Excellent location, convenient, clean & safe. Rooms are modern and hotel has a nice vibe. Loved my room and slept really well. AC is perfect. Bathroom amenities are good quality. I’d stay here again.

Just the space between the bed and the room is so small. Not sure if someone is slightly overweight, how can they go to their bed.. but this was a very minor thing.

Everyone was very helpful and the room was very clean and up to date.

My room on the top floor had a very low ceiling of 6 feet and was very claustrophobic since I am 5’5”. It was only for one night so I managed but I wouldn’t have like to stay any longer. I’m sure all the rooms aren’t like this.

Perfect place for a few days’ city trip. Friendly people, comfy beds, delicious free water. Excellent location in the city center; all the main sights reachable by foot. Hauptbahnhof is a 10 minute walk away.

Beautiful property centrally located. The building was historic and had lots of character. The rooms were clean and tidy and well decorated. They were quiet and air conditioning worked really well.

I loved the charm of this hotel so much! The staff were very help and friendly. They stored my luggage while I was waiting for my room to be ready. The room is small but charming, very clean, and comfortable. The location is in the perfect location for walking distance to many sites and the train station.

Not necessarily a complaint about the property because everything in Zurich is expensive but for $400/night you just tend to expect more.

A little difficult when arriving by tram, however the facilities quickly made up for this. COmplimentary coffee in the reception area and a nice breakfast also on site. Great location within one street of the main tourist area with alot of restaurant choices within 5 minutes walk

Centrally located, newish, well maintained, quiet at night. Staff was friendly and welcoming and offered an extra hour stay at check-out. Breakfast is served in the in-house cafe with good selection of everything essential.

Comfortable bed, great location, simple but elegant rooms. Staff were friendly.

Our room was on the 4th floor just below a staff only area - not sure what they were doing but it was very noisy above us late at night and early in the morning a couple of times. We stayed just after the worldwide IT outage and their system via booking.com was hacked. I was sent a link asking more my credit card details via booking.com which was phishing. While this is not the directly the hotels fault it would have been nice to have an apology that this had happened.
