The Liberty Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston

I asked for bath tub (not just shower) and got that.

Didn't replenish some of the toiletries (eg soap) Ordered taxi for 4.30 am (to get to airport) and it wasn't there.

Doorman was extremely friendly as was bar-tender and wait staff. Room was extremely comfortable

There was an issue at check in where my card was approved twice for payment. Im over a week now waiting for my card to be reimbursed from a held charge.

After visiting for drinks on a couple of occasions I was so looking forward to staying overnight, Wonderful stay. Room is vey spacious and some great touches in terms of the decoration. We were offered a glass of champagne on arrival. All the staff were so attentive and friendly. We ate at Scampo and also had drinks and food in the bar area. Breakfast at The Clink rounded out a really special weekend.

The comforter on the bed was like a sheet of thin paper. I had to ask for another blanket. The comforters should we warm and puffy it was flat and crunchy and not warm.

Amazing location and a very cool hotel. Restaurants were great, was able to get take out and eat in my room.

The jail theme is over done and crosses over the boundaries of good taste into being offensive. I appreciate the history of the building and that the hotel has chosen to lean into it. However, incarceration is not particularly funny and clearly people suffered in this building for years. Additionally, we currently live in a country with a huge incarcerated population who is mistreated and over-sentenced disproportionately based on race. Therefore, things like the "no not disturb" signs which were made to look like handcuffs and said "solitary" were deeply offensive to me. Solitary confinement and it's over use is a crime against humanity. The hotel needs to do some soul searching and pull back on its use of the prison theme, STAT.

Super nice hotel and the location is perfect for most activities in Boston.

The location is perfect and the facilities of the hotel were good. The staff was great at the reception, valet, restaurant, bar, etc... really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back in the future.

The pillows could be a bit more comfortable and the size of the bedroom for a family of four is tight.

The room was beautiful! We even got a courtesy upgrade to a higher floor with an amazing view of Boston. The bed was very comfortable and the mini fridge was a great touch. again, remarkable views!!!

I wish the Clink restaurant was opened to sit inside the cells but because of COVID, we were unable to. My boyfriend is a corrections officer and that was one of the main selling points of me surprising him with this trip. When I found out we could only sit in the lobby, which is still nice, I was disappointed. Not the hotels fault.

Atmosphere was so fun. It's like being in the heart if the city. Room had an amazing view. The beds were so comfortable.

I would have liked to have bathrobes available and a coffee maker in the room. Also, room service was not available which I think is weird during COVID because it seems more appropriate to have the food delivered.

Service in bar is awful; service in restaurant was excellent. The hotel just feels very corporate; not very friendly - not unfriendly, just kind of "cold". Don't love it. I didn't have a car with me, but I did note that overnight parking is $65?!?! I thought that was outrageous!

We loved how walkable this location was. We were able to get to the museum of science, duck boat tours and the north end without our car. The hotel is nice but I wouldn’t say pristine. There was a lot of visible wear and tear on items in our room. Our bed was very comfy and clean, the view was great, and the staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. We also really enjoyed brunch at Clink, the eggs Benedict was delicious.

The room felt a bit beat up. The details matter to me when I am staying away from home and though aesthetically pleasing overall I felt it needed a bit of sprucing up.

My husband had surgery at Mass Eye and Ear so it was perfect for us. The staff was very helpful in getting him to and from the hospital. The doormen were especially helpful as were the staff behind the desk.
