PURO Centrum, Warsaw

Honestly, I love everything about Puro, but the biggest highlights of the hotel that come to mind right now are: the interior design, high-quality toiletries that create an olfactory experience, central locations, polite staff, abundant and diverse breakfasts, unlimited access to hot beverages, the option for late check-out (depending on availability) – the list could go on and on. Puro is simply my favorite hotel chain in Poland.

There's nothing I dislike about this hotel. However, if someone from the hotel is reading my review, I think it would be great to add a body lotion to the room amenities.

Great location, nice rooms, good price and very stylish design

No netflix on TV, this could be changed maybe update of TV?

Amazing hotel, everything is new. In room you control everythin with a tablet. Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. Our car was to long to fit to the parking lift and the street was crowded with cars, yet administrator found a place by the hotel for us to park the car. Best breakfast i've ever seen in a hotel. I would rate the hotel 10/10 and will definately choose it for the next stay in Warsaw.

Great location and value for money. The rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable! I enjoyed food in the restaurant, both à la carte dinner and breakfast buffet. Excellent place for a short stay in Warsaw.

Everything! The hotel is gorgeous, the room is clean, comfortable and the shower is simply fantastic. The restaurant is amazing, breakfast is rich and later on it turns into an Italian restaurant. The location is also great, right in the middle of everything.

Hotel with a relaxed feel to it. Friendly, very helpful staff. Clean room with super comfertable bed.

Simply amazing experience, absolutely loved the property. Also would highly recommend using the spa facility, I had the best massage in ages (performed by Karol) and the admin girl (Medina) been very sweet and helpful. Hope to be back soon!

1) A nice welcoming staff from reservation office, reception desk to restaurant staff as well. 2) The very convenient location, close to the train station and main sites.

1) Although we’ve requested an early check in, my partner and I had to wait until almost 3pm to get our room while her sister and brother go their respectives rooms one hour before us. 2) The “Classic Plus” room that we were provided has a kettle instead of a coffee maker as mentioned in the description.

Clean and nice position close to shopping, center and public transport.

There wasn't any control of temperature in the room.

Location was great, room was good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

An excellent hotel. Great location – in a walking distance from the Warsaw Central train station and close enough to the city center if you're willing to walk for 10-15 minutes. Friendly staff; really nice design and a cozy but dynamic atmosphere, good gym. Great food in their restaurant, too. Loved everything about this hotel.

Modern but with a warm and cosy twist. The rooms are spacy and modern and the design of the hotel is relaxing but upmarket. Restaurant for dinner was lovely, would highly recommend. Breakfast was great with a broad choice. Spa was very nice and clean and we enjoyed using it. We were on a little staycation break as we have a place in Warsaw, but fancied a treat. This felt like it.

Everything was great. Most of all we liked the location and cleanest. The staff are very kind and very helpful. The coffee machine by front desk was very convenient in early morning. Good kind of coffee! Delicious breakfast for the people who likes to eat all sorts of food in the morning.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciate the coffee machine in the lobby, offering guests a cozy spot to relax and enjoy complimentary coffee each day.

The price is on the high side, not exactly cheap. It would be even better if it were slightly lower.

Please change the pillows - these ones are very uncomfortable :(

One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a long time. Hotel staff also very lovely. Generally excellent experience.

Only small issue was the pillow. No matter how many you put under your head, you still feel you are laying flat, so the sleeping was not 100%.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel was so nice.

Overall, hotel was very comfortable, offering a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of options. I was in Warsaw for a concert in PGE Narodowy and it was amazing! It is conveniently within walking distance to the stadium and city centre, which made everything even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was so good that we decided to have lunch there for few days.

Cleanliness the towels were dirty, and a lot of dust in some places , honestly we stayed in other PuRo and this is one I didn’t like it

Breakfast is superb, fitness centre and sauna also fantastic. Love there are twin bed options. The hand and body lotion is wonderful too!

Wish we knew there was a pillow menu, the pillows provided weren’t great. There was also no response to my messages in the chat.

Really nice hotel, but the wellness area is quite small. I expected something bigger. Otherwise everything was perfect. The hotel location is very central. The fitness room is really modern as well. The food at the Italian restaurant next door is really nice as well!

A fabulous hotel in a wonderful city! The PURO is an ideal hotel for anyone who wants to have a comfortable, clean and pleasant stay in the wonderful city of Warsaw. The staff are excellent, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the hotel is in a perfect location to explore Warsaw. The breakfast is delicious, an extensive selection of fresh local produce. The evening restaurant serves equally delicious Italian food. A 10/10 hotel and I will definitely be back.

Location is good. The interior design is amazing, very comfortable. The facilities including sauna and programs offered are unexpected delight. I had an opportunity to have a guide tour on Saturday morning, which was fun and productive time to look around Warsaw.

Loved everything. The staff was amazing, very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast spread was wonderful (loved Pavlova desert). Linen was crispy, something that you won't find nowadays in 5 star hotels. And I especially enjoyed pillows that very just exceptionally great!

The staff is always exceptionally helpful and nice, thank you guys so much for the individual approach to luggage storage service :) The interior is stylish, the room has everything you may need. It was not my first stay here and definitely not the last one.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Warsaw, with cosy and quiet rooms and very nice and professional staff. Highly recommended!

Only one small suggestion: I'd love to see more variety in the light and healthy lunch and dinner meals. Everything is delicious but as your regular guest I'd love to have something different from time to time.

Excellent location in the city center. Very nice rooftop bar. Excellent food and cocktails in the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly.
