Nice welcome, very nice design and space in the room. We loved the idea to leave the fridge empty and give a bottle of water as complementary. The room soundproofing was very good. At the reception, they helped us and let us do the check-in earlier which was very useful.

The curtains had some stains and the wooden part of the bed board wasn't clean. We didn't have the hairdryer in the room and we didn't receive an extra towel for our kid (the cleaner gave us a small towel). The fire alarm rang at 1 in the morning which was not so relaxing, but that's not related to the service that the hotel gave us which was very nice.

Design of the room, good location for business trips

Entrance can be difficult to find, when coming from the wrong direction, no signs mattress cover was a bit too fluffy for my taste

F&B and Bar concept made absolutely no sense to us. you need to order at the reception bc bar is closed but they serve you at the bar. it takes ages.

location is good and a nice area around the hotel, there is a supermarket near the hotel

- there’s a smell in the floor were I stayed - you have to pay around 20 Frank a day to park your car in the hotel.. this is first time this happens to me

The hotel is at a great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice Spa area. The room service was super. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of food.

We were missing a hot pool in the Spa area.

there were one receptionist with short orange hair was so rude to us, for example we told her we want a bigger room she said you only want something for free and when we ask for a face mask she said next time bring your own don’t just ask for it plus she doesn’t smile at all.

The bar wasn't open so we were told to order room service and have it delivered in the closed bar if we wanted to sit there.

Awesome hotel setup and style. Food was great in the restaurant. Room-Service a bit less so. Breakfast was good too, but too expensive.

This might not be fair right now (Corona), but yes, the hotel runs on half-mast. Most employees seem either overworked or underskilled. The bar is closed and the restaurant empty. Maybe not the hotels fault, but just doesn't help with the atmosphere.

It was beautiful

The staff came in our room without knocking. The ceiling was leaking. And at the check out rhey wanted to charge us with roomservice we never had.

Very nice hotel and our room was really cozy and nice designed.

We had a really low rate, but still we expected the room to be a little more clean for a 5 star hotel (bed had a can tab under the first throw, floor was not properly vacuumed). The bath tub is really big, but we had to clean it first to use it. And it would be awesome to have a bath bomb or similar if there is such a nice bath tub and some slippers. :)

Have stayed many times at Kameha, Kash time was 2-3 years ago. I was expecting the same high class hotel now as then, but I was a bit disappointed. Small things, nothing major, but the details are now missing; they changed the Molton Brown products to some cheaper version, ropes for bathrobes was missing, tile to cover drain in shower was missing, sink is looking a bit worn, as are the carpets in the hotel. Kameha used to be fabolous, now it feels like it’s on its way down. In this shape, it’s not worth the same money as it used to be.

Everything was good! And The bed was more than comfortable... Waouuuuu. I really love it. I will come back for sure 🙏
