Perfect location. Small room but large bathroom and very comfortable stay. Staff member - Francesco was very helpful. Definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Excellent location right in the heart of old Zurich. We had a top-floor historic room which was just as expected - cosy, top-of-the world, beautiful views of the city skyline. Our room also benefited from a private rooftop terrace, which was a lovely addition to an already pleasing room. Enjoyed the design of the reception & the possibility to make coffee and tea anytime.

the location was fantastic, the hotel was very clean and everything in good condition and they provided all the usual basics for a hotel room LOVED the free use of a location health club with spa/sauna facilties

Zurich is just very expensive - it's not so much a comment about this hotel, just in general Zurich was ridiculously expensive!

Loved the location and vibe

This is a truly great hotel. Best location in the old town. Convenient to the trams and railway station. And for those wanting to exercise, they have arranged access to the best gyms in Zurich (albeit a walk).

Great location, room and bath size and deco. Hotel environment is also good with free tea, coffee and a nice brakefast place on the buildin deli.

This was a gorgeous hotel set on a cobbled street, ideal for our visit to the Christmas Markets. There were also many restaurants and shops close by. The breakfast provided was lovely. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The shower curtains could be wider as they don’t protect water from getting out of shower properly.

The hotel is really well-located, clean, practical and beautiful. The reception is very elegant and nice and has free coffee, which is pretty great. Beds are comfortable, rooms are beautiful. It is a good choice in Zurich.

While this hotel is a great choice for Zurich and I'd come back, there are three things to discuss: 1 - The wifi system does not make sense, it could be done in a less annoying way, I had to give my credit card details to get free wifi because the SMS system was not working 2 - There is AC in the room that also blows warm air in the cold. There is also regular heating. Then in the night when the heating goes more intensively, it becomes hotter than the desired temperature for the air, and then, the AC kicks in and cold air is blasted through the room. I think if it would just stop when the temperature is reached it would make much more sense. Once cold air is blasted enough, warm air starts again, then cold, etc 3 - The breakfast is not amazing. The people in the bar are very nice but the options are limited and everything is very sad looking. I was there 4 nights and only one day there were boiled eggs, and that day there were tons of them, to find 0 the other days, weird.

We were upgraded and had so much space we were thrilled the room was very quite and dark, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The location is excellent and close to lots of bars and resturants.

The hotel is located a nice walk from the train station, but you will need to walk uphill a bit. Besides that, the location was amazing as it was very easy to get to areas for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. The breakfast offered at the adjoining café was nice, and their service was great. The hotel offers free coffee/tea for it's patrons in the reception lobby, but I did not take any.

While the room was a good size for one person, the bed was literally in in the middle of the room. This means you have to squeeze between the wall and the headboard any time you need to get out of or in to bed. I also felt it was a bit expensive.

Room was well appointed and location is excellent. We did not have breakfast - our exeperience as a vegetarian is not very good at hotels in Europe, they hardle have anything for vegetarians

Its a very basic hotel, good rooms, ecevlelnt staff - but too expensive for the offering. I would rather stay at a Marriott next time

Beautiful hotel in heart of city centre.

Location is incredible and the hotel is stylish and charming.

I’m allergic to perfumes so I found the beautiful smells in reception too strong for me.

Coffee available any time. Water tap on each level to refill bottles was great. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.
