Harbor Hotel, Boston

The view was great, the decor was very christmassy, the room was comfortable and the food was delicious. And we had a surprise waiting for us for our anniversary! Also love the dyptique presents.

The pool was closed for renovation and we were not warned when booking, which was disappointing as we came partly to enjoy it. The tub was a bit small.

we were awoken by the sounds of elevator or furniture moving starting around 6:30 am until around 9 am every morning

The location, I had a great view from my room. The live music on Friday night was excellent.

The swimming pool is being refurbished. I wasn’t a fan of the food I had there, especially the breakfast.

Beautiful property in a great location. Great staff service.

Rather low water pressure in the shower, sink and toilet will definitely bother some guests. Food served at the hotel restaurant was excellent, but my wife and I found it to be loud, not very much seating and the service could be better for a 4.5 star hotel.

The view and room were fabulous, but the the staff are the real gems. The staff are exceptional; from the doormen, the front desk, the housekeeping. The staff make this a five star experience.

Everything was well beuond my expectations and i plan to make this my go to hotel when in boston . The staff were all just perfect .

The room service was outstanding. I needed a night away for myself and the staff was so friendly and kind, not to mention the food was delicious. The pool was very nice and relaxing, and very easily accessible. The room was so comfortable I could probably live in it. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making me and my pup Leo feel welcome. I will definitely be back for another self care night very soon!

Room was nice, my kids enjoyed it. What made this room not 100% for me was the fact that the iPad in the room did not work. Also the tv was not working or connecting with the streaming apps. This is a problem when traveling with tired children. The iPad issue was addressed after speaking with a staff member that delivered dinner to our room and sadly the tv never worked. Minor, but frustrating for the price and explaination to my children.

Beautiful location close to many convenient stores. Harbor view is beautiful. Staff extremely friendly. Room service was very quick!

Only thing was the bathroom was a little tight and I prefer a bathroom with a tub.

As usual in American hotels it is very noisy with a lot of door slamming and not the best door isolation.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The nightly rates were high and ridiculous that breakfast was not included at that price. The breakfast menu was very expensive. We opted to head out early and get breakfast elsewhere.

Although the hotel was nice, the room was actually no bigger than most other hotel rooms (although advertised as being so). The harbour view was lovely. The price was such that I’m not certain the extra was really worth it. I think you might get better value elsewhere.

The location and the view was absolutely amazing! Staff was exceptional as well. It reminded me of pre-Covid customer service.

The hotel is ideally suited on the waterfront for great views of the harbour. The room had an excellent view and was of good size and very clean. Its position means that many of the city's attractions are within walking distance.

Everything was so good it is hard to find any fault but one thing in the USA is that breakfast is based around eggs and I don' eat eggs!

We spent our wedding night at the hotel 33 years ago and returned for our anniversary. They upgraded our room to a large suite with a balcony overlooking the harbor. This was such an unexpected treat for us! They were responsive, warm, and welcoming in every possible way. A wonderful time!

Nothing really. They were very responsive when a piece of equipment was not working in our room and the staff came and fixed it right away. Great service.
