Location - the hotel was basically a walking distance from every important place. It was the perfect place to stay for a shorter trip. The hotel itself was very clean, very neat with great food for breakfast.

Our room was on the 9th floor and the water pressure in the shower was very very weak. It took too long to have a pretty basic shower. Additionally, on the second day of our stay, a HUUUUGE advertisement was hung up throughout the whole of hotel so our balcony became unusable. The whole view was blocked by some advert. There was no warning that anything like this might happen. And the whole ad was lit from above with an aggressive white light which made the "night" practically nonexistent.

Extremely noisy because it is located near a big junction where lots of trams operate from dusk until late at night, let alone ambulances, police cars and fire fighting vehicles. Ear plugs lie on a shelf in the romm, but still...

Traffic can be very noisy depending on which side you’re on.

Super convenient location if you travel to Warsaw by train and also for exploring the city (tram, bus stops and metro are very close). Nice staff, very good hotel breakfast, tasty drinks at the hotel bar, overall very clean. Filtered water in hallways is great. Great cafés around, The Culture and Science Palace landmark literally across the street.

Low water pressure in shower. The hotel is situated next to a busy roundabout (cars, trams, busses) and sometimes you can hear very faint beeping inside the room. The room service will give you earplugs every day - use them.

The staff was super friendly, room was clean and in a great location.

The place is quite noisy, not a problem for me, but if you want peace - may not be the right place for you. In general there are just two things that I didn't like: 1. There is no fridge in the room: 2. The window does not open more like 10 cm (I guess for safety purposes). When you want to air out your shoes - not very convenient.

Good location. Warsaw Central Station is just a few minutes away. Very clean rooms. Friendly personnel. Cannot tell about breakfast - left early in the morning (before the breakfast started).

The hotel is near to the metro and rail station and to the stops of the main bus and tram lines. Moreover it's easy to reach the town centre with a walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel ♡ The location was very convenient — close to the metro, the train station, and plenty of shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. We also really appreciated the breakfast — it was delicious and offered a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall, we felt the price truly reflects the quality of the experience. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

Very little on-site parking (10-14 spots) which were all full. But there is a parking garage a few minutes away belonging to Novotel. It’s a bit expensive though.

In a fantastic location just opposite central station this hotel was a bargain. We loved it! Comfortable room, nice smells, very warm even with -8 temperature outside and very helpful staff. It was brilliant that you could get free still or sparkling water on your floor. I appreciated the drying rack in the bathroom. Good placement of power points. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had! The lobby had a very nice fire. We hope to return some day.

Hilariously tiny bedside shelves. The balcony was tiny and locked. Honestly a bit ugly from the outside.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and I have to say it was fabulous. The location is perfect, being in the city center, making it convenient for taking the metro, tram, or bus, with stops nearby. The hotel staff is really efficient and they speak a good English. The room is spacious, tidy, and clean, with a single closet for storing clothes or suitcases and a small station for making tea or coffee, provided by the hotel. There's a very convenient water dispenser near the elevator. The bathroom is clean, with both hand and shower soap. Other reviews noted that since the hotel is close to the main road, there was a lot of traffic noise. I honestly think this is subjective. I slept well, while the other person could hear a bit of noise, but the hotel provides earplugs. The hotel is also easily accessible from the airports. For Chopin Airport, just take bus 175 and get off at the "Central" stop, while for Modlin Airport, there are special buses that take you to the city center, or you can just take a Flixbus. It's worth checking anyway.
