The room was clean and it was a good size, there was A/C. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of choices. The location was wonderful to explore the city and it was close to the south station.

Great location, decent rooms, pretty quiet after midnight.

All the doors are heavy so they slam loudly all the time.

Affordable, clean, practical. They have everything one needs to travel light and simple.

They offer breakfast for everyone for free, which is a really plesant suprise. It is really nice that they offer so many activities. Also the bathrooms have everything you need starting with a shower, a toilet and a sink all in one room that you can lock.

Overall it is a very nice place to stay, especially if you are traveling by yourself and want to connect (hostel life). The staff is super friendly and helpful and they organize some fun events.

Unfortunately, this time they upgraded the air condition on the 3rd floor - somehow it wasnt possible to adjust the temperature so it was freaking cold in the room and it was not possible to adjust or turn off the AC. But this should be fixed soon :)

For a hostel the place is very big. I stayed in a four bedroom room only for women and it was comfortable enough, the sockets on the beds work fine with enough space for personal itens close by. I wasn't aware that breakfast was included and that was a nice surprise, though around 9h there was still enough food, but not plates, mugs or cutlery.

The beds are quite creaking and even though the bedroom was on a silent corner, we could hear and would wake up every time someone moved. It lacks an individual lamp per bed and also some kind of furniture for not having to pack the bag sitting on the floor.

Like a fancy hotel. I quite liked it.

Excellent location, within walking distance of a lot of things. It was mostly quiet on my floor, there was a bit of outside street noise but a pair of earplugs sorted that. The staff were lovely. The kitchen is massive, plenty of room to store food in the fridge and cupboards. Plenty of space to cook too. Breakfast provided was a surprise. Very basic with toast, bagels, spreads, yogurt, cereal etc - but very welcome when I didn't expect anything. The laundry facilities are affordable in my opinion, think it was 2.25 each for wash and dry. There is a bit of a sour smell that might need looking at. Overall an excellent experience and I'd stay again.

There were only a few things that I didn't like about the stay. 1. The check-in time was meant to be 4pm. I got there at that time and it wasn't ready, they said because they were putting in new mattresses. It took till about 6pm till I actually got in my room. I didn't even get one of the new mattresses. 2. I put the sign out to have my room serviced one morning and I came back and it hadn't been done. I needed towels so I had to go down to the lobby to get some. 3. I understand trying to be green but the sink tap had so little water pressure it took ages to do anything (shower was fine though).

I was really impressed with the common area on the second floor. Some of the best facilities I have seen at the price point. Very clean bathrooms considering they are common areas, huge props to the cleaning staff.

A bit hard to sleep as guests didn't really adhere to the quiet hours and were talking till 4 in the morning.

Amazing staff, they were super nice and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable and is located in a perfect location in the center of the city.

The breakfast doesn't have a lot of options. Also, the price could be cheaper.

Great location, just off boston commons. Multiple activities run by the hostel daily including tours. Breakfast included, showers were good. Cleanliness was fantastic as were the staff. So much common area!

A bit expensive as far as hotels go, although to be expected in Boston. Good for a short stay, we stayed 2 nights.

We stayed in a double room with private bathroom and it was big and clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was unexpected and really appreciated. The atmosphere was really friendly and felt great for solo travellers. The location is great.

very nice hostel, cool place, clean (bathrooms get cleaned every day), good lockers in the dorms, planned events as opportunity to get to know people, hairdryer, breakfast... - all fine, had everything I needed for my first days in Boston :)

Outstanding location, plentiful clean bathrooms with private shower, good light breakfast, helpful staff.

Bathrooms could use a little more maintenance; out of hand soap in one, sticky latch in another.

Small things like padlocks that you have to buy. No socket with usb in the room for people not from the us.

My expectations were met or exceeded. Staff was friendly. Facilities were clean. Would stay again - great value!

Location and the breakfast that was unexpected. Excellent staffs and we end up extending our stay for 4 more days. No carpet on the floor..strong water pressure. Ease in check in and check out. Room was ready even if we arrived so early. Bed so comfy except for the small fitted sheet😆

Pricey (expected in Boston). The fitted sheet was small .. (i tied the corner with a shoe lace and it solved the problem. Language problem with the HK staffs.

The place is very clean with all the facilities.

There is some issue with the air conditioners in the room. The temperature is too low near to 13 degree celcius which is too cold to sleep. Even though I got some extra blankets, it was not a comfortable temperature to sleep in.

The location was really great, I didn't have to take public transportation, I could just walk anywhere! The hostel had a great atmosphere, and it was clean!

My room didn't have AC nor lighting, so some nights were too hot as well be having to use my flashlight on the phone.
