Loved being on Marine Drive-heavy traffic but a lovely walk along the art deco buildings and the sea wall. Handy to the university area with great architecture.

Had a meal in Geoffrey’s our first night, not great. Plenty of good restaurants within 15 min walk.

Location was very good, even if you could not see too much of it due to smog. Lovely staff. We had a miserable problem with a hotel driver pick up from the airport arranged through the hotel. The hotel was very apologetic & accommodating regarding the fee for the pick up & arranged every detail on our return trip to the airport.

Very call bedroom & bathroom, but the room was comfortable & met our needs.

We booked the hotel because it offered a rooftop bar and swimming pool for New Year’s Eve. We enquired a month before arrival about New Year’s entertainment and was told that they offer various alternatives. When arrived we were told the rooftop was closed due to a private function with the only other alternative was a pricy bar.

Great location, very helpful staff. Food at breakfast was good. Views from.the pool / terrace were worth a visit to the top floor!

Had to hold the shower head as there was no hook at the right height (I think this little thing shows how.good the rest of the stay was!)

Access to the pool and sunbeds . Decking is loose and there are not enough sun loungers only 2 . The ladder into the pool is difficult to use I. It needs flat steps

I have been at this hotel many times for short stays. It is an excellent choice. Staff are great breakfast is great.This last time however the room allocation at the back of the hotel was not up to the standard, particularly since the price was the most expensive I have ever paid.

Rooms facing the adjacent building at the back have no view and are overlooked by next door apartment residents. At the very least should be offered at some significant discount.

Raju and the reception staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially with trying to retrieve our delayed luggage.

The hotel was overpriced.

I was surprised to see their is no shower cubicle & so forced to use bath tub as am having knee pain & moreover all premium 5star hotesl have shower cubicle now a days. I again booked 1N from31/12 to1/26 & is little concerned.

The staff disrespected my father who was there to celebrate his 81st birthday. We never came to hotel to get insulted by your staff and security. They were pathetic. What did they gain by insulting an 81 year old man who had only come there to stay to celebrate his 81st.

Hotel is in a great location, they upgraded us to a partial Seaview room when we checked in which was lovely. Beds are comfortable room is clean and spacious. Staff are always willing to help and friendly

Nothing, all good

Excellent well-rounded breakfast although the coffee gets stale once the pot is down to %50 and the tea needs to be less milky to be able to enjoy its flavor and aroma.

Price for extended stay, the rate was offered was current despite extending the stay and ending up staying for almost 3 weeks! Spending the amount we did for 3 rooms for this much duration should warrant some benefits to make it better value for the travellers and convince them to come back to Marine Plaza and not go anywhere else.

Food was cold and not upto the mark.

I booked non smoking room while in my bathroom was clearly a smell of cigarettes. When i raised that to the reception instead of changing the room they offered me an air refresher...

ALL WAS VERY NICE AND THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC. THE BREAKFAST WAS BRILLIANT.

The location is one of the best in Mumbai for a Sea facing room. The breakfast options were good with a mix of Indian and English dishes. They have a small pool on the terrace with a bar. The Sunset view from the terrace is mesmerising. The fruit basket and wine bottle was a pleasant surprise.

The toilet is in need of upgrade, bedding too.

Pool is open only until 6pm, and 2 out od 4 days not working beacuse of private party.

Overall great hotel, very friendly staff. The interior is amazing with a great view from the rooftop.

Unfortunately the pool was closed during the time of staying.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff very friendly and decorated very well. The view from the roof terrace was fantastic and general area was very nice. Great location for visiting Gate of India and getting boat to Elephant Island.

The restaurant food was excellent but a little on the expensive side (from what I'm used to whilst living in India). There was a private party on the roof terrace/pool so I didn't get to spend much time there unfortunately.

Beautiful interior and attentive staff. Amazing breakfast buffet.

The room was spacious with plentiful supplies of water and toiletries provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and duvet were divine.

The bathroom was rather dated having a shower over the bath rather than a separate shower cubicle. Also there wasn't a lift directly to the floor where breakfast was served, lift had to be taken to lobby and then stairs used to access the restaurant, this would make it difficult for people with mobility problems to stay at the hotel.

I mistakenly left in the morning with 'Do not disturb' for my room. I was called by the hotel to enquire whether my room needs cleaning. I was very happy that the hotel staff cared so much. Thanks a lot.

We stayed in the Superior and Executive rooms and they were quite spacious. The rooms were clean and we had no dramas with any of the amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop views and quick access to the bay and nearby restaurants and shops. It's also close to tourist attractions and the train station. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and the highlight of our mornings.

The pool was a little bit of a letdown, it was quite small and I realised that you can see the bottom of the pool from the lobby.

You are treated like royalty by the staff. Everything is spotless. The breakfast is to die for, fantastic.

Nothing really to dislike

The location was excellent and all the staff we came across were very helpful and obliging. The room was large and comfortable but the aircon kept making noise which the hotel was unable to repair. Overall the hotel in general needs updating especially the bathroom and the bath towels which were not good to say the least.

Lack of response when requesting additional drinking water bottles at night after returning from a late dinner

The staff were truly exceptional. Friendly, warm and very helpful. We were upgraded for one of the three rooms and got complimentary breakfast.

All was satisfying and I will stay here again.
