citizenM North Station, Boston

Location was amazing we were right next door to TD Garden. It was a 10 minute walk to downtown. Rooms were nice and compact, bed was very comfy had a really good sleep.

we didn't have a kettle to make our morning coffee, but my daughter nipped down to bar area to get it in the morning.

It was absolutely fabulous! Everyone was so kind and gracious! We will return! It was my granddaughter's birthday and everyone made it so special for her! It was magical!Absolute perfection!

Technology a bit hit and miss in our room - blinds would go up or down without us touching iPad or remote controls.

Great stay. The location was excellent, the whole concept was simple and hassle free, and everything was spotless throughout. The room was very comfortable, staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a cool, relaxed vibe that really suited the trip.

Hotel for the tech savvy A little confusing at first

The bed was great! The room was small but well designed and for a 3 night stay it was very comfortable and very well situated to the T and other places we wanted to go.

I've never stayed in such an intuitive place before! While the room may have seemed smaller than regular hotel rooms- there was no loss of comfort, no waste of space. Everything I needed was right there and a nice window view in top of it!

Location is right near north station, and extremely convenient. Walking distance from the North End. Easy to find and right next door to plenty of choices for food. The bed was very comfortable, the room was laid out well and conveniently. Enough space for 2 people. Staff was wonderful. The hotel is very clean high tech. LED lights, digital and switch controlled blinds to boot. The blackout curtains are phenomenal, usually there is a little peek of light but it was as dark as night with the blackout shut. I appreciated the easy self check in and choice of what view we would prefer (Causeway vs TD garden view)

The bathroom door doesn’t shut entirely and there really isn’t a TON of privacy in there. Everything that goes on inside the bathroom can be heard in the rest of the room. Soundproof windows on the Causeway side help a little. But sirens and revving engines can still be very loud.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the North End, Fanieul Hall, and Downtown Crossing. Also, easy access to all the T lines and the commuter rail.

Perfect location by td Bank garden and other north end attractions. Love the ease of checking in and getting into the room.

iPad to control everything was smashed so controls were difficult to use.

Location is a big draw - the bed is comfortable and I appreciate the black out shades

Parking . Many hotels offer a validation when you stay- the price of parking is steep .

The property was clean, located in a good area that is walkable, rooms were comfortable.

I didn't like that the shower leaked to the outside.

The room did not have a microwave and refrigerator. When talking a shower, the shower did not have a support bar to keep you from falling.

The lobby area, breakfast, and the beds in the rooms are the high points. Some visitors might find the modular style rooms a bit too cosy, but the rooms are fully equipped and clean.

The property is close to a nearby sports arena which means that there are crowds and hotel pricing seemed to fluctuate

The reception you get asked to checkin online. They could do better by taking bit of time to say welcome and be interested in you. Felt too clinicalclue they didnt want to speak to you. After check in all chats with staff we're positive, so just 1st impressions.

Excellent location to see the city and close to Boston Garden. Very easy to walk everywhere and to take subway. Great places to eat, bars, and Italian bakeries in the North End. Also easy to get to after taking a NCL cruise to Bermuda and to return to airport to fly home.

We did not have any complaints. All good. Would stay there again next time we return to Boston. We will be returning in the near future to see the sites that we were unable to see.

Super easy to check in, very centrally located. It was clean, comfy, and a great stop for a solo trip. It did get a little loud during the Bruins game, but only for a little.

Space was small. Opening two suitcases was tough. Bed was against window and 2 walls so climbing in and out was tough for the person on the far end. Bed was also slanted or sunk in the middle. A kettle or something to make tea or coffee would have been a nice touch

The washroom is located within the main room area, and the bathroom is designed as a single combined space. When taking a shower, the entire restroom floor becomes wet.

The friendliness of the staff surpassed expectations - even as a British Tourist expecting a warm and honest welcome in the US. Great support and guidance when asked for a suggestion or direction to somewhere - along with a general level of inquisitiveness SUPERB location for the TD Garden and the Ferries - basically very close to everything you would want

Check-In for me was clunky. My surname had been registered as my Forename so finding my booking was challenging for myself, the hotel team and their system

Very Clean & Classy! Alarms were perfectly made and loud enough for normal wake up. The city view was absolutely stunning and a sight to see. Everything was perfect. Staff was prompt and came when asked a favor and respectful. And not to mention but the bucket of ice given was insane and so much, I love it!!

It was nice and clean the bed and pillows were comfy. The room felt like I was on a cruise ship. The location was great. Breakfast bar was very nice but is not included with your stay.

They kept the wash clothes in the lobby, I was expecting towels and wash cloths to be together in my room like most hotels. No bottle water was given in room, would have been nice if you got thirsty in the middle of the night.

Self check in was great and the view was amazing!

The frosted glass around the bathroom portion. My boyfriend and I got to know each other on a different level this weekend.

The staff was so great!!

No cups for brushing teeth. Tiniset garbage pail. Only one way to get into bed.

So close to TD Garden and the north station, friendly staff, able to leave luggage before check in and after check out so we could explore, decently priced food and drink

Windows on causeway side were advertised as “sound proof” but due to the location you could hear lots of varying noises (car horns, street performers drumming, etc.) but everything else about the hotel made it a great place to stay
