Hotel The Edition, London

The lobby had a lovely atmosphere, with the exception of the Christmas decoration, which was absolutely horrendous with what looked like an creepy lady hung from the ceiling with a long dress made out of dull coloured drapes. The other venue/restaurant within the hotel looked somewhat impressive with high ceiling and sense of space. The service throughout was relatively swift. Location of the hotel is great, sadly though, plenty of rubbish bags is often left not too far from the entrance.

The room ceiling is low, room lights are too dim and overall the room looked dull. The shower felt dark too with little to no light. The air-conditioner was noisy and required plenty of effort to attempt to warm the room that I just had to switch off. The room switches were flimsy as well as the elevator buttons. The mini-bar was not refreshed daily.

great hotel, no big complaints. little pricey, but it’s an edition hotel.

stiff bed for my taste, but bed sheets were impeccable. the sound isolation in the room was pretty bad. we could hear our neighbors at night, which was quite awkward.

all the staff engaged me, gave good eye contact , offered me water while I was checked in . they were so happy. fast efficient and nice rooms.

Hi, It's have been my six time at this hotel. That means I like the hotel good - location, size of the rooms, facilities Need to improve - the receptionists not responsive enough (had two things I asked none of them was done until I asked for it later) To summarize - I recommend this hotel Ronen

i liked the location and the architecture of the building. the rooms were comfortable and also new.

i didn’t like the minimalist feel of the bathrooms. there was nowhere to put my belongings in the bathroom. there’s a lack of shelving or something to put stuff on. I didn’t like how the property was unhelpful with accommodating a van for our group to take us to the airport for our departure. i called from my room and the front desk said they would get back to me and didn’t. I also had a problem with my phone in one of the two rooms we stayed in. I called to get the phone fixed and the person that came to fix it was extremely rude. he said that he had been working there for ‘many years’ and that I didn’t know what I was talking about when I didn’t know how to use the phone. apparently you’re not supposed to click on the guest services button on the phone, instead you’re supposed to dial +0. this doesn’t make sense to me; why would the pamphlet in the room pertaining to the room info say to press the guest services button, the phone has the guest services button, but then dial +0? it’s confusing to guests. I also didn’t think that the cost of our stay was worthwhile. there’s no spa at the hotel, no amenities other than the ones in our rooms.

Perfect location, walking distance from theaters, best shopping areas and restaurants. Excellent restaurant full of beautiful people.

From the greeting and efficiency at check in to the beautifully appointed room and excellent service this hotel is faultless from start to finish.

It’s pretty expensive here but you could say reassuringly so. In this case you do get what you pay for!

Really enjoyed our stay the staff were lovely and gave us a great experience. The only thing I would give feedback on is the room was extremely hot, wouldn’t have been able to sleep through the night without the air conditioning on and that effects our sinuses

The rooms are a little small but I knew that when I booked.

The room was plenty comfortable and sizeable. Adequate amenities including a B&O Bluetooth speaker. Good breakfast. Very friendly front staff - they even gifted me a selection of the Le Labo products at checkout

A pricier Edition than the others. The signature scent was not as apparent in the common area. The airconditioning unit can be noisy.

The building is beautiful The staff are approachable, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. We were kindly offered a room upgrade and the interior was exactly to our tastes. We are both design professionals and loved staying in such a well designed and impeccably detailed room. Big thanks to Andrea Jardine who looked after us and the rest of the team.
