Pretty basic place

* Good location - 8-minute walk from Union Station * Very comfortable bed and pillows * Wi-Fi was decent (~10 Mbps download and upload) * AC works well * Free suitcase storage for pre-check in and post-check out * Free bean-to-cup coffee machine on each floor with 3 different types of beans and strengths * Good decor * Friendly staff

* Bathroom door doesn't seal, so there's not a lot of privacy * No bath, no hand-held shower head, and water pressure wasn't great * Soundproofing isn't great - I got woken up by doors slamming and people talking in the corridor * Windows don't open

Bkfst was good but wish there were a few options to choose from (ate the same thing for 3 days). Rooms were clean & modern.

The lighting controls were confusing to all of us. Limited choices for bkfst and the only reason the location wasn’t ideal is because I was attending the Ausa conference at the convention center and getting across town in the morning was tough.

on check in staff was not very friendly. We did not like the room and had to pay extra for an upgrade for the very same type of room we received on a prior visit for an additional $35 per night

The location is excellent. Right next to the Capitol and the train station

I didn't like the beds, they were uncomfortable for me.

We Arrived early in the morning and were offered to check early but would have to pay for another full night Reception area seemed exceptionally busy and noisy

Room size was good for 4 people. Bathroom and shower was excellent. Storage OK. Double blinds at window good. Dinner on first night in bar area was very welcome. Checking in and out on computer easy. Asked for extra towel and delivered quickly. Coffee machine location. Lifts worked well and came quickly. Gym was a good space and kit well maintained. Location was great close to station and Capitol building.

Although hot water provided, there were no tea bags near to coffee.

It was very clean and the staff was helpful

I didn't like the parking. Garage was small and I had to pay. Everywhere that was parking we had to pay. Can't blame the hotel on that. I just didn't like the parking on that area.

The staff were lovely, very helpful. Nice shower!

I do think there is a big difference between a room with a view (what I booked) and a room with a window of a road (what I got)

Room was clean and cool. Close to capitol.

Way over priced.

Everything went well, lots of people that weekend at the Hotel but all was good!

It could be better if the have a microwave on the rooms.

I liked the are. It was close to some of the attractions I wanted to visit. Loved the restaurant on the premise.

The comforter was not the cleanest. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking each and every time I left out.

Comfortable bed and bathroom, good location. Good TV connection and cool vibes in the rooms with the colorful lights

The staff could have been more kind and helpful

We stayed at the labor day weekend having family room with access to the pool included. The pool was so crowded, that we could not use it. We were hoping to relax there. So if you make the reservation thinking that the pool will be available please take into account that it may not be the case.

Staff is friendly, prices are great, rooms are clean.

Clean with comfy beds. Location is walking distance to all the landmarks.

The elevators smelt quite bad sometimes like someone had urinated in them. Not sure why, it only seemed to be 2 of the 4 elevators.

Room was nice and clean. Adjustable bed was really cool. Great location for sightseeing. All within walking distance.

Coffee machine was broken for the majority of our stay, and when it was fixed, only had 1 option. Not the end of the world to be honest

I like the shower.

I didn't like that the hotel doesn't have its own garage to allow in and out privileges...even for a nightly rate.

The fridge was tiny and no microwave and no access to heating up leftovers

The colored LED lights really set off the room and my daughter loved the roof top pool! Everyone knew their job at front desk and had an answer for all my questions! The room was so clean, loved the extra thick mattress on bed, every time I got coffee in hall it was if they clean it after each guest. The coffee was a plus, very good brand of coffee!

The pool closed at 8pm and we couldn't take any of our snacks or drinks up there. Food could only be bought at the bar. The younger generations was working at pool and they all didn't go by rules. Sometimes I had to sign in, like I was stopped to sign 1st day then next time diff guy sitting flirting w girls and he looked at me funny when I was trying to sign in. It seemed like a business hotel rather than a family cozy hotel. I didn't see any kids during my stay. The parking is a bit ridiculous!!! $50 night plus the more you drive in and out during the day, the more your charged. 🤨 Even though the parking deck is owned by diff people, the hotel told me I take a chance if I were to park on street. So I had no choice but to use parking deck. I could've had money to stay another night if I didn't have to pay that much in parking!!! The restaurant was expensive for a small amount of food, but if you're a vegetarian and a health freak then you will like. Nothing on the menu for a 13 year old or that any kid would eat. The Mac and cheese my daughter ordered but it was not good and creamy. It took us forever to even get our drinks! The women that waited on us was not friendly at all! They need music and friendly people to liven up the dinning area! It was quite and boring! No where to sit down outside the hotel, no benches or chairs anywhere! We didn't like that! Then when my husband joined us he didn't feel relaxed after working all week, he was scared to touch anything, like he may break it or get it dirty. Lol. I agree it wasn't family cozy at all!

Room was clean and spacious enough. Would have liked more towels and hooks in bathroom to hang fresh and used towels. Also would have liked a luggage rack in addition to the shelf rack. Also a bench under the tv would have added great storage option as well

Staff upon check in was not friendly or warm at all. However, other staff members were nice though. Love the water /ice machines on each floor. However our 5th floor Coffee machine was missing
