It’s great hotel.

it was very modern and cozy the self check in was a plus the light switch we´re you had the oppertunity to also choose the color was really cool the beds where amazing and the view a little minus . the parking garage had enough space for our Minivan and was secured the hotel was modern designed and a soft cozy accenture in the lobby .

when we asked if there was a parking or some sort of valet the young lady behind the little desk helped us with an atitude like 'if it said parking on the site then there is one' so not friendly in my opinion the windows of the room we´re like those 60s 70s office windows the elevator in the parking garage is not really wheelchair friendly (we did not have a wheelchair with us )

Friendly and helpful staff, room is small but lay out is good. Very clean, the king sized bed is comfortable and can be adjusted like a recliner couch. TV has lots of movie channels. only a block away from Capitol Hill, very close to Union Station.

It is a functional modern hotel, but probably shouldn’t be called a resort.

Hotel is really nice, clean, hip and coming. Unfortunately, its walls were paper thin. We could hear everything from the hall and next door... they had music, were loud and pretty much kept us up all night.

I understand we got a small room, but the layout is not functional and the bathroom area being open, it gave no sense of privacy at all.

The beds in the room are adjustable to be reclined. The room is not small and is clean. The location is near the metro station.

The sink was stuck. No one responded when I call the cabin crew/housekeeping.

The room and hotel was extremely nice and clean!!

The area is very expensive for food! Just a personal experience but all food options near location are expensive. The parking is also very expensive! $50 per night

This is more of a complaint about booking.com, booking stated parking was included but that's not true. Luckily I called the day before to see if we could park even if we got there before check in and was told there was no parking but for $50 per day there is a parking garage attached. I used Spot Hero and found parking around the corner for $50 for three days. For Yotel our rooms bathroom was open at the top of the door so you could hear everything. Also the hallway was noisy throughout the night.

So close to the National Mall/Capitol Building, basically across the street. Super nice staff and everything felt new and modern. Coffee station on every floor by elevator is a great touch! Bar/Restaurant pricey but good.

Mostly the bed, I understand the need for space, but adjustable beds are not the best solution. The sheets never stay on the corners of the mattress, thin foldable mattress... I'm a big guy. I need support and firmness, and that wasn't as good as other stays in similar priced hotels. I give you 8 out of 10 over all score.

The room was well located, clean, comfortable, and had enough connectors for charging cellphones and computers. The breakfast was tasty, and the service was good. The only negative aspect was a fight near our room in the middle of the night, but probably not something usual.

Location was very good and hotel was well kept. Staff was friendly. Also, parking was good as they have a parking garage at the hotel. Was a very good if not great location. Hotel was close to attractions. Thank you!

Value was good however parking was an added fee and from other reviews there is no guarantee of being able to park at hotel parking garage. We were fortunate and were able to park at the hotel parking garage without an issue. Also, coffee was not very good as the coffee machines did not work at 7pm on the night of our stay and was not very good on the morning of our departure.

Modern, clean and funky rooms. Great location close (but not too close) to Union Station and easy access to all the tourist site in Washington.

Location was good. Comfortable bed which was able to move positions to sit up and watch tv. A good sized shower.

Mood lighting took a while to work out and get used to. We had an early start every day. The restaurant attached never seemed to be open for breakfast at the times we needed. It was hard to find somewhere open for breakfast as we were there from Friday night until Monday morning. We assumed it was a business area so on Monday morning more places were open.

I loved the pool, coffee and water/ice stations on each floor. Also the beds were adjustable with a touch of a button.

There wasn't a late checkout available. The bathroom for changing needed updating.

The reclining bed and customizable coloured lighting were enjoyable features that added a modern touch to the room. The location was very convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the amenities were impressive, including an ice and coffee machine on my floor (7), a spacious gym, and a rooftop pool (it was closed during my stay so didn't actually use).

I would have preferred the bathroom to be separated from the bedroom space. The gym-style partition doors for the toilet and shower felt out of place, and the rubber strip on my shower door wasn’t fully secure, so some water leaked into the main room.

Easily walkable to numerous restaurants and museums. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary GOOD coffee that was close to our room. The vibes of the room were also a nice touch (colorful lights that were customizable).

A little expensive but this was our first stay in an American hotel so it’s hard to compare - the exchange rate from Australian dollars also didn’t help!

The area was quiet and convenient. We were able to easily travel to other areas of DC via e-bikes and the Metro train. The room utilized space very well which allowed it to feel roomy and not crammed like other rooms we've stayed in. It was very cozy, felt clean, and modern. The adjustable bed in a hotel room is something we've never experienced so that was a nice surprise. The customized light features was a nice touch too!

We realized we should have adjusted the room's thermostat upon our arrival so that it would be temped when we returned later that night. Because of this, we were hot in the room for most of the night until the thermostat fully adjusted. When we visit again, we will know to do this next time. The other aspect that was an issue was the bathroom door was incredibly loud when it slid into it's place perhaps too quickly. In the middle of the night I had to get up to use the bathroom and the door screeched really loudly, waking my husband up. I just left the door propped wide open for the rest of the night so it wouldn't happen again.

Everything! The hotel was great, staff friendly and facilities all fantastic. .....and Washington DC is such a wonderful city to visit!

Lovely room on a high floor as requested. Very comfortable spacious room, very clean and serviced each day. Loved the adjustable bed and fact we had a couch plus table and chair. Modern coloured lighting with touch screen controls.

The room was very clean and the lighting was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the feature of sitting up the bed and laying it down. All in all it was a great stay and I really loved the hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the neighborhood.

I don't have any complaints. I truly enjoyed my stay and will come back.

Location was great for my purposes. Room was comfortable, although the A/C is a bit loud and the room gets stuffy if you don't run the A/C. It is nice to have free coffee in the hallway, although machine was not working on my floor. I just took elevator up to a different floor.

I know DC hotel prices fluctuate, but quite expensive for what you get.

The futon bed thingy was cool as well as the mood lighting. Unique touch and layout of the rooms. Easy to check in and out with the kiosks.

The room next door was a bit loud but not the hotel fault.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The sofa cushions could use a good steam cleaning. I want to give a shout out to the two cleaning staff, Erica and did not catch her partners name. They saved the day and fixed the coffee maker on the 3rd floor on Sunday Sept 15th. Xo to them both.

Parking was 50 dollars night which was pricey given the hotel offered no free parking.

It is very clean, bed is comfortable, it is a unique style and youthful kind of hotel.

The subdued lighting in our room was challenging

Yotel is a bit of a weird hotel experience. Its location, first of all, is A+ for visiting DC , especially the Capitol--super for political business. For quick ins and out, good services, cabs--super. For a touristic visitor it's--well, a little trippy. Super modern, so much so one wonders why they tried so hard, forgetting that old-fashioned pleasures like comfy chairs are okay too, or a bathroom more set off, for privacy of one or another of the visitors. But it's forceful experience of super-modern is also very efficient--and most of the staff are downright nice, as well as efficient, which makes up for its sort of programmatic qualities. An interesting taste of the new, leaving a hunger for the old, perhaps.

Location, so close to museum and capitol

We saw 2 mice in the lobby when we arrived. We order something from Amazon, but the person in charge doesn't find it, then he starts helping someone else. When he realized we're not moving from his desk, by miracle, he found our package. The other thing is the privacy of the bathroom.
