Mamaison Hotel Le Regina, Warsaw

I love staying at this hotel. Amazing facilities and super friendly, professional staff that made our stay ever more pleasant. Could not praise them enough. Will definitely return.

Very cosy hotel in a good location. The breakfast is very delicious and varied (we stayed four nights).

The staff is professional and helpful. The facility is beautiful. We especially appreciated all of the attention to details - such as the cookies with the note, the hot towel warmer, and the eco conscious overall vibe.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The staff were very kind and always ready to help. We loved the beautiful pool, as well as the sauna and spa facilities. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the old town. Thank you very much for our stay!

My sister and I stayed in this amazing hotel. We love the facilities , the location, the room , but most importantly, the staff, which were exceptional. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable, they just do enough for us. I absolutely love this hotel. I will definitely be coming back 😍

Exceptionally clean, with a very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very spacious, with a lovely big bathroom with full sized bath. There is a beautiful pool, just the right temperature & empty when I was using it, there’s also a sauna & spa treatments available. Breakfast was excellent, a range of fresh salads, breads & meats, cereals and hot cooked food also available. Staff were great, with excellent local knowledge & they couldn’t do enough for us. There are lots of good local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.

We like to use public transport to get around when we can, & Warsaw has an excellent Tram & bus network, which is not expensive, 4.40 pln for a 75 minute transfer ticket. The location of the hotel near to the old town does however mean that there is a walk of around 7 minutes to the nearest tram & bus stops.

It was really comfortable close to everything and the atmosphere so nice.

I wanted to make a reservation to the restaurant that was supposed to close at 10 pm, but it was impossible because 8.30pm was for the waitress to late. I did not get why … but anyway we went out to eat and we came back at 10.30 pm in hotel. Two person were eating at restaurant. No nice to see.

Perfect location for sightseeing. The hotel is very nice, with big rooms and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly. I liked that it was very quiet and comfortable

Even though the breakfast was very good, it somehow lacked the 5* feeling.

Lovely property, beautiful inside and out. Location was great to walk into old town and an easy taxi from the airport or the modern part of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants all around.

The staff were pleasant but not the friendly and welcoming attitude we experienced everywhere else we’ve been in Poland.

Clean room and hotel overall. Nice and tasty breakfast. Want to recognize the cleaning stuff behaviour - they were waiting for my absence to clean up the room. It is really convenient and pleasure.

The room needs some minor cosmetic repairs (scratches on the walls), the shower head in the bathroom leaks when the tap is completely closed.

Room was nice size and breakfast is exceptional, especially the offer of the day that can be made to order. Very good restraurant as well and the whole place was exceptionally well decorated for Christmas. Location is great as well, walking distance to the entire city center and especially close to the old town. One of the best massages we've had there was there as well and fairly reasonably priced too.

Staff was wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful, and everyone spoke English. They recommended several restaurants and things to see during my very short stay. Room was very clean. I wish I had time to try the pool- it looked stunning and very serene. There is also a spa onsite, and breakfast is available for an additional charge. Also, a huge plus for me is that the hotel was very quiet!

The beds were very firm. But that is the only thing that I found lacking. Everything else was perfect.

Nice breakfast with option to ask for porridge/ eggs to be cooked for you. We also had dinner at a restaurant and everything was delicious. I had a massage at the hotel spa and it was great!

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay there. The first room we had had a funny smell (probably because of wet carpets). Someone from the reception came to check and confirmed. We were immediately offered another room and a complimentary bottle of wine. The hotel is lovely and the Christmas decoration add some magic to the hotel. The hotel and rooms are spotless. The service and staff are beyond all expectations. A special thanks to Oliwia and all of her colleagues. The hotel is located in the old town and yet is easily accessible by car (and taxi). We will definitely come back.

Everything very nice and classy-kind people at the reception, the ladies working at the floor were kind and friendly with my child. They provided for her a small robe for the swimmingpool

Very good location on edge of old town. Close to restaurants, shops etc. easy to walk to everything. comfortable bed. Decent sized room. Great housekeeping - room very clean.

Hotel not as swish as 5 star should be. Room very bare - needs a sofa and curtains and pictures. Bathroom very cluttered with a huge vanity unit. Too big for the space. Pool area very small - 8 in pool and it was cramped. Only 3 sun loungers so everyone else sat on pool edge. No changing facilities at pool - only a tiny room with 5 lockers (enough for 2 people to squash in) but door opened frequently by patrons so if wanting to change, no privacy to outside corridor. Bar staff were rude and obviously put out at having to serve us drinks, same with breakfast manager.

Old, classic hotel with the charm. Great staff, generous breakfast. Great location in the beautiful part of Old Town, a bit further from tourist traps. I recommend to visit nearby Zoliborzsc district- really great place to have a walk and a baked goodie.

The rooms are lovely and have well stocked coffee facilities with complimentary water each day and a hand made cookie on the first night. The housekeeping staff are excellent and on one day when we left later than usual they came back and made the room up with no issues. The reception staff are very helpful and assisted us on a couple of occasions. We had drinks in the hotel bar and the maitre'd was really helpful on the wine selection. As we had made reservations in the old and new town we did not eat in the hotel.

There was nothing in this hotel that did not meet expectations.

Beautifully decorated hotel with excellent facilities. Room was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Location was excellent, within easy walking distance to the Old Town with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Nothing - only comment would be we declined the offer of airport transfer and breakfast options as overpriced. Airport/Local taxi service charge less and plenty of options for breakfast within short walking distance at very reasonable prices.
