Beautiful hotel. Great location. Fantastic helpful friendly staff

Breakfast in the lobby of the old fed was lovely! We also got comped bc the night before the fire alarms had gone off quite late. The service was exceptional.

The seating covered up the old fed medallion on the floor— I would keep seating around that as a focal point. What a shame to cover up your lovely history.

The room is space with very good quality.

During my three-night stay, I was housed next door to a family with a dog. The initial night was ok, however, starting from the 2nd nights, the dog was barking from time to time. The situation became particularly distressing on the third night. Upon returning to my room, I was met with a strong and unmistakable dog odor. This experience was deeply unsettling, especially given that I am not a pet person. I was learnt from the front desk that this is indeed a pet friendly hotel. While I understand the importance of catering to various guest preferences, I believe there may be room for improvement to ensure a comfortable and harmonious experience for all, such as Pet-Specific Accommodations for designating specific areas or floors exclusively for guests with pets and enhanced communication for allowing potential guests to make informed decisions based on their preferences.

This property is gorgeous, centrally located to allow for walking everywhere in Downtown Boston and close to the airport!

In the last morning of our stay there was an alarm which called all the guests to evacuate down the stairs towards the lobby. All ended in 15 minutes and all of the guests returned to their rooms. The beautiful thing was that all the guests ate their breakfast that morning complimentary because of the inconvenience. Very fair and nice of them.

The rooms are not very elegant. The decoration is quiet dull.

The location was centrally located and accessible to different places in the city. The room was clean and services were great in terms of the room being cleaned. The bed was comfortable.

Location and staff

The attention to detail is apparent as soon as you enter the property . Friendly staff greet you before seeing your rooms for the first time . Our loft suite on the second floor was beautifully furnished and decorated . So comfortable - almost made leaving it a chore . Having the second half bathroom a huge asset . The Langham club on the eighth floor was again , so comfortable and welcoming with the help of the excellent staff . Sad to check out at the end of our stay . Anxious to return .

The only blemish was the sound proofing between rooms or lack of . Although no fault of the Hotel, our neighbours had restless baby(s ) and the noise was very apparent, also noted upstairs in the loft area . There appeared to be quite a lot of children on property during our stay and noise levels and general poor behavior particularly in the Langham club was disappointing. Again, no fault of the property, more the fault of parents who should have instilled how to behave in places like this to their children .

The bed. The location. The friendly and couteous staff. Bradley and Alicia and the doormen. The maid, too.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful , location is nice and cleanliness is very good , historical building with a beautiful architecture and lovely restaurant which used to be the federal bank reception area

The breakfast is not included and the Grana restaurant is quite pricey

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

It needed a dresser for clothing, the hot tub had a bandage in it and the fed needs normal foof

Beautiful, luxurious, and modern rooms/bathroom. The entire hotel was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking garage was a few steps away from the hotel entrance. Beautiful pool and sauna.

The shower is beautiful but it is very easy to wet the entire bathroom floor because of the single glass slab. The provided shower gel/shampoo/conditioner containers should be relocated to the far end of the shower stall. You hit them with your arms when showering because they are located on the side wall of the stall.

Great location and fab hotel however a few issues not dealt with

Television broke, no turn down or water in room for 2 nights of a 3 night stay Bath robe removed and not replaced no contact after agreed they would resolve Guest services slow to respond The small things make a difference

Rooms are really cozy, soap is good, beds are great! Employees are nice and the location excellent. Internet connection works perfectly and is free. We got plenty of fresh water every night.

Doors don't isolate from noise at all, and there is no buffet. Which anyway is good because food was great. Alas with long wasting time.

Staff were exceptional. Langham Club is one of the best things on vacation!!
