The Langham Hotel, Chicago

Location was perfect, staff was friendly and the amenities were great!

Club suite room was fantastic

We didn’t stay long enough!

We did a 7 week tour of USA, covering 7000 miles, we stayed here to relax before we flew back to UK from O'hare Airport, Hotel was absolutely amazing!

This was our second experience at the langham and we had a wonderful time. The club room was quiet and clean and fully stocked. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bedding was great. The staff in the club room were the stars of our stay

Customer service is amazing! We stayed for my daughter’s birthday. They went out of their way to make the stay special for us by having a birthday balloon and bear in the room for her upon arrival and champagne for the adults to celebrate! The hotel is located near many of the most attractive Chicago spots, has great views and the staff is always helpful and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and well stocked!

We loved the room upstairs for the club access. It was so fun and the staff was incredible. The fitness room and spa were next level and incredible experiences! Highly, highly recommend!

The key cards were having issues working which made it a little difficult to get into the club and rooms at first.

This was our 6th staycation at the Langham Chicago. Everything about this hotel is superb. Henna Khemani is a standout employee; always makes us feel special

Had an amazing champagne tea when we first arrived. Bar experience was great. Used the peloton in the fitness room - appreciated you had those there!

The staff at check in were polite and helpful as well as the bellmen and the other staff we encountered in the hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds were plush and comfortable. The restaurant was good, we ate in the bar. The food was good.

The wait staff in the bar was not very attentive. There were very few people when we first showed up, but it took a long time to get waited on. We wanted another drink and our waitress never showed up. We had to ask another waiter to get it for us. Not what we were expecting in such a nice hotel.

My friend wanted to go for a swim but was unable to access the Lockeroom for some reason. Not sure why. At first, we were put off by the showers but discovered it had a privacy light.

I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever visited, offering a level of luxury and service that truly stands out. I highly recommend it, especially for Middle Eastern guests. Not only does the hotel boast the best view of the city, but the attention to detail and care provided by your staff members truly made my stay memorable. I would like to give a special shout-out to Chef Concierge Philippe Gills and Alex Yu for their spectacular service, which added an extra touch of warmth and professionalism to my visit. Great location in the heart of the city, easy to get anywhere you need to go. Extremely helpful staff anywhere you go in the building.

The room was perfect with an incredible view. I used the suite to get ready for my wedding and the staff brought chairs or makeup, tables for food, a microwave/fridge. They were very accommodating for us!

My suite was not ready at the check-in time of 3 PM. This was very inconvenient for me as I used this room as my bridal suite during my wedding weekend.

It was absolutely gorgeous, every single person we encountered went above and beyond in customer service. The hotel itself was right on the river and extremely accessible.

There isn’t a single complain about our stay.

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. The bed was fabulously comfortable.

The toilet paper was awful - really cheap and thin. Also they only had a Nespresso machine for hot water so making a decent cup of tea was impossible as the water wasn't warm enough - a kettle would have been appreciated. There was lots of wardrobe space but not many hangers and hardly any drawer space to store clothes.
