Good location. Warsaw Central Station is just a few minutes away. Very clean rooms. Friendly personnel. Cannot tell about breakfast - left early in the morning (before the breakfast started).

The hotel is near to the metro and rail station and to the stops of the main bus and tram lines. Moreover it's easy to reach the town centre with a walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel ♡ The location was very convenient — close to the metro, the train station, and plenty of shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. We also really appreciated the breakfast — it was delicious and offered a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall, we felt the price truly reflects the quality of the experience. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

Very little on-site parking (10-14 spots) which were all full. But there is a parking garage a few minutes away belonging to Novotel. It’s a bit expensive though.

In a fantastic location just opposite central station this hotel was a bargain. We loved it! Comfortable room, nice smells, very warm even with -8 temperature outside and very helpful staff. It was brilliant that you could get free still or sparkling water on your floor. I appreciated the drying rack in the bathroom. Good placement of power points. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had! The lobby had a very nice fire. We hope to return some day.

Hilariously tiny bedside shelves. The balcony was tiny and locked. Honestly a bit ugly from the outside.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and I have to say it was fabulous. The location is perfect, being in the city center, making it convenient for taking the metro, tram, or bus, with stops nearby. The hotel staff is really efficient and they speak a good English. The room is spacious, tidy, and clean, with a single closet for storing clothes or suitcases and a small station for making tea or coffee, provided by the hotel. There's a very convenient water dispenser near the elevator. The bathroom is clean, with both hand and shower soap. Other reviews noted that since the hotel is close to the main road, there was a lot of traffic noise. I honestly think this is subjective. I slept well, while the other person could hear a bit of noise, but the hotel provides earplugs. The hotel is also easily accessible from the airports. For Chopin Airport, just take bus 175 and get off at the "Central" stop, while for Modlin Airport, there are special buses that take you to the city center, or you can just take a Flixbus. It's worth checking anyway.

Excellent location to stay in Warsaw city center. Excellent breakfast. Nice and comfortable room and bathroom.

Own hotel parking is an outside parking but still quite expensive (100 PLN per day). The room window leaks cold outside air, very noticeable if you sit beside the window (where the desk is).

We only stayed overnight but really liked the room. The room itself and the bathroom were newly refurbished and squeaky clean. Nice view from the window. A water dispenser in the corridor showed the way towards sustainability. The taxi was ordered for me at the reception to travel to the airport.

Great location. Clean facilities, comfy beds, warm room in winter, strong wifi. Upgraded to a 'larger' room that was available for early checkin which seemed small so I dont think we would have enjoyed the smaller room.

The location was brilliant and the hotel has some cool mid-century vibes. I also love the hotels commitment to going green - a jug to fill up the water from a dispenser in the corridor rather than single use plastic bottles.

It is noisy - because of its excellent location. Double glazing can't keep out the constant rumble of trams. Warsaw looks super cool at night because of all the lights ... But those lights then stream into the room through the chinks in the blackout curtains.

We really liked the size of the room, comfortable beds, daily cleaning, excellent breakfast, the hotel's location is unbeatable, amazing value for money.

Everything was fine except the water in the bathroom. We put it on full heat and after 10 sec it starts to get icy, but everything else was very good

Great location, friendly staff, clean well lit room, kettle + instant coffee included, power outlets near beds, wifi is easy to connect to. Excellent breakfasts and easy check-in/checkout, own restaurant on the ground floor, cosy common area there as well.

I hope they'll put small capsule coffee makers in the rooms in the future.

I stayed at Hotel Metropol in Warsaw for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, and the towels were fresh and perfectly white, which made the stay especially comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfasts — they were varied and delicious. There was a small issue with a double charge, but the staff resolved it quickly and apologized, which showed a high level of service. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast had a great variety of food and tastes, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean, hot (we visited on Christmas vacations) and comfortable! The location is very good, next to a train station, bus and tram stop (public transportation is frequent and very good)!
