Everything about the hotel was wonderful — we especially loved the pool, the laundry room, and being able to choose a breakfast dish beyond the buffet. The staff were attentive throughout, and Lali especially stood out for his genuine helpfulness and friendly manner.

I had a wonderful stay. The room and facilities were exceptionally clean, and the staff were absolutely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. Even after checkout, they went above and beyond to assist me when I left something behind, which I really appreciated. The location is also perfect, just a short distance from Dubai Mall. Overall, an excellent experience — I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is modern and has a fun, trendy vibe about it. The room was clean and nice. The absolute highlight is the pool. It has plenty of sunbeds always with fresh towels. It gets plenty of sun or you can put up shade umbrellas. The view there of Burj Khalifa made it such a beautiful spot. The location was good with Dubai Mall walking distance.

The gym looked bigger in pictures. The weight area is actually very small and pokey. One day there were 2 other people in there and I was very limited with what I could do. It felt a bit awkward and cramped. When I booked the description indicated shuttle bus to the mall and beach. I thought this would go at least a few times a day to these locations. Instead it went to more places but very restrictive. The beach but it only seemed to go in the morning a couple of times. Nothing in afternoon or evening so I had to catch train. The mall it went to a few times a day but you could easily walk there in 10-15 mins anyway. Also some other locations it went too it was only one way E.g Dubai Outlet mall. I considered going but there is no direct public transport back and taxi expensive as quite far. There should be a return shuttle a couple hours after drop off from these locations.

Very welcoming and Mr Ramadan was helpful. Small things like laundry, mini mart, tgif, luggage weight etc helped. Room is good.

Got my booking and met Mr Ramdan front staff and helped us with ease of timings. Stay is very fine and very close to Burj and Dubai mall just walkable distance.Good rooms and with friendly staff with pool,play station and good Breatkfast Enjoyed stay Thank you Rove team

I had a wonderful stay at Rove Downtown. The place is amazing — very comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly located. I would especially like to thank the reception team, and in particular Mr. Ramadan, for his professionalism, warm hospitality, and helpful attitude. He truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai!

Good location for my needs! Room was clean. Pool is nice!

I had a late arrival, and when I emailed and asked to confirm, I got a clearly prewritten message saying that they couldn’t confirm and it was based on availability. For a room I’ve already paid for? Correspondence needs work. But in person the staff were very friendly. 24 hour convenience store was nice to have. I get the motivation, but I don’t trust a glass bottle with a sticker on it, so I didn’t drink it. I would prefer a water bottle that is sealed.

Great common areas, mini market, good breakfast, pool area etc. Location, fantastic. Free shaded parking (arrived on Friday, lots of spots, got busy later on) Free shuttle to several places (only to, not back to hotel)

Rooms standard were more of a good hostel level. Some issues with air con (would not stay off). Some stains here and there. Basic anemities in the room.

The staff was kind and helped us with our every question. Location of the hotel is very good. Its about 10 min walk to dubai mall. The breakfast was top notch everything was high quality. If you want to stay in the heart of the dubai, rove is the hotel i recommend

Location was near Dubai Mall in distance but the area had no restaurants (except on-site TGI Fridays) around / in walking distance.

The cleaning wasn’t professional enough. Although it’s been done daily and as per the customer request with no hassle of timing. However, no hovering of the room or mobbing of the bathroom floor.
