Amazing place and service, perfect for a special occasion

Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was enjoyable. Location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown so VERY convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll be coming back soon!

My friend wanted to go for a swim but was unable to access the Lockeroom for some reason. Not sure why. At first, we were put off by the showers but discovered it had a privacy light.

I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever visited, offering a level of luxury and service that truly stands out. I highly recommend it, especially for Middle Eastern guests. Not only does the hotel boast the best view of the city, but the attention to detail and care provided by your staff members truly made my stay memorable. I would like to give a special shout-out to Chef Concierge Philippe Gills and Alex Yu for their spectacular service, which added an extra touch of warmth and professionalism to my visit. Additionally, I would like to commend Armando and Marilyn at the reception desk for their efficient and friendly assistance. Thank you once again for a truly outstanding experience. Great location in the heart of the city, easy to get anywhere you need to go. Extremely helpful staff anywhere you go in the building.

The room was perfect with an incredible view. I used the suite to get ready for my wedding and the staff brought chairs or makeup, tables for food, a microwave/fridge. They were very accommodating for us!

My suite was not ready at the check-in time of 3 PM. This was very inconvenient for me as I used this room as my bridal suite during my wedding weekend.

It was absolutely gorgeous, every single person we encountered went above and beyond in customer service. The hotel itself was right on the river and extremely accessible.

There isn’t a single complain about our stay.

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. The bed was fabulously comfortable.

The toilet paper was awful - really cheap and thin. Also they only had a Nespresso machine for hot water so making a decent cup of tea was impossible as the water wasn't warm enough - a kettle would have been appreciated. There was lots of wardrobe space but not many hangers and hardly any drawer space to store clothes.

Rooms are spacious, quiet and beautiful. Location is fabulous. Most staff are wonderful. Gorgeous hotel.

Wardrobe space is very small and not well designed. Reception does not work at 5 star level. Slow, inefficient.

One of our favourite hotels in the world! Rooms are fabulous - luxuriously comfortable, quiet and spacious; location is great, and service is excellent - from bellhops to housekeeping to concierge.

The reception is the only part of this hotel that is below par - slow service every single time we've stayed there, and not particularly helpful.

It was so beautiful and so clean

The TVs HDMI wasn’t working properly and our room was cold. Took a very long time for it to heat up once we turned the heat temperature up. Only the bedroom part of the room

Welcoming staff, beautiful and well-appointed rooms, and a prime location if you want to get to the river quickly. The view in the lobby is stunning, and I could have spent hours just exploring the unique art on every floor. The Langham delivers what it promises: luxury.

Although I was on a higher floor, I was still directly looking at a parking garage. I would come back if a room with river view was available. If I stood directly at the window, I was able to see the river, though.

Everything was exceptional

The location of the hotel is exceptional, very central for access to all Chicago has to offer. The bar is very comfortable with fabulous views over the river and the staff are plentiful and very attentive. Our room was lovely and quiet with a very well equipped bathroom (inc bath). As you'd expect, the fixtures and fittings throughout are all top end and in beautiful condition. My husband's suitcase was damaged beyond repair during the inbound flight, the staff at The Langham disposed of the broken suitcase without fuss, which greatly reduced our stress levels and made a huge difference to our stay.

We booked a room with two beds, capacity of 4 people (3 used the room). Unfortunately, the beds were far too small for 2 adults, we are average sized (5ft 9in & 5ft 7in, both normal range BMI) so I don't know how bigger/taller couples would manage in them. This is disappointing, considering the cost of the room.

Everything about The Langham hotel was amazing. The ambience, service and attention to details were perfect. The staff was also extremely friendly.

The elevators are on one end so that you potentially have to walk a long way to get to your room.

Staff was extremely accommodating and polite. The building was very clean, comfortable beds, and perfect location.

They mentioned you could check out from your TV but that option didn’t work and we needed to go to the front desk.

Our room was FABULOUS! The staff was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. SPA was the best spa experience I have ever had. Location was convenient to where we needed to be for the weekend.

a lot of the features considered luxury at this hotel are included and standard in much less expensive places I have stayed recently.

The hotel staff, facilities, and location were exceptional. We loved looking out over the canal and We would definitely visit again. Having The spa options inside the hotel was a plus as we loved our spa treatment and the dry and wet saunas.
