The room was not ready at check in. Further I was given a room for disabled. I changed at 23 at night. Not pleasant.

I do not recommend this hotel! Maybe 10 years ago Park Hyatt Vienna was a luxury hotel, but today it is NOT! I travel a lot for work and have staying in hotel to compare it to. This hotel is my biggest disappointment in Vienna. The service and room were so bad that I decided to cancel my stay in this hotel after 2+ hours after checking in. Outdated rooms, old bed sheets that has been washed too many times, which is now like in a cheap hotel (my bed had stains - maybe blood stains, I have attached a photo) and old pillows with smelly dust and you constantly want to sneeze. In addition to everything, the room service menu is terrible. If you come from a long way, like me, and you want to rest and have dinner in the room - it is unlikely that you will succeed. There are only 4 main dishes on the menu: 1. Salad with chicken, 2. Sandwich, 3. Burger and 4. Pasta. That's it, only 4 positions!!! And this is a 5-star hotel! I ordered 2 dishes: 3. Burger and 1. Salad. They were both terrible. The service was poor - on an old, dark and sticky tray - like in cheap 2-3 star hotels. The terrible appearance of the dishes matched their terrible taste. The chicken did not smell fresh, and the cutlet and bun in the burger were burnt - even black (I am attaching a photo). As a result, the hotel employee took away these dishes - because it is impossible to eat them. This is not a service - it is despair and hopelessness. This hotel has forgotten what hospitality is and what hotels are for. No comfortable bed/pillows, no tasty food, no rest. The rooms are old and worn. The locks in the lockers are broken (photo attached). A separate and important problem of this hotel is the lack of its own secured parking. Hotel employees park the car in a public parking, where everyone have access from the main street. There are reviews on the Internet about car thefts in this parking lot. Summary: The price, in my opinion, absolutely does not match the quality that this hotel offers.

- luxury at its finest - the lobby is incredible - staff are very friendly - the room was beautiful - the cafe on the side of the hotel is impeccable - tv was very good - excellent climate control - the hotel was quite and welcoming - best location in Vienna - bathroom was big - room service was excellent

I have travelled many different places in the world but the Park Hyatt, Vienna, was, without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Absolutely nothing. There is nothing in this hotel that could be improved.

- Exceptional, hospitable and very accommodating staff (especially Annia). Customer service is superb. - Best location in Vienna (don't bother going to other big brand hotels as they aren't in the right location - i.e., not central). You're just in the middle of the action, where fantastic restaurants and cafes are just next door, in addition to retail shops. - Although a bit pricey but definitely worth it and the value for money is great (especially if you compare it to high end hotels in major international cities). - This hotel made me appreciate the beauty of the great city of Vienna and indeed will make visit it again.

Outstanding location, wonderful service , particularly by Marie-Theres, the duty manager. Upon request, they were able to give us the room early which is was helpful to us.The room was thoughtfully designed and organized. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly.

The cost was high, but they delivered in terms of top notch service.

Right in the middle of the city, a very good location, mainly very friendly helpful staff, nice clean, big, rooms. Very good bar, with good crew, good coctails. Public, but very good and clean garage, suitable for all kinds of flat sports cars too.

The staff at the restaurant area can be improved a little bit. But it still ok.

The concierge in the hotel is super & excellent and all the people their are very helpful and have very good knowledge of the recommended restaurants and attractions. More than one concierge, based on their day shift, assisted me with choosing the delicious restaurant (such as Toya Restaurant) and also with booking train and tour to Salzburg.

The bed was not that comfy, and when I told the reception at the check-out, they said, if I told them before, they would add additional layer to the bed and change the bellows.

By far the best hotel stay I experienced in my life so far. Magnificent building, delicious and qualitative food, impeccable service, kind and helpful staff. The hotel building itself is splendid to say the least, and in perfect condition. Spa and sport facilities were a dream too. Breakfast buffet was rich in variety, exceeding my expectations from a hotel breakfast. The room was large, luxurious and beautifully styled with a jacuzzi and walk-in shower. I would be delighted to be back!

The only thing to regret is that I did not book a longer stay, as I could easily have enjoyed a week there. No remarks whatsoever!

not to clean for 5 stars hotel at Top location. very slow waiters on breakfast in restoran who is missing tables. They wants to place us to sit in Bar for breakfast brcause of not enough tables. This is not corect in hotel which costed 910 Euro per night for 2 persons. other things ok

I was a bit disappointed that we got a room under the roof with insufficient daylight.

The housekeeping service was not satisfactory because the cleaning person did not change shower towels and bed linens with new ones.

Stunning hotel with brilliant facilities. They have a properly equipped gym which is unusual, the restaurant is amazing, best breakfast buffet I have seen in many years and fantastic location!

Room decor left much to be desired. As soon as we walked in we felt that this property needs a refresh. Bedroom didn’t even have a rug. Kind of sad looking furniture. It felt like a lesser-tier hotel interior. We stayed at other Park Hyatt locations (Paris, Tokyo) that were much much more updated. Second thing is, though minor, was the service related to only one person at cafe Am Hof. All servers were incredibly gracious and friendly except for this one, who seemed to be a manager or supervisor of some sort. He was not very friendly.

It is a grand hotel which exceeds my expectation in terms of facilities and level of service. Excellent location, excellent service and excellent breakfast! I had a wonderful experience. I will surely come back to stay in the hotel next time and will recommend it to friends!
