Excellent team work of the entire Staff right from the Enterance, Reception, House Keeping, Boney, Car driver Sankar, Meeting Hall Karishma, Roshan, SANA, Duty Manager, Security all are Exceptional Service oriented deserve definite Appreciation. It’s a nice hotel worth it
I liked some staff well done Malvlakia she was very good when I arrived at the hotel and my room wasn’t ready I appreciated it . Guys at the bar are excellent as well sorry I can’t remember all names but they are excellent . Food the pizza is wonderful (chicken one) breakfast the avacodo on toast is great also Aaditya from their sales team is a big credit to them
I’m not a morning person when having breakfast the staff are super friendly and attentive I just want to be left alone at times 😂 it’s a harsh point but I get they are trying . I did have an issue with payments but will leave that as not part of this stay

Comforting and a Real Pleasure
Amazing property, spacious modern and well appointed rooms , great staff who are amazing and always ready for help
Special mention of Aiswarya , the manager in front office and Deepa , the staff at the reception area.
Wanted a birthday cake urgently and it was arranged in 5 minutes as i had to leave urgently
Sound from the room above in the night was a little disturbing in the middle of the night

Friendly and helpful staff, facility is well maintained, location is convenient.
Not so close to any walkable area, needs to take a taxi. However it is convenient to go to all places in Mumbai time wise.

Memorable experience similar to our last stay in this property 3 years ago.
The breakfast spread was awesome and service excellent despite the crowds. Room was comfortable and check-in and check out was smooth. Staff were courteous and always greeted us with a smaile.

Great value for money property
Room was exceptional. Restaurant ambience was good. Food was OK. The lounge was very good. Staff were very helpful and overall experience was very good.
Wifi did not connect and had to take help with technical staff to get connected. They gave different userid to connect. Default with room number and last name does not work.

Perfect and delightful.
We only stayed for one night. We were offered free upgrade to Lounge floor room. The staff was very supportive. we are a senior citizen couple and always concerned about safety and security. But we were delighted with support from staff. My husband is not very comfortable with buffet and carrying the plate around helping himself. the staff served the food on the table. Breakfast was excellent with very healthy dishes. Toiletries were of very high quality. I will always stay here whenever in Mumbai.
I think all the stairs should have railing. Bathroom should have non slippery mats. Some work was going in floor above and there was noise in our room during afternoon.

Good location and service
The bath felt good.Good air conditioning and location.It was nice to be able to walk to the mall.Breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and the event was a fun.
The piano performance at night in the place just after entering the entrance was also wonderful.
It seems that it was not communicated to the local area that I wanted to keep my room close with my friend, which I had consulted with in advance.
One thing that bothered me was that the glass in the room and the water in the room would soon drop and break.I hope the glass and water bottles are safely placed.
