It was nice and clean the bed and pillows were comfy. The room felt like I was on a cruise ship. The location was great. Breakfast bar was very nice but is not included with your stay.

They kept the wash clothes in the lobby, I was expecting towels and wash cloths to be together in my room like most hotels. No bottle water was given in room, would have been nice if you got thirsty in the middle of the night.

Self check in was great and the view was amazing!

The frosted glass around the bathroom portion. My boyfriend and I got to know each other on a different level this weekend.

The staff was so great!!

No cups for brushing teeth. Tiniset garbage pail. Only one way to get into bed.

So close to TD Garden and the north station, friendly staff, able to leave luggage before check in and after check out so we could explore, decently priced food and drink

Windows on causeway side were advertised as “sound proof” but due to the location you could hear lots of varying noises (car horns, street performers drumming, etc.) but everything else about the hotel made it a great place to stay

Location was perfect for our concert attendance.

Rooms were definitely sardine cans, no privacy, makeshift bathroom.

Excellent location. My second stay at CitizenM in Boston, the first time was at Back Bay. Experience was terrific as expected.

Great vibe - very clean - super helpful staff - fantastic location right next to TD - late night areas to relax and have a bite/drink - roof top area was beautiful.

Great location for TD Garden venue, very friendly staff, it was my 2nd visit

Modern furniture and fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. Calm and quiet. Very close to Big Night Live music venue and the North station.

No cups or glasses in the room! Asked a house keeper who was kind enough to give me two plastic cups.

Not keen on the sink being in the bedroom would rather it in the bathroom

Extremely polite staff and the layout and design of the property was really nice.

The only thing that I would have liked is a separate basic remote for the tv in the room. The iPad controlling everything in the room is very cool but the iPad had a few glitches with the tv. So a simple remote for the tv would have worked perfectly. But that is being very nitpicking the room all in all was very nice.

Great hotel . Close to everything downtown. Unique design of room . It is a bit strange having bed against window and crawling across the bed to get out .Having bathroom in main room with glass surround is different but we got used to it . Staff was very helpful and being next door to td garden was awesome.

I could not adjust the temperature of my room because therefore if I take a shower in a very cool room, I develop cold and the more I turned it up this switched back so I had no control and it pissed me off and I was thinking it was no way I could do that because you already electronically set it so it would not be changed so the fuck can I use the shower in the air conditioner with blowing? I couldn’t turn it off. It was miserable, but that’s it.

The rooms were perfect, only problem was shower floor was a little slippery. The staff was very helpful and very polite, always willing to help with anything and always greeted you when they seen you. Definitely using this hotel when ever I stay in Boston again.

Location is fantastic. The cost is incredible especially when compared with nearby properties. Every single member of the staff I interacted with was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about helping us.

The hotel is a wonderful experience. I don't even know where to start. Everything is smart, the check-in, the control of the entire room work through a tablet, the view from the room is breathtaking, the shared spaces are awesome! Balcony, meeting offices, hall, bar, everything is so modern, enjoyable and conformable! I will come back every time I can! I really recommend 👍👌

The location is fantastic, right around the corner from the North End and Beacon Hill and right next to the TD Garden, and our room had a great view of the city.

No coffee in the room! But they do make nice espresso drinks downstairs in the fun lobby.

To expensive, I dont eat much in the morning so I opted out because of cost/inability to purchase a small portion.

Free Coffee, most places have free coffee all day, or at least sell it close to cost.
