We were misguided by the lobby personnel. Her name is Rosaly, she told us we will have a room with a fountain view if we accept to upgrade for an extra 100 usd during check in and we accepted. But she didn’t tell us that we will have an extremely limited view.

The location is unbeatable, centrally, located, easy to walk to most things.

Didn't love that the rooms don't have refrigerators or microwaves or coffee pots at a certain age you'd like a tea before you go to bed we'd like our water cold. I understand that's not what Las Vegas is about, but will consider that in the future when you see a hotel.

Bellagio remains one of the most beautiful hotels on the Strip. The location is unbeatable – right in the center of everything, so you can walk both directions along the Strip and always return to the middle point. For exploring Las Vegas, it is probably the best position you can have. The pool area was absolutely outstanding. Sitting by the pool in the morning with coffee in the sun was easily one of the best moments of the entire trip. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and very well maintained. The famous fountains are still one of the highlights of Las Vegas. I watch the shows every time I visit and never get tired of them. It is one of the best experiences in the city and the fact that it is free makes it even better. The hotel itself is stunning – truly the “queen of the Strip.” If Caesars Palace feels like the king, Bellagio feels like the queen. During my visit they had installed a new spring display in the conservatory, with flowers everywhere and a beautiful scent throughout the hotel. It made the whole space feel magical.

The biggest disappointment was the room category. I booked a King Size Strip View expecting a room in the main Bellagio tower overlooking the Strip and the fountains. However, some of these rooms are actually located in the Spa Tower (the back building). From there you still see the Strip, but it is not the iconic Bellagio view many people expect when paying extra for it. The rooms facing the other side of that building look toward the parking area, which I noticed when a suite door was open. Because of that, it is worth paying close attention to which building you are booking. The Spa Tower Strip View is not bad at all, but it is simply different from what many people imagine when they think of a Bellagio Strip View. Personally, I would definitely choose a pool view in the main building over a room facing the parking area in the Spa Tower. The bathrobe in the room was also clearly quite old. It was still very soft and comfortable, but you could see it had been through many washing cycles.

The Strip is generally expensive...bars and restaurants in the Bellagio are very expensive.

So far the best hotel I've been in USA as room comfort and luxury. I loved the bathroom design and the electric curtains.

No complimentary water , tea and coffee in the room. For a hotel of this class I expect to have free water, tea and coffee.

Comfortable and somewhat clean.

The room describes spa tub not a spa tub it was just a soaking tub that wasn’t clean. The robes were cheap not soft and fury. No shower cap or any type of free amenity like a water bottle nothing. Plus the prices of the property were outrageous. You would think you are paying for a one night $670 dollars and you will have at list one bottle of water for free no everything on the room had to be paid for it the waters were over $14 dollars for a bottle. Plus we ordered a cob salad and a juice to the room and it came out to $74 dollars. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. Since when Vegas became this price. Not even in Europe prices are like that. I’m not sure if the Bellagio is worth for that rate.

Beautiful room, everything in the whole hotel was spotless and grand and impressive. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. The fountains were incredible. Really lovely.

There was no kettle/tea/coffee facilities in the room. This seems a bit cheap for such a nice hotel.

The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The facilities were well maintained; bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The location was perfect for walking and exploring LV.

We have been going to the Bellagio for over 20 years but this was our first time back since Covid. We have always booked suite because of the extras that were associated with being a suite occupant and the added personal service that came with it. Unfortunately all and I mean all these benefits are totally gone. All it is now is an overpriced room with no special benefits whatsoever. When you travel half way around the world and you are paying a premium you expect a premium experience. This was sadly lacking and the MGM management team need to take a real hard look at their charges in relation to their product offering. Unfortunately for that reason we will not be back to the Bellagio.

room was large and clean. hotel is a madhouse so even remote check in was crazy. having to walk through the smoke smelling casino to get to the room is always the worst. it is vegas.

Great location

The hotel is in a great spot and perfect for exploring the strip. The waiting ladies serving drinks in the casino are wonderful, friendly and welcoming.

The whole hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The first hotel room we were given smelled extremely strongly of cigarette smoke so we had to re-pack our cases the following morning and request a room move which didn’t happen until late afternoon. The hairdryer in the room didn’t work. I had to request another one and I found the reception/check on staff cold and abrupt.

Cleaning staff we came for 4 night 2 days the didn't come to clean one day we had to call them at the evening

It was hard to get a cup of coffee in the morning! Most luxury hotels we stay at have a coffee set up in the morning. The lines to get into breakfast restaurants were horrendous. Other than that (a very small thing) everything was pretty perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

The unhelpful attitude and rude check in staff, other staff like the game floor croupiers were quite polite but could be a bit more friendly and happy looking.

It was a perfect stay, the room was spectacular, the staff was super friendly. I would like to shout out Kevin at the front desk who made the stay exceptional.

The best location, best hospitality and infrastructure! Jackeline from the reception was amazing! Super kind and made our check in and check out experience completely different after a long flight.

Anytime I have endeavors in vegas I always choose bellagio, I love this hotel the rooms are always clean and beautiful and the mattresses always exceptional. It’s kinda hard at times to try and not stay in bed for my whole stay of how cozy it is. I always find myself going back into the room to take a “quick” nap. So much so I’m looking to purchase a mattress for myself at home similar to the the bellagio experience I don’t care how much it cost I know I’ll find something similar, I really wish that their mattress weren’t exclusively made just for them. Anyways yea I love this place I’ll definitely be back soon!

Sometimes I wish check in would be quicker but I understand there’s not much they can do if I arrive early and there’s nothing available. I love bellagio I have nothing but great experiences there.

The room was beautiful. We loved the shower and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was on the pool and grounds which were gorgeouos. It was quiet in our room at night. We enjoyed looking in some of the stores and we always love going to the Conservatory. The Conservatory was outstanding! The Spago restaurant and staff were excellent!

There could have been more staff available for check in.

• Check in online feature is really useful to skip the large check-in queues • The room we stayed in (fountain view king) has been refurbished to a high standard, and the view is incredible • The bed is very comfortable • Good large TV for relaxing moments • Bellagio is in a great spot on the strip, allowing you to easily access key points • Car/taxi pickup/dropoff access to the hotel is easy and available from multiple points • It is of course much more than just a hotel, the Bellagio is an experience in itself. In fact, you don't really need to leave the hotel/casino grounds if you don't want to!

• The bathroom is absolutely beautiful, BUT the shower would hugely benefit from a rainfall shower head. It has only a single fixed shower head pointing at you, which offers minimal water flow control and it turns a lovely shower into a slightly disappointing experience. The shower itself is huge, so more jets/heads would allow you to take advantage of its great size • The price is of course high, it is the Bellagio after all. We paid around $1700 for 3 nights, which is a lot for any hotel, and I do think the room could benefit from some complementary items at this price point. For example, there is no coffee making facility in-room, which seems to be the standard for Las Vegas, but at this price point a Nespresso machine would be lovely for mornings overlooking the fountains from the window. And even a couple of included bottles of water would be a nice touch. • The hotel is very very busy, if you don't like having to be around a LOT of people when entering/exiting the hotel, this wouldn't be for you. Hotels without a casino attached, such as Vdara might be better for those looking for more quiet (we didn't mind it!)

The hotel retained an amount of over $900 as a guarantee and informed me that it would be released within 30 days. More than 45 days have now passed, and the amount has still not been released. They are no longer responding to my emails. I have asked my bank to initiate the recovery process for my funds. It is very disappointing to experience such behavior from a hotel that claims to have high standards.

Comfortable beds and pillows, location on strip, decorations were lovely, fountain show was good.

Pool closed at 4pm. Rooms didn’t get cleaned unless requested. Limited toiletries for 5 star hotels. Limited eating facilities and bookings available.

Room was fabulous, spacious and immaculate. We dined at Lago for dinner which was delicious and great service.

Difficult to book into resort dining outlets though and so we did a bit of waiting in line especially for breakfast. Even when we booked for dinner we still had to wait quite a while to be seated. The online check in and out was difficult and we couldn't make it work - perhaps an international issue??

The buffet is poor quality and the environment is very average. Avoid. I had to ask for turn down daily, it’s not automatically provided. Jim equipment is a little dated and could be bigger

Upgrading to a fountain view room is always worth it - watching the fountains from high up with the sound on from TV and the strip in the background is the quintessential vegas experience. The rooms are reasonably spacious (not as huge as other vegas hotels, but big by most standards) and the bathroom huge and comfortable. Check in was prompt and the location right in the middle of the strip cant be beat.

The lobby is always crowded and the casino floor is super busy and navigating around people walking at a glacial pace to get to your room takes a while.

I thought charging 54 dollars plus tips for an average omelette crazy.. the location was very good

I found other peoples clothes (dirty socks, pants) in my room so question the cleaning. I lost some glasses and you lost and found people are strange. They give information in pieces and ask the same question exactly three times (name, room number "what is the issue " "how can I help you"..) they can't call International numbers and don't appear to be on line with cleaning and security departments. One poor feller next to the phone was told we are on our way and waited over an hour at reception.. Hotel so big the details being missed imo
