Great and comfortable location in the vicinity of the Old Town. High quality place. Tasteful interiors. Quiet rooms. Very good breakfast with a great variety of things. Barista preparing good coffee from professional coffee makers was a nice touch.

Rather a suggestion than a complaint - a blender to make a fresh smoothie could be a useful addition for the breakfast It is already a common addition in many hotels. But the breakfast was very good even without it.

I recently stayed at the Mamaison Le Regina Boutique Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooms were beautifully designed, cozy, and exceptionally comfortable. The towels were some of the softest and fluffiest I’ve ever experienced—such a small detail but really added a luxurious feel. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was absolutely wonderful, with excellent water pressure and a modern, relaxing setup. Breakfast was another lovely surprise, with a great variety of fresh options each morning. The facilities overall were impressive, and it was clear a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. But what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding staff. Every single person on the team was beyond helpful and genuinely friendly, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Their warmth and attention to detail made my stay truly special, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

If I were to make one tiny suggestion, it might be to add a small curtain to the bathroom window—just something sheer that would allow natural light in without compromising privacy. I actually had a funny experience with this because the room across from mine seemed to have the same idea! Let’s just say their decision to shower with full windows open led to a bit of an unexpected (but harmless) view!

Very comfortable hotel a million miles away from the corporate skyscrapers. Wonderful location and a brilliant breakfast. First time I have ever had oysters and champagne as part of the breakfast buffet!

We had booked a standard room that was a little dark. Fixed this by upgrading to a superior room which had much more natural light.

Building is historic but modern. Location is great - close to many main sights. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast with sophisticated menu. My foody husband was impressed. I loved the swimming pool and spa - great place to unwind after a long day.

The lighting in our room could have been brighter - but we noticed lighting in most Polish hotel rooms is dimmer than we are used to.

We really liked everything. It was a very comfortable stay and they had great amenities including a relaxing spa pool. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. The restaurant offered a big buffet breakfast for about $20 - well worth it because there were few options in town. We enjoyed our dinner there when we first arrived.

We don’t usually care for mini bars - the tiny bottle of sparkling water was overpriced.

The lobby is fantastic, swimming pool and sauna add a more relaxing tone to your trip, especially if you are tired from the day.

Beautiful room - peaceful, spacious and elegant. Leisure facilities are very nice - we used the lovely pool and the sauna. Reception staff are very personable and kind. The breakfast staff were friendly and very attentive. The interior space is beautiful and the outdoor courtyard was a pleasure to sit in and have a relaxed, peaceful breakfast every morning.

It was in a fantastic location near the old town but not in the middle of the most crowded area.

It needed a separate bar, not just the foyer.

The staff were extremely accommodating and kind! The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants etc. in the old town area.

Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. Bed was comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Finding street parking was not a problem.

Terrace was a disappointment. Refrigerator was too small (no room for fresh milk) and was not cold. Half of the cabinet under the TV could have been better used for drawers. We needed another shelf in the armoire and more hangers...

Everything, after many good hotels this one was outstanding. Such a nice place, great location and nice staff, the most comfortable bed. A particular mention for Julia in the Bar, attention to detail, great cocktails and special attention, she made us feel so special. Thank you

All-around amazing. Great location, easy walk to the old city, and the river and great restaurants. The facilities are excellent a real taste of luxury. The first time, I've had a giant mirror in a room that was also the TV!

No view and the room was very dark, needed to have the lights on, even on sunny days. Hairdryer not so great, if you care about things like that.

It was clean, we arrived at night and it was well lit; my Polish is horrible but their English was great! The room was huge, my children wanted me to order the beds they had for their rooms At home- they were that comfortable. Can’t beat the location in old town.

I always find hotel breakfasts overpriced for what you get- the sitting area was beautiful though and they do have champagne!

It's a beautiful hotel on the edge of the Old Town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The air conditioning is blissful!!!

The cleaners knocked several times on the door while we were getting ready for breakfast. They seemed anxious to clean the room early.

Extractor fan in the bathroom was not working and when asked about it, the housekeeping came to check on it, said nothing to us and left. The fan was still not on and did not work for our entire 3 night stay. I assume they didn’t speak English and therefore didn’t walk to us but we heard nothing from the reception about it either. We could have gone to ask again but we simply wanted to get on with our day and the wedding we were going to. Not a terrible inconvenience.

It was a delightful visit and we will be returning.. It was our second visit. The breakfasts were superb.
