This might be the comfiest bed I've ever slept on! It's a really thoughtful hotel, they've put alot of effort into making your stay as fun as possible. The location is also excellent - its super close to lots of tourist attractions and the Town Hall station is great for exploring further afield!

Nothing much - our view wasn't great, but that didn't take away from the expierence.

Rooms are quite dark - not necessarily a bad thing as pictures do show this A bit noisy at times, never heard road noise but room would shake when neighbours came and went and would make the glass ornaments rattl for quite a while after any vibrations Didn’t recognise the entrance but staff were very helpful and directed us as we blindly walked past

The service at QT was outstanding, particularly from Andy the valet and luggage attendant. He was warm, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about his role, proudly mentioning that he’s put his heart and soul into his work for the past eight years. That level of dedication made a real impression.

From the moment were greeted at the entrance we knew we were staying somewhere special, we would llike to mention August on the front desk you truly made our stay special thank you. Everything was beyond expectation

Location & mood/ambience

Ummm - the other side of the hotel doesn’t have the same feel to it as the dark side where we stayed previously & the lift is a real nuisance as it doesn’t go to all floors & throws you out onto the street instead of the old worlde foyer down below.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Paired with the black out blinds, I had the best sleep I've had in a while. I also liked the dual shower hose and head and the bathroom and tea amenities were also great. And the kettle was super quiet. Albeit a little smaller.

The toilet being in the same room as the shower was a little awkward when my partner and I needed to use the bathroom to get ready at the same time. We also had to ask for cutlery because there wasn't anything available in the room. The mini bar fridge was also stocked full so we had to remove a few items to be able to put our water bottles inside.

Everything about my stay was beautifully, and thoughtfully curated.

The hotel has a nice quirky vibe. The room was spacious and had a lot of facilities. The staff was super friendly and the location is right in the middle of all the shops and close to public transport. We had an amazing time. Downstairs there's also a very nice French restaurant with great steak and fries.

The room was a bit dark as it had a bit of moody lighting. But that is only something very minor.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

From the moment I arrived and was greeted at the door by staff, to the moment I checked out, everything was fantastic. Helpful and friendly service, wonderful food and drink. The room was very comfortable and magnificently appointed. An amazing stay all around, I'll definitely be back.

For some reason we only had one bath towel. Had to ask twice to get a second one.

Great location, we stayed as part of our honeymoon and they made it special.

Quiet, large rooms. Location is perfect for exploring the City. Interesting and fun vibe to the hotel. Extremely comfy bed with black out curtains. A nice touch when managing jet lag

Room lighting isn’t great. We had an Executive room with a single window which didn’t help, but the room was generally quite dark with all lights on. Film selection was woeful. Hotel bar was quite small and normally packed with other guests. Bathtub next to the wet room shower means that every time you shower, water goes everywhere.

Bed was comfortable, my only negative was that I found the lighting very dark but that is the vibe of the hotel, I prefer a lighter and brighter environment - personal choice. The hotel, it's rooms, the service were all great.

Location right on the doorstep to everything the bathroom was very spacious, nice big tv.,room service for food was excellent restaurant down stairs was so handy ,beds were comfortable

tea and coffe options are limited ,no microwave or heating options and the coffee station is too small while right next to it is a very large desk maybe a bit of re modelling is needed ,the lighting for me was very poor the only options you have is only dim or very dim ,It would have been nice if there is a brighter option as well ,, I also didn’t like that there is only a quilt and cover for the bed ,a lot of people do find it very nice to just have a sheet on ,so that option would have been nice for myself The staff are AMAZING

Great hotel in a wonderful location, easy to get to by public transport and close to pretty much everything. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic being freshly made to order.

Our room was very nice but did need some maintenance/cleaning there were calcium stains on the tiles in the main part of the bathroom guessing from an old leak, room was clean but the stains don't look great. Bathroom exhaust fan barely removed steam from shower.

Great staff, great location. Cool decor. Great bar. Didn't get a chance to eat so can't comment on food which was a pity. Spacious room, we got an upgrade which was very nice.

Would really have appreciated a light up magnifying mirror in the bathroom, bathroom lighting quite dark so difficult to put on make up and husband would have appreciated it for shaving too.

Nice room in a nice building. A lot of care has been put into detail. Lots of room amenities. Very good location. And still very quite in the room.

Lovely big quirky rooms!

Meal at the Parlour restaurant was poor!

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The old world charm of the building is beautiful and the perfect location made getting to everything so easy.

To be honest the layout of the bathroom to the main area, with the roll away sections and the see through wall sections was a bit disconcerting when travelling with a teenage daughter but on the whole nothing really wrong.

The Bathroom shower water was everywhere ! No screen room 917

Loved the location, the music in the elevator, friendly service, unique decor and two sinks in the bathroom.

The bed pillows were a bit hard for us. Bathroom off lobby wasn’t clean. I tried to use the brush there. Brush fell apart in my hand and water it was sitting in was disgusting. Toilet would have been dirtier if I’d used it.

Location was brilliant. Cool and comfortable.
