I was in Dubai for 3-day business trip, booked Rove Downtown on booking. The reception staff were really nice, the cleaning staff were saying hello to me, feeling really welcome. The view is amazing, the whole area is surrounded by EMAAR-developed buildings, Dubai Mall was near at hand. Love the breakfast they offering, highly recommended booking with breakfast. Never been to other Rove before, this one is more European style, with luggage weight&storage area, working area, socializing area, M Floor has swimming pool and 3 silent pods good for meetings (sadly I didn’t figure out how to use it). Btw, love the coffee and coffee milk in the room. Tips: slippers are offered on demand/request

1. Maybe attach a use manual on the meeting pods, I failed to open it 2. The laundry fee is too high for those who stay less than 1 week but still need to wash the clothes

​We had a lovely time, but I wanted to pass along a minor observation. One of the lifeguards on duty was quite talkative and came across as a bit overbearing toward the other staff in front of guests. It created a slight distraction for us, so we just wanted to share this gently so the team can keep things smooth and professional going forward.

Exceptional stay . Nadia was very friendly. Everything you need for the shoot stay is there. Location is perfect opposite of Dubai Mall. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom clean .

Loved this hotel. Great vibe, excellent facilities. There is a small supermarket in the lobby with a good selection of items and great coffee and snacks.

Absolutely amazing experience at Rove Downtown Dubai! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the location, and especially the staff. Huge thanks to Nicolas at the reception desk for making our check-in so smooth and welcoming. Professional, friendly, and genuinely caring — he made us feel like VIP guests from the first minute. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The view, the vibe, and the service were all top-tier. One of the best stays we’ve had in Dubai for sure. Highly recommend Rove Downtown to anyone visiting Dubai — and if you’re lucky enough to be checked in by Nicolas, you’re in great hands!

Our stay was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until the time of checkout. We were warmly welcomed by the reception team, and the check-in process was personally handled by the Front Office Manager, Mr. Nabil, whose professionalism, generosity, and gracious hospitality made an immediate impression on us. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a stunning Burj Khalifa view room, a thoughtful gesture that made our experience even more memorable. Seeing a manager so actively present on the floor and genuinely caring about guests reflects true leadership and dedication to hospitality excellence. 👏 A special mention also goes to John, the Kenyan receptionist, who was simply outstanding throughout our stay. His constant willingness to assist, combined with his warm smile and positive attitude, made us feel genuinely valued and cared for at all times. He is truly a great asset to the reception team. The property itself is magnificent — from the elegant ambience and beautifully maintained facilities to the impeccable attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience. We were especially impressed by the hotel’s commitment to sustainability practices, which added even more value to our stay. Everything was absolutely top-notch and exceeded our expectations.🥰 We highly recommend this wonderful property to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I really liked the location—it’s close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, which made everything easy to access. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very جميل and relaxing.

Amazing Hotel, good spacious rooms great customer service, perfect location to explore downtown Burj khalifa dubai mall and other locations Team was very accommodating for all requests we have been family with kids interconnecting family room with Burj khalifa view was a plus amazing views at night free drinking Water , coffee station with kettle was available Enjoyed Pool area its 120m deep and 50m long, was clean well managed with even safety vest available for kids to swim easily locker inside your room is also plus i will highly recommend rove downtown hotel for family with kids if you wanna go to dubai mall use back parking door and follow walk pathway and enter parking area where you can take elevator to go up in the mall, this will save you alot of time and shortest distance to enter dubai mall

Breakfast was expensive in terms of availability of items in menu only tried on day 1 rest ordered online and was delivered at room door step

This place is a perfect co- working environment and a hidden gem . Very well thought out and run very efficiently. You can waste money on protentious venues 500m away if you are foolish enough. I am currently working from home but with the cleanliness of this hotel , laundry and gym you could easily stay here for a month and I recommend it for a monthly stay with competitive rates offered. Too many people to thank but the Nadhiya and the team at reception go that extra mile to really make your stay feel special. Try it you won't be disappointed.
