Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers completely exceeded every expectation. From the moment you arrive, the hotel feels like a true luxury experience—not just in service, but in every single detail of its design, comfort, and atmosphere. The reception area alone is absolutely breathtaking, with its stunning see-through glass design that creates such an open, elegant, and unforgettable first impression. It’s beautifully designed in a way that gives both guests arriving and the staff an incredible surrounding view, making the entrance feel bright, grand, and architecturally impressive. The ambiance throughout the hotel is exceptional. The live pianist adds such a sophisticated and luxurious touch, creating an atmosphere that feels refined from the very beginning. The tea lounge area is equally beautiful—peaceful, elegant, and the perfect space to relax while truly appreciating the hotel’s attention to detail. Every corner reflects thoughtful luxury, from the stunning décor to the stylish, high-end furniture that feels both elegant and exceptionally comfortable. Cleanliness was absolutely outstanding. Everything was immaculate, polished, and maintained to perfection. You can instantly tell this hotel operates at an incredibly high standard, where every detail is taken care of attentively. The service was equally impressive—professional, warm, welcoming, and consistently exceptional. Every interaction felt seamless, and every need was met with genuine care. The swimming pool area was another standout feature. Despite Abu Dhabi’s heat, the poolside environment felt incredibly comfortable and completely well-managed in terms of temperature. We didn’t feel hot at all—it was breezy, refreshing, and enjoyable the entire time, which made relaxing by the pool feel effortless and luxurious rather than overwhelming. And the buffet… absolutely the best. This was not just a buffet; it was a true luxury dining experience.

Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness of rooms and common area. Decent restaurent choices and a nice bar on 62nd level. Loved the view and ambiance of the bar and services by staff.

Our stay was at level 3. A room at a higher level for the view would have been better.

From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Lory, who truly made a lasting impression. Her welcoming attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience exceptional. She handled everything smoothly and made me feel valued and comfortable right away. Customer service like this is rare to find—efficient, friendly, and sincerely dedicated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality service. Truly beyond 5 stars!

Great hotel, polite staff, clean environment. The only downside is a restaurant with live music that’s very loud no matter if you’re at the pool or on the beach, you’ll hear it.

Service and staff were truly exceptional. Breakfast was wide ranging to suit different requirements and tastes- something for everyone. Pool/lounger area was well designed for families and couples - different areas so there was quiet as well as ‘noisier’ areas. Rooms were generously proportioned and modern - well maintained and exceptionally clean. We had a double and twin interconnecting rooms on 43rd floor for a family of 5. Phenomenal views overlooking the sea. Sushisamba is next door - worth booking in advance so as not to disappoint. Also tried 3Fils (very very good) and Hakkasan at Emirates Palace which was underwhelming. If looking for a base to explore all of Abu Dhabi and try various restaurants - any go wrong. If you prefer to stick around beach/theme parks, Yas Island or Saadiyat might be better. We will definitely be returning.

Wait times for lifts can be a bit long but the hotel was fully booked so not entirely surprising.

The staff at the restaurants wasn't always well organized: at breakfast, almost daily the plates, cutlery, or bowls at the different buffet stations were missing and we had to ask for them. The hot drinks took forever to be delivered Almost every day there was an event that prevented us to use the main restaurant next to the pool (which had a broader international menu than the bar pool)

We paid 500 AED (~115 EUR) in advance for early check-in, yet upon arrival, the hotel attempted an involuntary downgrade. After a long discussion, they finally honored the original booking. Additionally, we had prepaid 300 AED for the airport transfer, but the hotel forced a second payment for the same service at check-out. Despite sending an email to resolve this double charge, the staff has remained silent. Very dishonest management and poor communication regarding overcharges.

Amazing view from the room. Excellent room conditions with fresh water every day, capsules for coffee machine, good customer care. All guests to visit observe deck for free. A lot of options of meal on breakfast. Also the hotel gave us fruits and cake for Birthday.

Lovely staff, Ahmed from guest services is excellent as well as reception and breakfast staff. I experienced Li Beirut restaurant for dinner: menu, service ambiece, all exceptionall. A truly exceptional highlight of our stay was the bird performance with the gentleman and his magnificent hawk, Blade. This unforgettable experience was among the most memorable moments of our visit. Blade’s grace, precision, and remarkable training — flying effortlessly through the space and returning seamlessly to her handler — added an exclusive and sophisticated touch that elevated our stay beyond expectations.

Really one of the best! So fancy, beautifully designed, I just loved it.

Important for us was the access to the mini mall in the basement with a supermarket, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and more. We loved the distinguished architecture and interior style and the iconic Etihad towers. The room was on a high floor and huge with a window wall that allowed epic sunrise and sunset views. The location is perfect for all kind of excursions (louvre, yas marina, mosque and more) as taxis are very affordable and always available. Swimming and the beach in front of the skyscrapers was just hillarious. The choice of so many „built in“ restaurants is superb and the food was delicious. The crew was always very helpful and kind. Conrad is a perfect place in Abu Dhabi, no doubts.

Amazing experience. The personnel was very attentive and was trying to do everything to make our stay perfect. The room was spacious, with spectacular view and comfy bed. The breakfast was various and delicious. Complimentary accsess to the observatory deck on 72th floor with one of the best views of the city was a nice touch.
