Hotel Warszawa, Warsaw

This is my favorite hotel in the world! A historic modernist building with a contemporary revamp, it offers gorgeous, spacious rooms that are somehow very cozy. Two restaurants with wonderful food (including homemade bread for some of the best BLTs and kotlet/schnizel I’ve had anywhere—also try the mushroom pâté) offer terrific service, also across the 24hr room service, bar, and cigar room. The Ortigia spa is also amazing, adjacent to one of the coolest hotel pools I’ve seen. This was my second stay and I look forward to returning in the future. I can’t recommend the hospitality here enough, for a very attractive price the management have achieved something remarkable with this hotel!

Hotel Warszawa is a truly classy hotel. The rooms are always a bit larger than in most hotels, and the bathrooms are excellent. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The swimming pool and spa are open until midnight, which is absolutely amazing, especially for guests like us who want to enjoy the city, go out for dinner, or explore. The beds are very comfortable, and the evening turndown service is a lovely touch.

The only minor downside is that the rooms can feel a bit cold, although the air conditioning warms them up to a comfortable (not overly hot) temperature. It can also be slightly noisy from the corridor, as there are no carpets in the hallway or rooms but it's something understandable given the interior design. Nothing serious or disruptive.

Luxurious atmosphere in a beautifully restored historic building, with spacious, calm, and impeccably designed rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade sausages and artisanal charcuterie, and having two excellent restaurants including a Michelin-rated one was a real highlight. Perfect central location in the iconic Prudential Building, ideal for exploring Warsaw while enjoying a refined retreat.

Honestly, there was very little not to like. If anything, a slightly wider choice of pillows would be a nice extra — but even that feels like a minor detail. Overall, it’s hard to find any real faults with this hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional! The quality of the product, the à la carte dishes (granola and nduja sandwich) were out of this world. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, bathrooms are huge. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has two incredible restaurants offering different cousine and one located on the 6th floor under glass roof with exceptional view!
I also was lucky that I decided to have a massage at the hotel spa which includes beautiful pool, sauna and well equipped gym. The massage i took included peeling and deep tissue massage and professional focused on my most troublesome areas and helped me to get rid of back pain.
I also must mention that reception helped me to organise wonderful tour with guide around Warsaw!
Lastly the room I got was so beautiful with incredibly comfortable bed and bathroom made with beautiful stone!
It was exceptional stay and I will happily stay here next time I come to Warsaw!

Everything was perfect

The room was very spacious and stylish, and the breakfast is incredible. I loved the downstairs bar and swimming pool. The hotel is run by a local family and you can feel the authentically Polish perspective on contemporary hospitality that they offer guests in everything from the restaurant menus, the beautiful interiors, and the wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again!

Limited exercise faculty and equipment, pool was suitable for relaxing but not lap swim, staff was welcoming and friendly though it was disappointing that our room was not ready on time after a long overseas flight

To compensate for the spa being closed for renovations, we were offered a free breakfast each morning of our stay. Very nice hotel with great staff.

Beautiful, high end property. Very spacious room, beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed. Centrally located. Breakfast consisted of very high quality food and absolutely delicious.

Bathroom was incredible….large tub and separate shower, loved the bidet; extremely spacious but not equipped with any hooks, bars or rack to dry towels and robes.

Quite dark rooms, air-conditioning is not comfortable to sleep because it goes to the face when you are in bad.
Sauna is not setup proper.
