.

Bathroom door is odd, they don't shut properly and not overly private so I kept turning the TV on so my other half didn't hear me having a wee, really takes the romance out of the weekend

Cozy lobby, no queues at reception, friendly personnel. OK location. Kind of hipster-style area, with graffiti’s around. I was using Liverpool station which is 15 min walking from hotel.

Everything is dark, I lacked light in my room. No make-up mirror, no slipper. The hotel was selling only leather sleepers. Furniture looked a bit dated, but maybe it’s the style.

The Hotel location is perfect. The reception area, restaurant spaces are really cool. Nice staff, safe place and clean. But in relation to quality and price, we would have expected more attentions to the details. For example, the room had almost no wardrobe space, the shower was dripping all night long and the door of the bathroom didn't close properly.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good facilities, quiet in the room.

Arrived back on a Saturday night after a gig around 12am and the downstairs of the hotel was literally like a nightclub - didn’t bother us and no issues, can’t hear anything from the room - but it was wild to say the least and took me by surprise!

The only negative was the pop up breakfast was really disappointing. Food was stone cold when it arrived and it took forever to come. Staff not overly attentive. Otherwise the hotel was great!

We were in room 606 on the 6th floor. During the night there was a continually noise , a loud humming noise from some kind of machine that kept us awake most of the night.

Amazing location in the heart of London with great accessibility to transportation. Very nice vibe only disappointment was the breakfast where it took almost 1h to be served. The room and size is very good considering the area

The location and facilities are great, comfortable lobby where you can sit and work or talk.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming, we felt like we were bothering them by just turning up at the desk to check-in, a number of times our encounter with the check-in staff felt like they were too cool and we were not important. Our room wasnt cleaned the second night, we were okay with this but it was never mentioned.

Wonderful place in very nice district. The hotel has a great rooftop bar and a restaurant and bar so you have all you need downstairs. The room is small but fine and clean. Personnel is super friendly.

Good option in shoreditch, but don’t expect luxury. Breathtaking loud Disco music in non fancy restaurant, small room, to the backyard with some ongoing noise during night time (garbage and bottles disposal- which of course needs to happen during the night). In total overpriced.

Location. East London is not my normal London territory, so it was nice to explore Hoxton, Hackney and new areas. Plenty to do and see. Much more interesting than West End.

Housekeeping was average. Left my fridge door ajar and I received one small towel and no footmat on second day.

Everything was terrific with the Hotel. Awesome staff, lovely room! The location was just a little far from everything.
