Location, breakfast, pillows... Overall hotel design is very interesting and uniqe.

High deposit withouth particular reason

We stayed at the 7th floor and there was a lot of noise from the 8th floor, even after midnight.

Very central, staff friendly and spoke good English, both restaurant and bar good vibes. Very clean hotel and housekeepers attentive each day.

The only thing I could fault was that the tv in the room had 5 channels which were news channels, they did not have any apps to play Netflix or Disney plus etc, we also received a scratch card to win a free drink or other free stuff to which we had won 3 shamrocks (a free drink up to £20)but on the second day we noticed it was missing from the room, so we checked the room though roughly but could not find it.

Breakfast by menu, could be buffet, or have the drinks part free, it is very limited. It could even have more Viennese specialties. Even the bar was limited, without options for example of dark beer that even has some local tradition.

Breakfast is à la carte which is not my favorite. Beds are uncomfortably soft. But these are personal preferences not really a critique. The desk leg is missing a small element making it imbalanced and impossible to work on. The shower and toilet is only behind a wardrobe like door allowing absolute no sound insulation. Some may find it disturbing.

Location was perfect, staff was kind and the room was clean. We didn't get any issues during our stay.

The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the rate is very reasonable. The location is good, easy to walk to the sights or a quick and cheap uber.

Having to request house keeping but I guess that's the trade off with a lower price so ultimately worth it as you can get the room made up every day if you give 24 hours notice. However it's a bit hit and miss - we did request clean towels in the morning and had to ask again 7 hours later when we got back as it hadn't been done. Didn't love the bathroom, it was an accessible room and the design of the bathroom wasn't to the spec of the rest of the room/hotel. Sink didn't drain well.

Staff were excellent. Great breakfast selections. Nice rooftop bar/lounge. Easy to walk to most things in Vienna w/in 15 minutes, including the Belvedere, the old city, Landstrasse, and most museums. Very comfortable mattresses and beds overall. Decor of the hotel is super cute and trendy.

The rooms are small and do not have a lot of places to sit other than the bed. For the same price you could stay at the Intercontinental and get a larger room.

Convenient location and reasonable price in this interesting and stylish hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a very nice rooftop to enjoy the view of the city.

The room was actually small, with very little space to keep the luggage and no sitting space at all.

Location, style of the hotel - simple and pleasant, staff - very supportive. In particular the bar at the roof top was great for chilling out.

The music in the entrance hall - a little bit too loud. Little space for the suitcase.

The hotel doesn’t have enough lobby space for the size of the hotel. We wanted to gather for Christmas and play cards, but there wasn’t really space for that.

Beautiful and modern hotel, wonderful atmosphere. It is situated closed to all the city landmarks, and is a 5-min walk from the Stadtpark U-bahn station, which was highly convenient.

I was really looking forward to staying at the hoxton in Vienna and it did not disappoint. The style and design were as expected and the ambience was even better, thanks to helpful and kind staff. Both rooftop bar and restaurant added to the experience of staying here. Breakfast à la carte is well presented and service is great.

We really missed having bath loafers and a stocked minibar. It is a pity as the room is so comfortable and cozy.

Very nice room in art-deco style with a nice view. Loved it. The staff was helpful and nice. Pretty good location as well.

The room was nice but the aesthetics were obviously prioritized above some more practical/functional considerations. Ex: closet is not well organized/optimized in my opinion, plus it has no doors which makes your room look messy; extra hooks would have been nice in the bathroom for the towels. And the bed mattress was slightly too soft in my opinion. Also I was surprised to be asked to pay a 50€/night deposit at the check-in, which was not specified anywhere in my booking... I was also surprised when asked whether I wanted my room cleaned. Given the hotel's standing and tariffs it applies, this should be a no brainer...

I liked very much the location, the coffee in the room, the radio music - wondeful! the bed is very comfortable. It was warm and clean.

The bathroom is very much in the room, not separated from the room good enough and that made us feel a little bit uncomfortable; the door is not thick enough and doesn`t isolate accordingly. There isn`t a wardrobe for the cloyhes.

Nice clean hotel with value for money

No fault, it was close to all the central sights, staff was friendly and upgraded when I turned up early to check in. Felt peaceful throughout the hotel and lots of spaces to just chill after a long day of sightseeing!

Perfect location, very near to the metro station and to the central square. Very helpful staff and nice service. Very good and delicious breakfast.

Clean, new, well located (100M from StadtPark U-bahn station), quiet. Great bar on the top floor over looking the city. Rooms are nicely furnished,DAB radio is a nice touch! Showers is great and air conditioning works well!

Amazing decor, comfiest bed we’ve ever stayed in and the best night’s sleep after a long day exploring the city. Awesome rooftop, nice bars and a cool Photo Booth on the bottom floor. Slightly out of the very centre but easy to grab public transport or uber.

- Getting someone to clean the room is a quest. Asked at 10am, no one came in until 2pm.. - The lady in a restaurant was giving dirty looks when we said we don’t have the breakfast included and would like to order a la carte.. I don’t see anything unusual in such thing, why being irritated? - “Later check out not possible at all, because it’s booked.” Was coming from the training and needed extra 20min… But I checked online and there are plenty of rooms for that day- I guess it wasn’t all booked then? :) just really rubs the wrong way when people are making things up.. so much easier to say- we don’t allow later check out, that’s the hotel policy.

The location is very good, 10 min walking to the center of the old city, 1 min to a supermarket, Very clean, nice stuff.

The room is small, distance from your bed to toilet door 40 cm.

Great quirky hotel in a nice location - near the main sites and only 2 minutes from the U-bahn. The rooftop bar was a really nice innovation.

The restaurant was odd - mixed up our dinner order, omitted certain dishes etc. The choice of main dishes was very restricting. We thought breakfast was very expensive, even with a choice.

Lovely hotel with a high quality restaurant. Offering especially delucious breakfasts!

Would have love to have a chair in the room, so it wasn't always necessary to sit on the bed. Would also appreciate a luggage rack , so it's not to have to work from it on the floor. But a very lovely appointed room, comfortable beds.

Great location, close to a lot but also quiet, really well designed, room was very comfortable with all the amenities you could need, great rooftop bar on site. Staff were all super friendly
