Really modern and clean room with great bed and facilities. Deck 11 also a really great addition and the location is perfect to explore the capitol.

The light was hard to set in the bathroom, no place to put your cloths during showering.

The room was spacious, light, and clean. The staff was very empathetic and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect, close to Union Station, the Capitol, and local public transport.

Although the room was spacious, it lacked enough storage space for the luggage of two people. The shampoo and body wash exhibit a very unusual smell. The events at the rooftop pool were quite loud. Luckily, they ended just with the sunset.

There are No Special parking rates for hotel guests. More than 100$ for two nigths is too much

Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Good location for exploring sights. Within walking distance of many tourist hotspots and the train station. The beds have an electronic mechanism which allows you to put the back rest up which was great and very unexpected.

We arrived and were told we owed the nightly tax fees, we explained that we had already paid them within the price. The lady on reception was adamant that it was not possible to pay these in advance and wanted us to pay them again. Thankfully had kept all correspondence and was able to show we had already paid.

Great location, wonderful pool, staff were attentive- good skin and barricade products also, and the shower was phenomenal!

They missed cleaning our room on one day, then forgot the towels the next day- this was recompensed at the end, however. Also would be great to have coffee making facilities later than 10am! And to have a diffuser attachment for the hairbrushes.

Great location near the Capitol and the National Mall. Great rooftop pool and bar area.

Some personnel was not very friendly. The light sensor in the bathroom kept turning of the light while you were in the shower or using the toilet.

I didn’t like the fact I had to pay for breakfast. I did not like the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room or microwave.

Location is very convenient, and in the center of the city. Good distance for walking from subway station. We took the subway from airport. It is quite good choice. And have many choices of dinner and breakfast.

The sound insulation is not good, we heard the next door flighting during the mid night. The couple flighting for more than half an hour. It was qutie awkward. And it is close to fire station, it is quite noisy during night.

Modern and clean hotel room. Comfy bed and hot shower with good water pressure. Appreciated the hairdryer and iron. Free coffee at the end of the corridor. Decent location - half hour walk to the White House but very close to the Capitol Building.

Parking was $50 overnight. We saw cheaper places a short walk away so worth checking. Lights in the room were difficult to get right. Either pitch black or very bright!

The location of the property was great. Close to the station and also all sights along the National Mall. Very easy to walk around this part of the city. The restaurant downstairs was very useful after a sightseeing day

Some facilities, e.g. coffee machines on all floors till 10 in evening seemed to be out of action every afternoon.

The room is so spacious which is great. It is clean. location is good. The bed is very comfortable. We don’t mind staying here again

We tried to check in at 1:30 PM, but the staff informed us that the room wasn’t ready—unless we paid $50 for early check-in. In our experience, most hotels allow complimentary early check-in after 12 PM if rooms are available. We were then told to return after 4 PM to ensure the room was ready, even though the official check-in time is 3 PM. When I pointed this out, the staff reiterated to come back at 4 PM “just to be sure.” However, the fact that we could access a room by paying $50 clearly indicates that the room was available. I’m sorry but if the policy states check-in is from 3 PM, the room should be ready by then—there’s no acceptable reason for it not to be. Additionally, all the staff there did not come across as friendly or welcoming. That said, if staff attitude isn’t a concern for you, the stay was otherwise comfortable as the room itself was quite good.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the soundproofing could be better, as I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Despite that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.

We have stayed here a few times before and enjoyed the relatively convenient location - it is a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station and close enough to the National Mall to walk, but still a long walk to the tidal basin. However, this time we were disappointed about being charged such a high amenity fee ($35!) when the pool was closed. The free coffee and other amenities do not make up for the high fee. Also, having to pay $55 for an early check-in seemed excessive although we paid it for the convenience. Just felt like we were nickeled and dimed much more this time than our previous visits. We will be staying elsewhere in the future. The cool lighting and vibes are not enough to justify charging a $35 amenity fee (something more understandable at an actual resort facility, not an urban hotel).

The hotel was very nice, especially the room. Location was great. Downstairs bar staff were exceptional.

The self check in’s were working, causing a mass amount of people to check in with the single representative at the desk. He was very kind and apologetic for the delays, and I understood it was just him so it would take quite a bit longer, but it did alter our evening plans (amongst many others) because we weren’t able to check in to both rooms until much past our expected time.

Everything was ok

The room was very modern and different than a typical hotel room. The location is amazing and close to all the important attractions.

The shower and washroom don’t really allow for any privacy. You can’t get dressed there, and you have to leave the shower and go into the main room to get dressed. Also, the sink is by the door, so again, there’s not much space for privacy. If you’re staying with someone who’s not your partner, keep that in mind.

Hotel guests should get some sort of discount or free parking in the garage $50/day is outrageous. There should be a microwave in every room or at least on every floor ( we had to go from the 9th floor to the 2nd floor,just to warm up food)

Said received $10 off if put food and drink on room but with 10% tax cost me more than if just paid at restaurant and bar. Kinda false advertising. No washcloths had to use hand towels and needed to request a third bath towel everyday.

The hotel is in a great location, not far from Union Station at all. If you are there for MAL in January, it is the perfect alternative to staying in the host hotel.

There isn't much to not like, yet the gym could use free weights and the water machines on each floor could work a little better. OH... and I would suggest 24-hour coffee, not just for an allotted time in the mornings.
