Amazing views of the fountain and vegas strip from our room. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Great strip location next to all the entertainment, restaurants and nightlife.

Terrible check in experience. Would not accept contactless payment. Wasn’t made to feel special in any way given we spent our wedding here. We were put in a room next to lots of renovation work. It wasn’t noisy just an eyesore on our floor when going to the room. The hotel was also crazy busy. Not sure what I expected really. But I didn’t feel like we received a five star service in any way. It was very average. High tips ‘expected’ for very average service.

The room was just bare, nothing complimentary (not even one bottle of water) the room cleaning left more to be desired. It might be a five star hotel but you don’t leave feeling like you got a five star experience.

Pool was wonderful. Warm even at the end of October.

The housekeeping service was really bad! They didn't make the beds. Just threw the sheets and didn't replace any of toiletries

Food and drink are very expensive in Las Vegas and I personally had a problem with all the smoking in the building

At the time of check in the person at counter categorically told me and I reconfirmed with her that I had $100 complimentary meal every day included in my room rent. On check out i did not see that reflected in bill. When I called, I was told it was a total of $150 credit only and even out of that the hotel forgot to post $102 credit.. That was very disappointing and frustrating experience. Essentially I was told without using as many words that I was lying when I said I was promised something at check in. I always stay at bellagio and no other hotel in Vegas but this was a truly disappointing experience.

Location is great. Staff is friendly. Decor and ambience is excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Ability to “pre-check” and “check out” online is excellent. Great shops and restaurants.

The property is showing its age. Bathrooms are a bit out of date. Amenities are not the same as they were when I stayed 10 years ago. Feels like there were some cuts made. Everything is overpriced. I was unable to communicate with several staff members. They only spoke Spanish.

For me, Bellagio is a symbol of Las Vegas. The hotel is an amazing place. With super-friendly and professional staff. Fantastic pools, the gym is spacious and well-equipped. Restaurants with great quality food. Basically, within the hotel, you can find all the services and shops you might need. However, it's Vegas, so everything in the hotel is a bit pricey.

Little space in the room minifridge. Not possible to make coffee or tea in the room. Strange shower..

The physical features of the hotel art spectacular - the Chihuly ceiling and the pool area are highlights. There is good signage. The housekeeping service was terrific - they made up my room early in the day.

There is virtually no customer service - everything is handled via a keyboard. This is time consumling and annoying. Is it really too difficult to serve snackswhile ordering with a simple system - no email necessary. I was issued a smokimg rooom online - I had to change it at the desk. A sit-down breakfasta place (Sadelle's is alway overflowing). There was too much smoke in the casinos. I worried about kids in the casinos -are they allowed there?

Everything was amazing

Beautiful large room with 2 queen beds that were so comfortable, I slept so well. The lobby was buzzing good atmosphere enjoyed the pools too went in a few different ones.

We had dollars credited to our room that they didn't automatically take off so I had to query it after leaving. This happened to some of our friends too so seems to be a regular thing and leads to alot of confusion . The bills also got mixed up in our group. I think these are areas they could improve on

Amazing rooms with beautiful views of the fountains and main Vegas strip!! The hotel was clean and rooms were large and well appointed. It was a great choice for a one night stay on a business trip. Room service food was SO delicious (but very expensive.. but that's Vegas!)

Be aware of pre-authorization amounts. The hotel took $300 AUD prior to arrival and then when we ordered room service that went over this amount by $15 they took another $500 AUD pre-authorization. It really adds up and it took a week to be returned to my account. Just be mindful of this as it was never explained to me before staying. Also do not remove anything from the fridge to have a look as everything sits on sensors and you'll be charged as if you drank or ate the items.

We had a fountain view room which was the highlight. They have a channel programmed with the fountain music which makes it even more special. The room was large with a comfy seating area at the window. Everything in the room was exceptional.

My fault, but I didn't realise there was no coffee/tea facility in the room (I hadn't noticed this on the description). There are cafés in the complex but first thing in the morning it's a pain to battle the crowds just for a coffee

The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to major attractions and plenty of restaurants. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, giving a great first impression.

I was surprised to find that a simple water kettle, which is typically complimentary in most hotels, came with an extra charge. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it felt unnecessary to pay extra for such a basic amenity.

Doubt this was a choice for the Bellagio but the grand stand for the upcoming formula 1 race was right in front of the hotel blocking the fountains. I got there on October 13 and the race doesn’t happen until November 20. Ridiculous.

Lovely hotel inside and out. Rooms very comfortable. Loved the fountain show. Everywhere immaculate.

Construction work inside the hotel starting at 7.15am which we could hear in our room on 6th floor.
