The female receptionist was not overly receptive whilst the male front of house was much more welcoming - this is the important as l have stayed before and travel to Sydney frequently - also stay at the Establishment - also staff on the street Entrance - Excellent and welcoming

We stayed here for my birthday and it was an amazing time. The rooms are so spacious and clean with well-appointed bathrooms. The room was so quiet! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a short but very enjoyable stay. The room was quiet, clean, spacious & equipped with everything to make for a very comfortable stay, including kettle & coffee machine. Inner city location was perfect for our needs. We loved the theatrical decor & had dinner at Gowings which was outstanding. We look forward to coming back for a longer stay! Thank you.

Super convenient location on Market Street, especially for shoppers being across from Myer, Westfield, David Jones etc. The hotel is in a character building - it was a little hard to find the entrance to the hotel ( up a lift just inside the cafe entrance) but was rescued by a friendly member staff. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with rain shower, lovely bath and separate toilet which is great. Excellent food, fast room service. Happy hour in bar with limited choice but very good cocktails. Little French cafe on ground floor does excellent steak and frites as well as breakfast.

I found the hotel too dark. The dark colored decor - some might find opulent but I find gloomy and a bit depressing. I couldn’t wait to get out of the hotel into the light outdoors.

Unique decor, fantastic location for shops, eating out, and taking in a show at the state theatre. Large rooms with modern, great amenities. Very quiet considering it's the middle of the city and there was a nightclub operating 2 floors below us.

Had to carry out bags up a flight of stairs to get to the lift to our room.

The locating was fantastic and staff superb.

I wasn't a fan of the dark scenario and found all the black in the rooms to be quite dusty and old looking.

Room was quiet and comfortable Breakfast a Parlour was very enjoyable and I was able to take time out to do some work and enjoy breakfast. Coffee was very good. At the Gowings Bar, it was a nice spot to kick back and do a but of work over a drink. One of the waitresses was very attentive skipping around the tables to ensure that you had food and or drink. It made for a great experience. Location was perfect with proximity to Rail, Tram and Buses.

I thought the concierge lacked attention to detail or any awareness of what was going on. When I arrived and started unloading my luggage, they just stood there. Once I unloaded everything (in the rain), only then did they ask me if I was staying there. All the while, the concierge was playing with his football in the doorway.

Didn’t like that there’s no way of completely blocking the people in the bedroom space from being able to see people inside the bathroom-I shared with friends not my partner, so made it a little awkward

Staff always willing to help

I loved everything about the QT. I stayed for 3 nights. It was the perfect location, the room (Jnr Suite) was AMAZING, the staff were so helpful, and I love the overall vibe. The uniforms the staff wear are so cool! Adds to the vibe. I was so sad to leave and I cannot wait to stay again!

There was nothing I didn't like. I will always have great memories for the QT Sydney and I can't wait to come again!

Love the decor and location. The bathroom was well equipped with an excellent shower and huge bath. Blockout curtains were great. Given the location, the room was quiet.

Would have liked a price list for the mini bar and a larger fridge to hold our own drinks. Did not know whether you did room service as there was no information in the room which was frustrating. Being able to open the windows would have been great.

The shower wasn’t very clean We were missing two bath robes for guests and called to ask for more but they didn’t arrive.

It was so Vibey, clean, central, safe perfect for solo traveller! The staff are so friendly! I will definitely be back!

I loved the location, convenient spot. The staff were excellent, very helpful. The restaurant & bars were great. The bed was very comfy.

The only negative was the bathroom. The shower & sink water went everywhere, and there was no fan in the bathroom. It was also very dark, making it hard to put on makeup.

Very convenient location, great decor, friendly staff. The spa is also lovely.

The bathroom design wasn't super functional. The sliding mirrors in our room didn't close completely and the center display cabinet was see-through making it difficult to get full privacy when using the bathroom.

The Parlour was amazing!! We had breakfast,lunch and drinks there. The Hotel was fabulous. We'll be back.

Well designed room. Reception lounge is very welcoming and very luxurious. I wish we had a longer stay, we will definitely stay again. Close to attractions, shops and public transportation. Staff are very nice and very helpful. Very clean and we love the decorations and artworks, very unique. Highly recommended. It was a memorable stay. We love it. Thank you.

Quality executive style room which was well equipped for my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar on Level 3 was nice suprise. Location perfect. Certain to be back soon.

Location for shopping and dining was excellent!

While the rooms looked fantastic, there were a few basic design/layout elements that just didn't make sense or weren't practical. Very minor based on all the positives.

Quirky decor, inclusion and quietness. Dining facilities were great.

A truly remarkable experience. Once we were settled in we didn't want to leave the hotel. The most disappointing thing was entering the real world after being in the amazing aesthetic of the hotel.

The valet parking option was amazing. Was greeted in busy Sydney traffic and they made it simple.

Great quality hotel in a central location. The staff were super friendly, and the customer service was excellent. The room itself was modern and went above and beyond on the amenities (my wife loved having the Dyson hairdryer!). Overall a really great experience

Not having the bar/ restaurant open on Sunday night was a little frustrating.

I always love the vibe and service and the option not to service my room.

Nothing major - the wardrobe cupboards didnt shut properly - looked like a hinge issue. Also the aircon can sometimes be quite loud. I dont love paying the $5 tray fee for room service.
