Room was too hot. Couldn’t find button to control the heating.

Great location near Liverpool Street Station, comfortable, clean and warm bedrooms. Great bathrooms with plenty of hot water and lovely amenities.. Amazing black out blind ( although a little hard to find the control )

Would have expected room service to be operational 24 hrs.. especially in a 5 star hotel. No room service after midnight and the night supervisor said they did not have a license to serve alcohol after midnight. Although he did let me sit in the reception area and have glass of wine from the mini-bar

I didnmt like the deposit application which is released from your card at the beginning even if your deal is not that full amount. So you have to deal with the reimbursement process.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was just as pictured in the photos. Very clean and comfy. It was also very quiet. Overall, exactly as expected and would recommend.

We ordered food service to the room. The food was good but I thought it was quite overpriced for what it is. Also it would have been good to have a mini-bar menu with costs for each item

The only criticism is that the gym needs some upgrades in machines

Good food and staff friendly. Did not like loud music on but this may be our age. Clents were also all put to the back and a little squashed when there was a lot of other empty seats.

The bomb in the foyer. The world is too frantic right now to be displaying bombs. The door at reception that did not close properly and staff were frozen at reception

Very clean and really good location being central to everything. Room was large and the bath tub was fantastic.

Staff were a bit cold and did the bare minimal when asked a question, such as where is something, or can you help me with something. Not fantastic to be honest. One Chaps’s help me order breakfast for my son as he woke up early from keg lag, but other than that - computer says no.

The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a good quality but because every item is separate it is pricey. The sauna and steam were very nice and kept unusually very clean.

There were several parties and a loud bar all of which could be heard somewhat in the room which was not ideal. The gym lacks equipment even though there is space. The universal machine is not the best equipment. For the type and standard of hotel this should be better equipped.

This is the best hotel in the area! Great location for Liverpool Station. Great to meet up with local friends. Modern and quiet.

It's not the cheapest hotel, but you get what you pay for, although I did get a last minute deal

I liked the cozy room, tasty breakfast, and excellent location near Liverpool St. station. The bathroom had some style as well, it felt proper luxurious. Bed was comfortable.

Not a fan of the random "small enough charges for customers to not complain" on the bill, e.g. there was a donation added to our bill, as well as gratuity for the cleaning staff. All of those can be taken off on request, but I am not a fan of 1. introducing tips for cleaning staff, likely to be able to pay them less; and 2. small donation added for the tax benefits of the hotel. This bets on the fact you will not say anything and just accept the bill since its just a few pounds extra, but I would reject it out of principle. Also not a fan of the price cap for the breakfast, i.e. if you spend over a certain amount this is no longer under included breakfast and will be added to the tip. Even then I really liked the hotel and will stay again, these are just minor annoyances to our otherwise perfect stay.

The room was stunning and so comfortable. The double shower was amazing! I was very impressed that we were also offered a cocktail as it was my husbands birthday, nice touch.

We were unable to use the bar as there was a private function. Unfortunately, the bar was a huge attraction for our choice of hotel as we were looking forward to using it at the end of the evening but were unable to do so.

This was my second time staying here, much better than the first time I stayed. My room was beautiful especially the bathroom. I slept great because of the blackout blinds and the staff were very good to me. Check in and check out was speedy which I really appreciated.

There is nothing I did not like but sometimes the rooms are very expensive.

Location Cleanliness Friendly staff

As always, the location being centre in the City is great. Bed and bathroom are great.

Rooms are a bit worn out and could do with an uplift.

Everything we needed and more. Excellent comfort.

Just one occasion one Staff member was not very helpful or interested in a request for taxi service info. Plus not keen on publicly being asked for 5percent tip for Staff as we checked out.

Warm staff and made every effort to get us a room early.

It was close to quite a few tube stations n especially the elizabeth line (a walk of less than 10 min) which is brand new n takes us directly to heathrow airport . Hotel staff was very helpful too .

The breakfast was outstanding, as well as the lunch; however, there were not to many lunch options on the menu. The location is great as there are many stores near by, within a 15 minute walk radius. The rooms were very comfortable, modern, and clean. Service was great and the restaurant was extremely fast.

The services such as the sauna and steam room were not working during our stay which was frustrating. The gym was good but lacked some basic equipment such as a pull-up bar. The mini bar could have used some healthy snacks, but that wasn't a massive issue.

Shower over the bath - no idea why any hotel wouldn’t have a walk-in shower

I would like to give a big shoutout to the front desk staff, Daria! 1. Due to the deposit requirement, I noticed some stains on the chair cushions after checking in and immediately reported it to the front desk, explaining that it wasn't caused by me. Daria promptly responded, saying, "Please let us take care of it!" 2. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage until the evening. I asked Daria where I could buy a cardboard box. Seeing me with multiple bags in the rain, she first took me to a comfortable changing room and told me I could repack and organize myself there. She even helped me find the perfect-sized cardboard box. When I offered to pay for it, she insisted that it wasn't necessary. Later, I couldn't properly thank her as the shuttle arrived, so I decided to publicly acknowledge her exceptional service here. Her performance deserves to be recognized by everyone! Respecting guests, understanding their needs, going the extra mile, and always wearing a big smile – she is the best hotel staff I have encountered in the post-pandemic era! I am truly, deeply grateful.
