A world class hotel in an excellent location. Incredible service & supremely comfortable room.
Breakfast was excellent, with a broad range of choices & food that was truly delicious. I wish I could have breakfast there more often.

Beautiful place to stay if you get a great deal as we did.
The property is beautiful. Soon will need an upgrade as some things are old fashioned. I personally didn’t like the breakfast set up …

Sophistication, class & luxury.
Amongst the frenetic pace & human sea of Tokyo, we found an oasis of calm & tranquility.
Our room was magnificent, the view breathtaking & the amenities first class. The spa retreat, indoor pool & gym are divine. The restaurants are amongst Tokyo’s best (more about that soon) & staff in every single department are amazing. Every detail has been covered. I particularly love the private entrance from the subway!
You gave us a luxurious space to revive our weary bodies & regroup for the next journey, exceeding our expectations at every opportunity. The Peninsula brand is strong here & we look forward to returning soon.
There is nothing to dislike. Everything is perfect.

a good trip, wonderful location with excellent service. but lackluster and nothing memorable as far as the room goes.
comfortable, great pool and jacuzzi and an awesome bar on top
a bit boring. the room I was in needed a refresh, carpet ugly orange, stained, and sofa frayed and worn.

Definitely worth your dollars!
Incredible experience. Small touches make it better - the door man ready with a towel + water when I came back from my run. The breakfast waitress remembering my room number & coffee order.

Garden view blocked (Contruction)
The hotel staff were very nice and kind.
Room was clean and spacious.
It was our first visit to Tokyo and was looking for a great place to stay with a nice view. Peninsula Tokyo was famous for the palace garden view which is more pricy compared to the other hotels but we thought it was worth it and decided to book a grand premier king room with a garden view. To be honest, I was a little disappointed that there was a construction going on right infront of the window which was blocking the garden view.
We had to pay extra charge to move our room with a better view.
