The location was great and the beds were very nice and comfy.

Only one bottle of water for two people. I think each guest should have a bottle.

Great location in the loop. Right by the old Marshall Fields building and about a block from the Chicago Theater.

Bathroom was tiny and extremely difficult to get into as door swung in and impeded entry.

I didn't eat breakfast or lunch as i was in Chicagofor a conference. Location was great. Wish I had the time to take advantage of using the free bicycle. That would have been fun.

Prime location!! The most comfortable bed!! Gorgeous views and amazing food. Sashon went above and beyond to make our stay and trip to the airport outstanding. We are already planing to return. I could sit in our gorgeous room forever. Quiet even though downtown. Close to anything you want to do.

The age of the building is showing, but didn’t impact our stay.

Perfect if seeing a show at Chicago Theater

Generally a good stay. Some kind of a noise in the room which appeared to come from next door. Maintenance were very helpful dealing with it on the first day but it was back again the next day.

I love the location of the hotel. You really feel in the thick of things. Since it was the holidays, the decorations were really fun. I appreciate the little touches like cookies in the afternoon. The public area is comfortable and was very cozy despite the cold weather. I love the whole vibe of the hotel. Best hotel beds I've ever slept in! Also, I had a great view of the NYE fireworks from my window!

The room was a little dark. It could benefit from another lamp or two. The surrounding area is pretty noisy with street musicians etc. (although that is part of the excitement of being in a big city).

Only comment here was some noisy activity in early morning on a Saturday was annoying. Not sure what it was, but sounded like slamming on something.

The bedding was super comfortable and nice. The staff were excellent.

Parking was off site and took a while when checking out to bring my vehicle back. There is also nowhere to park to have the valet, had to wait in the street. They also ended up double charging me for parking as I tried to pay ahead of time during the online booking confirmation.

Had a great time at the StayPineapple in downtown Chicago. The hotel is perfectly located for some urban exploration of The Loop. Most tourist hotspots were within walking distance, and the subway (just a 2-minute walk away from the hotel) made it easy enough to visit the attractions further out. During our 4-night stay we had no complaints about the room either. While the bed was not oversized, it was comfortable, and the air conditioning was efficient in cooling down or warming up the room. The building shows its age, especially in the bathroom facilities, but – at least for us – that only adds to the charm and character of this hotel. We did not try the breakfast or the restaurant, so no comment there. Overall we had a 5-star experience and the hotel lived up perfectly to our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The views in 904 absolutely stunning! Chicago Theater to the North and Millenium Park Christmas tree, Lake Michigan and Pritzker Pavilion to the East!!! Christkindl Market out the front door. The Atwood restaurant downstairs just wonderful. At Christmas perfect

We got to the hotel a little earlier than the 4 pm check in time and they were able to accomodate us and let us into a room that was ready. We loved the staff, the free welcome drink, and the room itself. It had an amazing view and the bed itself was super comfy.

Close proximity to Christkindlmarket,Macy’s, excellent dining options! Big comfortable rooms. Excellent staff that were friendly and knowledgeable. Love the nostalgic feel in a hotel with a real key!

Hotel guests had the book a table for breakfast. We didn’t known this and there was an hour waiting time

This was an excellent location for exploring Chicago’s Loop- very easy to get around by foot, train, bus, or ride share. We left our car in Milwaukee and took the train down to Union Station. Easily walked or used Lyft to go wherever we wanted and spent less in transportation than we would have if we’d driven down and parked.

Great vibe and location, super-friendly staff! Free water bottle, snacks, and drink at the bar. Highly recommended!

Location. Excellent bed. Very good restaurant for breakfast.

The shower was frankly awful. The shower head did not work properly, and moreover looked to date from ca. 1970. Showering was really uncomfortable, though I guess I got clean.

The Vibrant Location. All major shopping store nearby. Millennium Park and River Walkway is at walking distance including the Broadway Theatres like Chicago etc!

No help to get you in the hotel when you arrive with luggages. You are dropped at the road with heavy suitcases and then you have to mange them while opening two heavy doors. Hospitality and warmth to welcome is missing! They don’t even offer to take your luggages upstairs. Very basic hospitality is missing compared to the price you are paying.

The bed was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in!! Also, the location was good to walk around/sight see. The front desk people were super nice as well & the elevators were really cool!

Didn't realize you had to pay for overnight parking either there or somewhere else (75$ vallet or 60$ in self parking) & the shampoo and conditioner was not good. I also wish there would have been a plastic bag in the trash can.
