Broadwick Soho, London

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff could not do enough to make our stay welcome and even threw in a free upgrade which was a lovely treat. I could not recommend Broadwick Soho enough. The room was beautiful and the decor was incredibly stylish. Would be more than happy to stay again.

We loved everything about the place. I was travelling with my daughter and knew she would love it for the aesthetics, so she was very charmed the moment she entered the boutique hotel. You could tell a lot of effort and personal touch went into the design of the place. The bathroom is spacious and well laid out. Loved the green mirror in the hallway. The staff were also very kind, attentive and warm. We left our luggage there overnight after we checked out while we travelled out of London and they were ok to store it at no charge. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was very good as well. Unfortunately we didnt get to try their Italian restaurant, Dear Jackie, but we did go to Flutes, their rooftop bar. The ambience was spectacular. Really love everything about our stay there. At check out, the receptionist went through our bill and there was a optional service charge which was much derserved and I was more than happy to pay for.

The rooms are beautifully decorated. Regarding service, no attention to detail is spared. My eye glasses were left on top of a cool hotel cleaning cloth. Our computer cables were tidied with a hotel suppled tidy. My room service dinner was delicious.

The rooms although, very comfortable, are on the small side. The beds could use a new mattress topper.

Brilliant location. Good vibe. Superb food with excellent staff. The Nook is the bomb and the perfect spot for breakfast.

The Broadwick Soho was wonderful, we loved the restaurant Dear Jacki and the rooftop bar is fabulous The staff were amazing and the location was perfect.

Fun decor and lots of luxury extra touches. Staff very all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed cocktails in The Flute and a delicious breakfast in the morning. A real treat that was every bit as lovely as we had hoped.

We had a wonderful stay at Broadwick Soho. It was perfect for us, the food was exactly what we wished for, the vibe at the bar was amazing, our room was cleaned twice a day and was very tidy, and the service couldn’t have been better. We especially enjoyed Siena who served our breakfast each morning. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel, highly recommended! They did everything possible to make our stay easy and it was also super kids friendly. Also the location is great. I would give 11 out of 10 if I could.

Absolute 10/10. There’s nothing not to like. From the friendliness of the staff (all of them, without exception) to the amazing decor, being in the center of Soho, super well thought rooms and amenities - this had it all and you can see the care and investment that was done to ensure amazing quality and delivery. If you like luxury hotels with a twist of out-of-box thinking, this is the place for you. Great bar on the roof as well (make sure you book in advance).

The only thing I can point out (but understand it’s the hotel’s vibe) is the lack of lighting, not a bad point, just not ideal if you have bad eyesight.

Beautifully styled and extremely well appointed room. The rooftop bar is a must too, the location is bang on for a couple of nights in London. The whole hotel is very luxurious and the staff are beyond exceptional. We had a very early check out and the night shift staff were fantastic to us early in the morning offering coffees and transport options.

We came with our carry in luggage only and had left our other 2 larger suitcases at the airport as we knew we were going back to Heathrow the next day. Had we brought the larger suitcases to the hotel I don’t know where they could have fit within our room.

We loved everything in this hotel. Although the breakfast wasn’t a buffet, it was very good. Also, the location of the hotel was great.

The only disappointment was that the hotel charged an extra fee for the breakfast service at the end, which shouldn’t have been the case, as the room was already paid with full breakfast included.

Absolutely loved the Broadwick! Service at reception was exceptional from arrival to checkout. Supremely efficient but friendly and not at all stuffy. Cannot think of a better place in London to have a pre-dinner drink than Bar Flute. Atmosphere, drinks and again service, exceptional. We had dinner in Dear Jackie which was great. Though if we were staying longer we'd definitely have ventured out into Soho on subsequent nights.

The only comment would be on the size of the room we had. It was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfy, but it was very small. It's not a complaint as the room size is clearly called out on the website and I booked the smallest/cheapest room, so it was my decision, but if staying again I'd spend more and get more space.

Everything we wanted to see was max 20 minutes away. One of the best hotels I’ve been in, extremely recommend!!

This hotel is beyond amazing! Every single aspect is exceptional. The location is perfect, the staff couldn't have done more for us and the facilities are second to none. We were going to a play at the Harold Pinter Theatre which was only a quick 5-10 minute walk away, passed lots of gorgeous little shops and bars, perfect for West End visits! The car park was about a one minute walk away. The gorgeous little touches made it a truly personal and wonderful experience. We will 1000% be staying here again!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel!

It was a very cozy environment with a very personal and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered was ready to help me with whatever I needed. This was what i expected from a boutique hotel experience. Highly recommended for those traveling alone or with a partner.

Every aspect of the experience was flawless – they truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. Broadwick Soho is easily one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever visited, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
