Hotel W, Abu Dhabi

Everything about the hotel was wonderful! Starting front office staff, who chose me a beautiful room overlooking the Marina and partially the F1 Yas circuit. I requested a quiet room and the staff at front office assisted me with that perfectly. The breakfast is more than amazing!!! A huge variety of food. The room is amazing, I liked the cleanness and how modern it is. The pool is fantastic though I preferred it Yas beach that hotel gives vouchers daily for free entrance. The front door valet staff was so clever, helpful and cheerful. I will be back for sure to W Hotel Yas Island ❤️

All was amazing except pool cuz it was far and with kids it was very uncomfortable And the pool that was for family was quiet small

I loved watching the track, the cars on the F1 track, the lighting effects of the exterior elevation of the property, the wonderful "Talent " - very helpful and prompt.

The breakfast menu was the same everyday , less variety on the main courses, and cuisine. Further, a list of complimentary services may be made available at the start to plan their utilization.

The location was superb, next to the arena, minutes away from yas mall and most of the yas attractions

Service is slow. Not upto W standard in palm I made some basic request but it took multiple reminders to send it

I understand you are in the desert, but the glass on the walkway was extremely dirty on the outside. The water that had been used had only exacerbated the issue with the dust with significant water staining all down the windows.

Amazing customer service from every single person I interacted with at the hotel. The my stay was enjoyable eventhough I was there for work.

The lighting in the room was weird. No controls next to the bed. Bathroom didnt need the door to sleeping area, made the room echo and not quiet.

A unique location astride the race circuit made for very interesting stay when there were cars on the circuit. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel is huge having several places where you can dine and various tastes as well. There is a shuttle bus to a very nice mall close by YAS Mall and an access to a close by beach as well, although i had no time to go. Families with kids, there is a very nice kids area at the hotel.

Great location right on the F1 track , exceptional personnel that was helpful and very polite, great facilities, very good breakfast with great variety. Very close to the parks and to the airport, there is a bus station for the free Yas Island busses right in front of the hotel.

The only thing that it can be improved is the balcony door that is a little hard to open , everything else was great.

Very Spacious, modern design room right above the F1 track which is a very different and pleasant experience. the location is very good, the staff is very nice and the breakfast buffet is very rich. Cleanliness is also exceptional. I also would like to highlight the kindness of the staff in the restaurants, especially the Pappas Taverna; super delicious food and very welcoming staff.

We had to wait for more than 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room. Although I called 3 times nothing happened. This is very frustrating when you go there for a 1-night staycation with your family and excited kids waiting to enjoy to pool as soon as they can but waiting in the room.

I loved the fitness area and all the staff.

We opted for the breakfast during our stay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Every morning was a delightful experience, enjoying the exclusive spread at the Garage restaurant with beautiful views of the F1 track right outside the windows. The breakfast staff were exceptionally courteous, offering personalized attention to guests of all ages, always accompanied by their warm smiles. Our rooms were kept spotless and perfectly made up each day by Anas and Indeeka, whose attention to detail and care made us feel truly at home. Their effort in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness and comfort was deeply appreciated.

It was a very good experience overall. Staying at such an exclusive h9tel built right onto the racetrack I would have loved that hotel had some place for in-house guests to be able to access the racetrack for viewing and experience it.

Location, style

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very welcoming both to adults and children, which we truly appreciated. However, one thing that surprised us was the placement of the toilet. It is positioned extremely close to the wall, which made it quite uncomfortable to use.

It had the F1 race track, the view from gorgeous being an F1 supporter! Location was perfect! Loved how modern and vibey the hotel looked.

Breakfast: Options at the buffet were plentiful and assorted. Location: Every attraction wanted was close by. Staff: All friendly and welcoming. Price: It was surprisingly low. Perhaps because it isn’t high season in mid-July. Rooms: Quite spacious. Very content. Overall, a truly pleasant stay.
