It’s so comfortable & clean. The staff are amazing too & help with everything you need. It’s close to Foggy bottom rail station & very close to connections to airports. Close to the Washington monuments. I always stay here & the best room is King Loft with good views too. Rooftop has bar & views over the area

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. It was our anniversary, and they surprised us with an impromptu gift bag (I had only mentioned that when we arrived, so they must've got the gift bag together pretty quick). I loved the style of the hotel and the room. I was slightly worried hearing about how small it was online, but it really is quite a sweet hotel! The style of the place is very cozy and unique. The pizza was excellent too!

The pillows on the bed weren't very supportive, so had a bit of a rough sleep. Additionally, the bar gave some skimpy serving sizes for drinks when compared to the price. The roads around the hotel were also a bit difficult to navigate for someone new to the area, but that's not really the hotels fault, just a warning.

This lively hotel had great staff, huge bed, big airy room. The whole team were amazing as were the pizzas!

No tea or coffee making in the room. However after the first night I requested and that day a kettle and some tea bags sporsted! Excellent service!

Great location and hotel staff . The pizza was excellent and the breakfast menus were delicious. I loved a note from the hotel manager welcoming us to the hotel with two free pizzas because I was willing to change rooms with other guests . It was a nice touch .

In the room I stayed in the door to the bathroom was hanging by a rail and was slightly not wide enough to give full privacy . The lower rail was not securing the lower part of the door but other than that the micro queen loft had everything a person needs to be comfortable.

The croissant and bacon was tasty.

The tots were burnt but also undercooked. The eggs were flavorless and bland. Additional options such as muffins or french toast would be better variety.

The location was excellent, a short walk from the Foggy Bottom metro station, nearby bus stops, and iconic landmarks like the Lincoln Memorial. Everything felt very accessible and easy to explore on foot, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with any questions we had, which really enhanced our stay.

One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are quite compact. While they are well-designed and comfortable, they may feel a bit small if you’re traveling with larger luggage or prefer more spacious accommodations.

Great location, everything is close. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and caring 💛

The hotel is conveniently located close to public offices and George Washington University. It is easily accessible from the Foggy Bottom subway station. The rooms are small but cozy, clean, modern, well-equipped, and illuminated. It is a safe place in a quiet area. There are shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The internet is fast. The restaurant offers affordable Italian tasting dishes. It is a great option for work travel to downtown DC.

The location was excellent, and the morning coffee was very good. The rooftop was also a highlight.

Some staff could be warmer and more engaging. Interactions felt a bit detached. It also seemed that many of the previously friendlier staff are no longer there.

I liked the location of the hotel. Walking distance to the Washington Mall, the Trump Kennedy Center, Georgetown University, subway and buses stations and stops.

The rooms are very small and not very comfortable. I did not expect to get a bunk bed for my wife and me; it was my mistake that I did not notice this information while booking the hotel. I am 65 years old and healthy, but I definitely believe this issue could be a major problem for some of my friends.

Our room was not cleaned. Apparently we have to ask for it to be cleaned so it was not automatic. And the space was a bit cramped.

Hip little hotel with a no fringes rooftop bar, a solid pizza restaurant, and a cool bar on premises. There was an affiliated parking garage a 5 min walk from the hotel with a very reasonable overnight parking rate.

The hotel is located on the same block as multiple fraternity and sorority houses from George Washington University so loud music was often blasting throughout the afternoons and early evenings. The Greek houses were respectful of the sound ordinances after dark though which was appreciated!

They said i’ll take my 50 dollars depozit in 10 working days. It’s too long.

Minimal food options

The room was exactly as described, very clean, with towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries provided. Small but functional. The room was warm and comfortable despite the freezing outdoor temperatures. The staff were very helpful, answering all of our questions and giving us some recommendations. Conveniently close to a metro stop, and in reasonable (30ish minutes) walking distance to many sights in DC.

The best part of the stay was definitely the great customer service and the Makeup of a lovely staff team. Any place that have exceptional people that are always smiley and willing in service, this makes everything else much more giving. The staff extends genuine kindness and lovely attitude throughout my stay.

The property can get quite noisy at night, however, it is a major city, it’ll be like that in any city.

The hive hotel location is perfect! For a “small” boutique hotel the room felt spacious bright and airy. The bar space was fun with a mix of people.

I wish they offered a water refill station. Honestly I had to think hard for a “negative” about the place!
