Bathrooms could have a thicker screen. Breakfast service was a little slow. Possibly because of how busy it was.

We only stayed for one night. We were offered free upgrade to Lounge floor room. The staff was very supportive. we are a senior citizen couple and always concerned about safety and security. But we were delighted with support from staff. My husband is not very comfortable with buffet and carrying the plate around helping himself. the staff served the food on the table. Breakfast was excellent with very healthy dishes. Toiletries were of very high quality. I will always stay here whenever in Mumbai.

I think all the stairs should have railing. Bathroom should have non slippery mats. Some work was going in floor above and there was noise in our room during afternoon.

The bath felt good.Good air conditioning and location.It was nice to be able to walk to the mall.Breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and the event was a fun. The piano performance at night in the place just after entering the entrance was also wonderful.

It seems that it was not communicated to the local area that I wanted to keep my room close with my friend, which I had consulted with in advance. One thing that bothered me was that the glass in the room and the water in the room would soon drop and break.I hope the glass and water bottles are safely placed.

Had requested a pick up at the airport when my flight landed at 3.00 am. No one came. Had to call and wait. Separately, had brought my stay forward by two days. Seems that internally, these first two days and the rest of my stay were treated as separate. Someone called after my first two days to say I was overstaying in the room.

The location is excellent. Their hospitality is top notch. Will stay again whenever visiting that location. The food was excellent. All the facilities and upkeep of the rooms is excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Trident. The hotel is very well located and very central, making it easier to reach any point in the city. The staff is super friendly and extremely available and the facilities are great. Breakfast is particularly good, with a diversified offer and very good quality!

Simply the best service in India

The rate was a bit high

the breakfast was great - it had a huge number of options available to choose from. My room was very comfortable. it was spacious with more than enough cupboard space. A great working desk and lovely shower. I was upgraded and had my dinners at the private club, it normally serves as a started, but the food was enough to serve as dinner.

I loved everything.

It’s a beautiful hotel well maintained

The rooms were quite small, and the price felt high compared to other nearby properties.

Wonderful hotel, everything was perfect, staff were courteous and attentive, food was excellent, chef prepared as required, I enjoyed a daily visit to the gym, our room was very comfortable with a daily visit from housekeeping. There’s also some very nice restaurants nearby.

The aircon in the 022 dining room could be a bit too cold at times.

Excellent location with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff is very cooperative and courteous. The food is fantastic, and the service overall is very good. Breakfast is elaborate with plenty of healthy options, though there can be a short wait for a table during peak hours. I stay at this hotel almost every month for business, and the consistency in service is commendable. A special mention to the Senior Manager, Mr. Shubham, for his cooperative and professional approach.

I would like to extend special appreciation to Sonal from Housekeeping, whose attention to detail and care were truly remarkable; Nubur, the Restaurant Manager, for ensuring an exceptional dining experience with impeccable service and warmth; and Sunaina at the Reception, whose professionalism, kindness, and efficiency set the tone for a perfect stay. They are outstanding ambassadors of the Trident brand, and their dedication genuinely made my visit memorable.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. The experience was seamless from start to finish, and every interaction exceeded expectations. Any small requests were handled promptly and graciously, leaving no room for improvement during my stay.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Location is right next to Jio Centre as well as shopping areas. Hotel is new thus clean and modern.

The shop could have more Indian touristy souvenirs stocks.

I love the fact that we were really early before the checking time as we had an early morning commitment, however, that got cancelled and we were stranded with no option, but to request for early check-in, we hadn’t slept all night, but the team was extremely cooperative and gave us a very early check-in, which was really amazing!!

I was there justfor a day, however, whatever I experienced was all very good.

The room as well as the breakfast was super!

Needs upgrade in few rooms also some snagging in the rooms They look a bit old and Worn out The restaurant choice in food was very less compared to the kind of food that is available in the high-end hotels like this, especially in the breakfast very limited choice choices With the staff and the service in the restaurant is very prompt active and Hospitality is good

Amazing service !

The service In particular, I wanted to highlight how lovely Pankaj Yadav at the security desk is regardless of the time and the crowds of people he was consistently charming , smiling, supportive, quick and welcoming He is an asset to the Trident Mumbai The in room fining crew in particular rahul, who were amazing as well. I had the flu while I was there and they went out of their way to make sure that I had anything I needed from medication to an extra sweater to loads of ginger tea regardless of the time.

Slow check in and poor engagement from the front desk on requests; also the pricing on Booking.com was much higher than a direct reservation
