Everything, the location is perfect, the facilities are outstanding. The breakfast is the best buffet I have seen yet. The service is impeccable. The pool and beach are perfect. The best is the staff. They actually seem to enjoy working there so the friendliness seem real. Definitely coming back. It's definitely in my top 3 hotels ever.

Ease of check in, from valet drop, helpful Daniel. Our lovely welcome host, Gloria, then the delightful Meerim, at reception, who helped us with our room request, was a pleasure to speak to. Not forgetting the super lady that delivered our lugguage, perfectly timed too. We stayed in a panoramic suite, spacious, good size bathroom. Large walk in shower with good flow rate, big tub. No noise disturbance, walls must be insulated, which is a big plus. The bed was comfortable. In room dining was of a good standard, delivered on time, with plentiful portion sizes. The table and 2 chairs were useful when dining in. The long desk, wifi connections, lap top, phone to the tv was efficient, plenty of sockets in the right places. The light switch panel was easy to use. The room was clean, super important. The air con was clean, fresh. We enjoyed the adult pool, with swim up bar. The staff were great. Thank you.

Small things that would not deter a return visit: The grouting could be tidier in the shower. The coffee machine needed a few flushes to run clear.

Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection, although restaurant capacity is much lower than the number od guests, so at some points huge lines were forming for breakfast and people were waiting for 20 minutes just to get a table. We enjoyed visiting the Observation deck and the views of Abu Dhabi. Pool area was nice. Staff was very kind.

We booked a king room with a mini bar and we got a queen apartment with a big empty fridge. Disregarding the size of the bed, our main issue was that we arrived at 1am after 8 hours of travelling and we didn't have even a bottle of water in the room, not even to purchase!

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — always going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The restaurants were outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with lots of delicious and diverse options. Everything was impeccable — from the beautiful, well-maintained facilities to the warm and respectful service. Every person we encountered was polite, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I absolutely loved staying here and hope to return soon. I highly recommend this hotel 100%. A solid 10 out of 10.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking the sea and city skyline — it truly elevated the experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive, professional, and always welcoming. The breakfast buffet had an impressive selection of fresh and delicious options. Both the pool and beach areas were peaceful and luxurious, perfect for relaxation. The hotel also offers a great selection of restaurants with excellent food, atmosphere, and service — a real highlight of the stay. Overall, the property is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a refined and memorable experience.

Staff was very helpful, rooms are huge and clean. Beach and pool are also a nice plus. Everything was top notch. Breakfast and restaurants are great. You also have a a monoprix supermarket in the building. Would revisit anytime.

The windows were pretty dirty, and the windows are huge.

The adult pool is one of the best I swam in. Prima, the Ugandan/Rwandan lady in the Diamond area at breakfast made us feel very much at home. She has an outstanding talent for her job, always a step ahead, attentive, caring, warm. What a beautiful way to start your day!

The bellboys, almost choreographed by instinct, guided me not just with my luggage, but with presence. No fuss, no fanfare—just flow. You don’t arrive at a hotel—you arrive into ease. And in that first moment, I realised—true hospitality isn’t about arrival. It’s about how gently the world opens when you are truly seen. Sunita, my room attendant, left a handwritten note: “It is my pleasure to take care of your room. I hope this stay brings you joy and comfort. I am at your service.” But it wasn’t just the note. She placed a glass cloth beside my spectacles—something no hotel, in all my 30 years of travel, had ever done. That’s not routine. That’s ritual. That’s a poem, stitched into cloth. Then came the sea. On the second day, I returned to the beach—hungrier, slower, softer. Young, diverse boys moved with the rhythm of the wind, adjusting umbrellas before I even noticed the sun, offering water with wordless grace. One of them, Philippe from Chile, has called this place home for four years. He carries the quiet pride of someone who loves what they do. When he saw I hadn’t eaten, he gently suggested something light, something kind to the moment—no menu, no push—just care. Later that evening, Aamir, gentle and perceptive, arranged a visit to the 74th-floor observation deck—not just for the view, but the story waiting there. In the lift, I met Marco Polo, yes—his real name—who operates it with the poise of someone who’s seen many departures and arrivals. Born in the Philippines, he had traced his roots back to Italy—a man between geographies, like many of us. The 46-second ride to the top—one of the longest I’ve ever felt in a closed chamber—held a silence of a different kind. Not sharing these moments is the other side of the coin of romance and loneliness.

The room next to mine had a baby who cried frequenty and I could def hear him in my room which affected my sleep

The stay was great overall. We’ve booked HB and enjoyed all our meals in Rosewater. Personnel is very polite and always ready to help. The hotel is located not far from Marina Mall and several supermarkets are nearby. The beach is small, but clean. You need to take into account that it doesn’t actually look like sea, but it’s typical for most hotels of Abu Dhabi (not considering those of Saadiyat) Guests also may enjoy visiting Observation Deck for free

Staying at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to everything. The staff were incredibly kind and professional – from housekeeping to kitchen and reception, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The Michelin-starred restaurants were truly outstanding and added a luxurious touch to our stay. Highly recommended!

Absolutely everything was excellent. Private beach is very comfortable. The rooms are incredible, especially the view! The pool was very enjoyable as well. Also very convenient that there is an official supermarket in the lower level/mall. Staff very super friendly. Loved that they are checking in on you via WhatsApp, this made communication so easy. Literally any of my requests were accepted/supported. Staff were really there to help you with anything and make you feel very valued.

Consistently this hotels delivers and we had a very comfortable stay. In particular I appreciated, how my feedback was handled. Shout out to Ariff from IRD, who always delivered food & drinks with the biggest smile and friendliness.

Unlike most other five star hotels, there is no filtered water in bottles. With the focus on sustainability, still wasting most likely hundreds of plastic bottles per day, this could be improved. This feedback was taken with great appreciation and professionalism and I trust that next time there will be recycled glass bottles!
