PURO Centrum, Warsaw

The hotel is at the center of Warsaw, 15 minutes walk from the main railway station. The room is very spacious and cosy. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, everything is fresh and tasty. The staff is professional and always ready to help.

Puro hotels are my favourite hotels. They have identity and style like no other. There is an artful elegance in the rooms and facilities of these hotels. And the Puro Warsaw incorporates these values with aplomb. I love the interior design, the furniture, the art collection and the spirit. I have been to a great many hotels and I can say with certainty that there is nothing like the Puro hotels, not as authentic and with so much commitment. Thanks again for another wonderful stay!

- Puro always has super comfortable beds and bedding. It's my go to brand when traveling in Poland. - Rooms come with robes and slippers. - The restaurant is excellent. Sometimes we eat there every night after leaving the office - it's that good (and easy). - Good roof top bar. Black out shades and windows that open for fresh air.

- I've stayed at this location 3 or 4 times now. Depending on where they put you, the room could be peaceful or disruptive (also depends on the guests around you). You can hear people talking in the hallways and slamming doors if you're in the main hallway. - Room temperature can be tricky. It can be hard to get cold air but the windows open.

The control tablet automatically turned on when I turned it off, so I had to cover it to make the room dark enough. Please fix this. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

First of all we have appreciated the friendly staff which made us feel like at home! Hotel is very nice & clean, it´s probably one of the best hotels we have ever visited. Breakfasts are exceptional.

Great as usual, Puro doesn't disappoint. Warsaw is my stress-free destination because I know that the accommodation will be good and there is nothing to worry about. The things I like about Puro the most: - spotless cleanliness - hypoallergenic bedding and towels option - wooden flooring (and a nice one!) in the rooms instead of carpets - breakfast! it's served beautifully (those le creuset pots with scrambled eggs and sausages!), plenty of options for any dietary restriction and choices and there are different options available to be freshly made for order Last but not least - the staff. Obviously nothing would work without people. Everyone are very nice and welcoming, overall in Puro there always a feeling that every detail is thought-trough. Highly recommend!

Everything was great the place, the amenities etc.

2 things stands out the most. 1. Most of the cleaning services do speak English it's impossible to communicate and let them know when it's a good time to clean or not. 2. The breakfast was really good when it comes to the quality but it felt a little mediocre when it comes to the variety personal opinion.

Stayed here during our weekend in Warzawa. Excellent service! We stayed in a room on the 6th floor with a nice view. We enjoyed the interior, spa and the breakfast. It is a great location with bars and restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again when in Warzawa!

I love the location, the design of the rooms, the selection (menu) at breakfast and the rooftop bar. Favorite middle of the range hotel in Warsaw and best chain in Poland.

Nothing to report. Some of the room controls are on an ipad and don't make sense, but that can't be improved I guess.

Was a bit cold in a room

This is a really nicely designed hotel in a very central location, just a few minutes walk from many bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as tram stops. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable, and we found that they were also very quiet. We really loved the free coffee/tea station downstairs! Our 5-night stay was completely faultless and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing! The only thing I think could be improved is the space for storing clothes as it was a bit limited, and some of the cupboards in the room were locked.

Hotel Puro is a fantastic hotel chain with consistently friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were given a corner room with windows on both sides, which was a lovely bonus. We also received a voucher for the hotel bar - possibly a Christmas gesture. Overall, it’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel; it’s just a shame we didn’t have time to make use of all the facilities.

Nothing—everything was very nice, including the free coffee. The only thing maybe that hotel is quite low compering to other buildings around so you don't really have a magnificent view.

At breakfast, there were midges flying around some dishes. The greens were stale. I think it's better not to put at all if it's wilted.

The Christmas dinner was not very varied and not prepared well enough, but the breakfast was excellent. The massage was quite expensive. Not really that satisfying as it was very cold in the room, which makes it difficult to relax.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The decoration is absolutely beautiful and warm , the room is wonderful and very clean, and the food was delicious. Actually even better than in the photos. The location is excellent, close to the station, the mall, and the city center. There is 24/7 available free coffee and tea

Everything exceptional. Was there on a business trip, but would have loved to stay longer. In particular the rooms are so well tought through, namely the desk and the power stations! That‘s rare nowadays. Also the rooftop bar seems to be a popular location in Warsaw

I've been staying in Warsaw hotels for about 3 years for a project and haven't had the best experiences. A vendor recommended PURO and it didn't disappoint. I had the most comfortable pillows, bed and blankets. My corner room was amazing and gave me the room to spread out for a week stay. The "regular rooms" that my coworkers had were on the smaller side (FYI).

I couldn't figure out the thermos. My room never cooled down, but I was able to open the windows during the day. It was too noisy to keep open at night.

Beautifully outfitted hotel, staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were great. Lived the decor and hotel vibe!

The air conditioning control needs to be more clear

2 minutes walking to city center. All facilities are new. The restaurant downstairs is pretty nice. Friendly staff.

All lights are controlled by a pad, including the curtail. Sometimes not easy to control.

My room was not ready so i decided to wait in restaurant, I was sat on the table with menus but after 20-30 min nobody followed up to take the order. so i left.
