The location is super! The staff very gentle!And also the rooms very spacious and clean!

Unofortunately the Wi-Fi is a huge problem! Please fix it because for some people,this may be a reason not to stay at this hotel. And it's a pitty,because the hotel is suberb.

The breakfast was ok. The staff was amazing. The fabulous coffee available 24/7 was wonderful for an overseas traveler. The quiet street was great.

Super single room - lovely big windows that opened on to a courtyard, generous bed -cozy - well designed- nice bathroom. Spotless. nice coffee and little candy bar at reception. nice little italian cafe downstairs for light lunch. perfect Old Town location - walkable to everything. Perfect hotel for an easy simply stay.

A lovely modern hotel in a heritage building. The room was large and comfortable, and we could easily walk around the city and reach attractions by foot. Breakfast in the attached cafe was welcome each day and had a good selection.

Not the fault of the hotel but the room upstairs from us was very nosy (heavy stomping around most times of the day).

High quality hotel, with a Michelin-starred restaurant attached. Great location on a pedestrian street in the old town. Generally very friendly staff. I booked a single room and got a lovely big room and a double bed.

The check-in person was unfriendly and described our rooms as 'tiny', which they weren't. Possibly a translation issue. A significant slope to the bathroom floor. Low ceiling in the bathroom and shower. Breakfast was rather expensive and in a separate cafe area.

Every room in the hotel, I am told , is different. My room had a slight slope. I loved it! The hotel is a beautiful buiilding located in the old part of town. Wonderful. I thought the staff were supernice and helpful. Also there is a water fountain and drinking glasses on each floor.

The bed in this room was situated in the middle, leaving a small channel of space around it. I wished it could have been on the side, leaving more room. I was told that each room is unique in its arrangement.

This hotel was in a super location in the old town with easy access to transport links and a great base for exploring.

Nothing. Only niggle was breakfast where it was a bit sparse and all hot food ran out by 9am. Also felt the towels were a bit thin and could be replaced by fluffier/thicker ones.

Location….in Niederdorf, but not right at any rowdy bars or the neverending works. Rooms are very charming, and staff were lovely.

A longtime favorite hotel! We have stayed a few nights on either end of many ski trips and love it. Lovely people, great comfortable/stylish rooms and an easy walk to the river/lake/restaurants. Also dog friendly and just an easy, comfortable, enjoyable experience.

Very well located in the old town. Near lots of result arts and close to transport links.

Room I was in was on a slant. I’m not very tall and could touch the ceiling. Would not be good for tall people

It is our second time to stay here and we will definitely stay more as the rooms are spacious and the service is top notch.

My small single room was in the attic and not great for a tall person. Reception acknowledged the issue and gave me a standard room instead - very well handled.

What stood out the most was the friendly front desk staff. The one girl was always smiling, very sweet, very helpful and upgraded my room due to availability which I appreciated very much. Ive traveled quite a bit and I must say she was one of the most pleasant front desk staff Ive experienced, perhaps ever. She really stood out. She deserves a promotion!

I was not aware of the construction and the access to the hotel with suitcases from the road was a bit difficult but not the fault of the property. I felt it was more than made up for with the service and friendly treatment I received from the staff. Accommodations were very nice as well.

Classy comfortable modern Hotel in historic building. Good location in Old Town area within walking distance of main Station. Nice large room with excellent Shower (No 212). Reception has comfy Couches and complimentary Coffee and Newspapers.

Roadworks outside (though not Hotel's fault). Breakfast arrangement with adjoining Cafe not worth 24 Swiss Francs a head.

The wifi connection (via voucher) was spotty and slow. I had to log in multiple times even on the same night (it kicks you out if you have been idle).

The hotel is very beautiful and it is in a very nice location near to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and bread. The staff was very nice and helpful. They kindly gave me a glass of prosecco as a welcome drink. There is a sink with drinking water on the floor where the rooms are located. Also there is a comfortable couch near the reception area where you can relax having a free cup of tea or coffee.

Perfect accommodation in Zurich. Fantastic location for exploring this amazing city. Very comfortable room, and fantastic staff. I appreciated the wonderful bed, the bathroom provisions and the coffee in the common area. I loved the outlook of the rooftops from my room, that i could open the window to look outside and that i could hear the church bells as I fell asleep. Idyllic!

-Beautiful hotel in excellent historic centre location (far better than any location off Bahnhofstrasse!) -Clean, modern design in rooms, nice bathrooms -Beds very comfortable (although the king bed we had was two twins pushed together with a valley in between)

Everything, lovely hotel, coffee and tea in the reception to help yourself too. Warm and cosy room with added luxury of a balcony. Staff were very friendly

Breakfast was a little hit and miss, first morning we arrived just after 9 very little hot food, meats and cheese to have, really struggled, because they didn't replenish it. Second day arrived just before 9 and the food was replenished a few times between 9 - 10, the staff were all lovely, we did ask for more scrambled eggs as there was none left and they did make some more!! Not a criticism just an observation, people need to eat, and first morning some people went without.

Excellent location and surprisingly very large rooms. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find two bathrooms in our room as it was not even described that right when we booked the room. Could not ask for a more perfect location and every floor had sinks with the most delicious water.

OMG! It's a dream to stay there! The rooms, the location, the staff, everything was just amazing. Very straight forward with the info and quite helpful :)

Maybe the bfast situation 😅 it's at the Deli next to the hotel, but some of the was a overly done (eggs) while other was under cooked (bacon). It's like a buffet style but without labels and you're on your own for all of it --it was hard to get the attention of the people behind the counter (for coffee i.e.)

This boutique property was located in the City center and easy to walk anywhere. The property was very well maintained and the staff were always cheerful and helpful. Make sure to remember your welcome drink during your stay! I would highly recommend this property to adults.
