I had high expectations which were not met.
the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant is very good.
the set out of the bedroom, especially the bathroom. Worst shower I have experienced in all my hotel stays. No attention in the room for the guests. Coffee machine and kettle on request only, which is not mentioned on check in.

Bad. Should not have had to live on top of a construction zone.
Good location
They are currently doing major renovation on the first floor of the property. Our room was right above the renovation and all day long there was sanding, hammering and jackhammering. It was really terrible since we were trying to sleep because of jet lag. They should not rent out those rooms because of the noise. They are uninhabitable. I would recommend calling to see if the renovation is still going on and I would not stay there if they say yes. We could hear it all the way out in reception. Really terrible job by management to be selling those rooms, in particular at such a high rate. Won’t stay here again. Lots of nice hotels in Mayfair.

Enjoyable but won’t be going back to the Michelin restaurant. It was totally overrated & whilst mos.
Breakfast was superb but would like an individual station for fruits, yogurt, ham etc
I appreciate that seating in reception is limited but sometimes it is really nice to sit & read a paper whilst watching the world go by.

A fantastic stay - couldn't have asked for more.
Everything about our stay was superb. The staff in particular were extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us.
The breakfast was excellent - freshly prepared and beautifully presented.
Helen Darroze restaurant was just sublime - the food AND the amazing Service from the team.

A second home inside Mayfair -great place, great personel,
Absolutely charming personnel, perfect accommodation, variety of bars and restaurants in the hotel, great calm in the rooms, it feels like a second home. Thank you!
Zero space for smokers, they should have in their inside yard a heated and covered space outside where one can smoke, even if it’s not fashionable anymore.😜

An incredible experience for a birthday celebration
Despite using booking.com to get a very good room rate we were upgraded . The room, bars and restaurants were all fantastic with wonderful staff .

Spectacular. We had 3 rooms for 3 days and entire family thoroughly enjoyed
Did not eat breakfast but dined in two venues and enjoyed the martini bar all of which were exceptional.
Having coffee in lobby in morning would be icing on the cake
