Best Boutique Hotel in Warsaw, amazing restaurant and interior, great service and food.

Not to far from public transport. Fantastic resaurants around the corner and across the road. Lovely glass of procecco every time I entered the hotel. Beutifully decorated. Lovely hotel.

Mostly location and the smell, there was always beautiful smell inside.

Maybe the price is little too high.

The hotel has a lively atmosphere, with many hidden treasures everywhere. Finding them has been an exploration on its own. The room was comfortable and faced a shopping street, which we liked. We loved the breakfast.

On the first night we got a room with no view despite our request for a city view but this was fixed immediately.

It is an elegant hotel,that I frequent at least twice a year. It is situated in the middle of Warsaw with easy access to all modes of transport.
It offers very generous accommodation, well furnished rooms in sophisticated ambiance. Although the location is central it is quiet and gives a lot of peace after a busy day in town.
The personel, particularly at breakfast are all well trained, helpful and professional.

Huge and well appointed rooms

The air conditioning barely worked, and there was nothing the staff could do about it. Room was definitely too hot and it wasn’t even very hot outside

The room was spacious, effectively like a comfortable one-bedroom apartment. Especially good if travelling with kids.
Note: The actual appearance of the room didn’t quite match up to the photos online, but it was still pleasant.

Excellent breakfast spots nearby—particularly enjoyed True Story, just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

Everything was perfect, walking distance to the city's attractions, the suite was very comfortable having terrace which enabled us to smoke. Breakfast was rich and delicious and the staff were very helpful.

I can't find anything to mention here. all is perfect. I recommend them to keep it at this same level.

I loved that is a modern hotel in a beautiful historical building and location! The rooms are spacious and airy and there is a lot of attention to detail! The handwritten note and fruit and wine in the room was a lovely touch!
Magdalena was outstanding in helping us with everything from arranging a fabulous city tour to guiding us to a great shopping mall for a fun day of retail therapy! Magdalena swiftly works out what your needs are from restaurants to attractions and has great recommendations for all guests! I would definitely stay at H15 boutique hotel again as I felt very much valued and the experience was great 🎉🎉🎉

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Warsaw. The rooms are very big and luxurious! Although the hotel is in the center, it is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The room prices are great and personally I found this hotel to be great value for money. The breakfast is great. We would like to thank all the staff for being very helpful during our stay, but particularly we would like to thank Hitesh, the waiter at breakfast, who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Warsaw. Splendid in every way it is! Ambient rooms and we stayed in 5 or 6 different ones over the time, lovely atrium under the glass roof, great food and a Michelin Star restaurant as part of the hotel. And a very accommodating, polite and helpful staff. What more one could wish from a hotel? % star place without a shadow of a doubt!

We were fortunate to have a junior suite (an upgrade), which we enjoyed. The hotel has been fitted out throughout with quality fixtures and fittings. It seems that no expense has been spared. The location is good, within walking distance of many cafes and quite a few good restaurants. The excellent taxi and public transport facilities brings everything into easy reach. The reception staff are efficient and keen to help.
All in all, this is an excellent example of how a quality boutique hotel should be.

The charge for breakfast is surely excessive - we far preferred to walk a few steps to the several excellent establishments nearby. Our one visit to the bar and restaurant revealed that there were very little used and lacking in atmosphere. Hopefully, this is not a normal state of affairs.

I liked every thing

Nothing bad at all

Loved the location. It is situated on a beautiful, leafy street with superb restaurants just a short walk either to the left or the right after exiting the hotel. My room (C41) was beautiful and private and quiet and well appointed.

There was no milk in the room for coffee/tea. Minor issue but I don't really like black coffee. The patio, as they call it (actually the central atrium) is also a bit austere...if you need a quiet space it will definitely serve you well. But it can be a bit dead by way of a vibe - maybe the hotel could stream some cool music into the atrium (patio).

The breakfast was very good, as was the location. A wonderful seafood restaurant nearby.

We paid a lot for the room and didn't expect to be woken up both mornings by loud footsteps from room above. Even though we comp.ained after first night and were told they would look into it, NOTHING CHANGED

The room was outstanding! It felt like I was staying in wealthy friends upmarket city apartment! The hotels location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars out the front door. I had dinner directly across the road at a place call Beirut which was lots of fun with delicious food. It is also only 10 minute walk to a great shopping plaza. During the day there are great little cafes and bakeries as well in the general area.

No USB charging port in the room or the availability of power adaptors at the front desk. There is no excuse for a 5 star hotel not to be able to provide an adaptor to allow guests to charge their tablets and phones no matter where they are from!
If the guests keep stealing them (the excuse offered) than the hotel needs to charge a security bond. Once again I was saved by the generosity of one of the staff at the front desk the delightful Gabriela who loaned me her own phone charger overnight to ensure I had a working phone.
l was in five cities over five nights in Poland and without exception wherever I was, the friendliness and willingness of the hotel staff to make my stay enjoyable and trouble free was amazing! Well done Poland.
