Fantastic location, wonderful staff and super comfortable rooms. Lovely hotel and will stay again!
The staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect for us. Our double room was super comfortable and spotless - also very charmingly decorated. The whole hotel is well set up with good options for meeting others, food and just taking a break in the lobby areas.
Not a thing - this was a perfect stay for us.

Fabulous
the location and the conformtable of the hotel is very nice. But I could not book the breakfast included with my stay, so I have to pay separetly.
the wealth in this time is no too good to take a walk down the river. And the furniture some time should fix the broken one or you can change the new updated.

I will stay at Charles Hotel again in my next visit to Cambridge.
The room is wide and spacey. It has two stands for luggages. It does not have electric kettle nor coffee machine, but upon request the hotel provided us with electric kettle.

Another wonderful stay at the Charles Hotel
The staff from the front desk to the valets to housekeeping were attentive and friendly, and overall as amazing as ever. Our Great Dane felt especially welcomed. It’s also the perfect place to be for a regatta and to see our kid who goes to the local college just a few steps away. :)

Great, classic Cambridge hotel with everything.
Very accommodating staff. Great restaurants - lovely jazz bar. Beautiful rooms. Everything very comfortable. Easy parking with electric charging.

Excellent stay spoiled a little from one staff member.
Room, breakfast, cleanliness are the best.
Upon check in I found that the young lady that attended us at first said we did not have a reservatiion - but then I showed her our Booking.com reservation number and she accepted it. There were no apologies. The rest of the staff was very attentive, especially Mr. Jamil.
