Loved the room and all the hotel facilities and restaurants. The private beach is very nice. The food quality in all the restaurants is at the highest level. The view from everywhere in the room was amazing.

The only thing is the pillows certainly need some refreshment.. they were really flat like a pita bread:))

Overall, the experience was more than excellent. There is only a little plus in the area compared to other hotels in a similar category hotels. The only huge difference is the staff, starting from concierge to front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant serving staff. They are well-trained and have a welcoming attitude to entertain the guests with pleasing smiles. The only negative thing that I observed was the live cooking staff at breakfast. They talked with each other very loudly, which created a disturbance and was not pleasant at all. During the entire stay, everything was excellent. Overall, the experience was excellent. The only negative aspect I observed was the live cooking staff during breakfast, who were talking quite loudly among themselves. This was not pleasant at all. However, aside from that, everything during my stay was outstanding.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Got a special room upgrade for free. Everyone was kind and helpful. View from our room was super. A lot of choices for breakfast, which although crowded is very well operated.

If I have to find something negative, there was some times at night noise from the bar

I recently stayed at the Conrad Abu Dhabi, and I have to commend the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ronald, the manager on duty. Although we encountered a few minor issues, Mr. Ronald stepped in promptly and handled the situation with professionalism and care. He ensured everything was resolved quickly and efficiently, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. A special thanks to him and his team for their swift response and attentiveness. I also want to highlight the outstanding service from Luke at the front desk. His friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our stay. Both Mr. Ronald and Luke demonstrated the kind of top-tier hospitality that Conrad Abu Dhabi is known for. I couldn’t have asked for better service, and I’ll certainly be returning for future visits.

I liked everything about this hotel. Staff is extremely nice, we even got a nice message + a cake since it was our anniversary. It was second time that we stayed in Conrad, hopefully not the last time.

The pools are cold, not really comfortable to sit in for long - the pool area at St. Regis is definitely better The pool bar is a bit worn down Breakfast is quite weak, even though the selection is incredibly large. Somehow, the food isn’t good or tasty, which is quite strange considering the building supposedly houses Michelin-starred restaurants

Absolutely loved the amazing Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. Amazing premises, astonishingly good service (the offering of an anniversary cake to our room was a really thoughtful touch) and easily reachable location. You couldn’t ask more for a first time visit in Abu Dhabi.
