Rove Downtown Hotel, Dubai

Walking distance to Dubai mall, can do shopping/catching a train easily. Room is comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful. Has a nice view of Burj Khalifa from the balcony. Overall experience is satisfactory.

This hotel advertises as a 3 star and totally overdelivers on this promise. 10 min walk to Dubai Mall, you can even take a shortcut without motorways crossings (much quicker than what navigator offers). Walk through Fridays to outdoors -> turn left on the Parking lot -> use a side door to exit the hotel land -> head to the Downtown Views I skyscraper -> then there is a footpath overground to the Dubai Mall. Thank me later

If you put a "DND" tag on your door for 3 consecutive days they start calling you and leaving letters saying that they need to check up on me, as if I'm hiding a body

It’s the second time we stay at this hotel, the staff were really helpful. Pooja at the front desk was really great. The staff were super helpful. For food and drinks, there is a TGIF on the premises and a Costa cafe, as well as a supermarket.

Everything was excellent, room,staff,location, service,very easy getting taxi.it was my birthday when we stayed,when we got back to are room,there was a card and chocolates, a board saying happy birthday kim,also written on the mirror, such a nice thing to do.thank you your great.

Too expensive per night. And food & drinks at the TGIF were extremely over priced.

We spent four wonderful days at this hotel celebrating our son’s birthday, and from the moment we made the reservation until the very end of our stay, the entire team made our experience truly magical. The hotel went above and beyond to make our child feel special. He was absolutely delighted by the birthday gift waiting for him in the room, the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, and the warm congratulations he received from the staff throughout the entire day. Every interaction made his birthday even more memorable. The staff deserve special praise for their genuine kindness and attentiveness. They were always happy to help us navigate the city and gave excellent recommendations on where to go and the best time to visit different places. Their care and personal approach made us feel truly welcome. We left the hotel completely impressed and full of positive emotions. Without a doubt, we will return and choose this hotel again. Thank you for creating such unforgettable memories for our family!

The property is close to the dubai mall and Dubai downtown. Taxis are available on property at all time. Everyone is super friendly.

We had an amazing time at Rove Downtown. Our room waw very spacious and had a gorgeous view over the city. The location is great right by Dubai Mall. But most of all we were impressed by the amazing customer service and how lovely and accommodating all staff were.

Very central and close to restaurants and Dubai Mall. Staff amazing, I arrived early and the lovely receptionist arranged a room for me, so I did not need to wait. Room clean and good size. Gym seemed nice and clean although did not use it.

We had a fantastic stay at Rove Downtown Dubai. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt modern and well looked after. Breakfast was really tasty with plenty of choice, and the staff were consistently attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Also, the 24/7 minimarket inside the hotel is very convenient for snacks, drinks, or anything you might need at any time. Overall a smooth, comfortable experience - highly recommended!

Honestly, nothing to complain about - everything was great. Clean, comfortable, and very well organized.

Food options could have been more.

Upon arriving early the lady at the front desk said that because it was our first time checking in to ROVE that we would be able to check in early which was amazing. Secondly I didn’t pay extra for a Burj view, but still surprisingly got a view of the Burj from the side window which was absolutely stunning!

My one and ONLY request would be for the shuttle service to operate a little longer, it didn’t operate past 16:00, which is a bit unfair since the arranged check in time was 14:00.

Friendliness of staff. I must commend Mohamed for his help and advise and staff willing to provide an earlier check in and storing our luggage.

The aircon unit was set too high - even for winter - and could not be manually changed. Both maintenance staff could not get it corrected!

We had a great overnight stay at Rove Downtown. The room was very comfortable and we had a really good night’s sleep. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. A big bonus was the amazing Burj Khalifa view right from our bed. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel with a good location close to Dubai Mall and distinguished by the idea of providing private transportation for the hotel to several places in Dubai. It was noted that the size of the rooms is small and there are no classifications for rooms according to number if the number is 3 adults, so booking a new room for an additional adult is tolerated. In addition, the lower floors have an unwanted smell and small insects compared to the upper floors of the hotel overlooking Burj Khalifa, for example.

The rooms are small and do not have good ventilation, which is the reason for the strange smell and the accumulation of small insects.

Central location friendly staff good value for money

Locations is great, I got a room with view of Burj Khalif. It’s clear the Dubai mall, the service is excellent and good amenities ( gym, swimming pool and bar with alcohol)

It does not have tour option service

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Its location was excellent - an easy walk to Dubai Mall and about a 20-minute taxi ride to the souks and old town in one direction and to Dubai Marina in the other. The staff were OUTSTANDING! So helpful - allowing us to check in early after our long flight - and understanding when there was a problem with our newly-issued bank card. Our rooms were decently sized and the beds were comfortable. The pool and gym were both excellent - large and clean and with Burj Khalifa views! The on-site shop was also extremely well stocked and came in very handy. It would have been great if the coffee shop had alternative milks (other than dairy) but this was a minor inconvenience.

The only slight downside was the on-site restaurant, TGI Fridays. It seemed a little incongruous for a fast-food American chain with mediocre food to be the restaurant choice for an otherwise exemplary hotel. Given that Dubai is such a foodie destination, I'd have thought there were many other more appropriate options.

Great location for Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Also one block from Big Bus hop on/off station. Very convenient for red line tour
