Our stay was excellent! The apartment has all the facilities for a comfortable stay, location is great.

The suite was lovely, the bed was so comfortable we'd love to know what the make of mattress is please. Close to cafes, a walk across the canal to city centre or use the U or trams service all close to hand. There is a Spar supermarket a couple of minutes away and best of all a nespresso machine.

Pillows were a bit thin and overhead shower head didn't work. But preferred to use the other shower head anyway so not a big issue. Maybe a towel rail or hook would be good by wash basin.

was freezing cold, it's actually a shop window transformed to a hotel 'junior suite' the glass windows let in the cold. The airco that is also heating isn't strong enough to beat the cold. there a seperate electric heater that only warms up for 1 fifth so impossible to heat. There should be floorheating. It only works on one tile in the bathroom. cobwebs and stained bedding the matress is supersoft so backpain guaranteed i never had such a soft matress in any hotel in stayed in.

The room was big, warm and in a quiet neibirhood but close enough to the center.

The shower is just a clear glass so everyone in the room can see you shower, so its not ideal for friends or a family with kids. The 3rd bed is not a bed, its a bery uncomfortable sofa bed. It's not an actual hotel, it's more like an airbnb. You get you'r key with a pin and there's no one you can talk to if you need anything. It's basically an appartment building and the appartments on the ground floor is the 'hotel'.

The room was clean when we arrived. We liked the kitchen area that had everything along with coffee machine. I also enjoyed the big table, lots of room to eat and also leave your stuff. Also the self-check in process was very smooth. We did leave our luggage for some hours after the check out in their offices for free and that is also a bonus point.

The room was almost on the road making it appropriate for a shop but not for accommodation. It seems that is used to be a shop of some kind. Given that there is a big glass front there is a lot of curtains to cover and have the illusion of privacy. Although the curtains did somehow the job, in the morning we could not open them to have some light as passengers could literally see us as the were passing by. So all in all the privacy element is a minus Another bad point is the bar just next to our room that was kind of loud at some points and the room was vibrating from music and other low frequency noises. I was also expecting that the cleaning ladies would come earlier in our stay.

The room was so comfortable , big , was having everything inside. Locatiın was good , calm , safe .

It was not hotel , was just room so it was so hard to find how to get the room key and get contact as well . I received info in german language so I had to find ppl to translate.

The shower had a bad smell in it and seemed to be linked with the drainage system.

The impression that it is a hotel is wrong. It’s like a apartment. Quite noisy in the morning, not easy to find. Toilet could have been cleaned more proper.

Great location, close to the canal and transport. Karmelitermarkt just over the road has some great cafes and restaurants. Taborstrasse is a great street with lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. Contor bar was a highlight, just a stones throw away with such lovely staff and natural wines. Highly recommend

The apartment was very exposed, windows looked out on to a restaurant Al fresco area. It was also quite dark, as we had to have the sheer curtains closed for privacy.

The suite was nice and spacious for 3 people. Clean, had all necessary amenities. Location is good, 15 mins away from the city center. A couple of bars around and a food market. Smooth check-in and Check-out process.

It can be a bit noisy at night if you book the street suite, especially over the weekend.

Apartment was very nice and clean, we loved the huge bathroom. The location is not far from the metro station so that's been great as well. There is also a lot of shops and great cafes near the apartment.

Apartment is on the first floor, and because of the huge windows, without the closed curtains, you feel very uncomfortable and on display. We also didn't feel comfortable putting our credit card info again into hotels check in website. Since there is a lot of scams out there, we felt like this step was not necessary, as everything was already paid via booking. They also tried to charge my card again on the day of our check in. Supposedly to authorise my card in case of cancellation, but when they tried to charged me again, it was only a few hours before our stay, so this didn't really make sense to us.

Great location, walking distance to river, Nacht market, restaurants, bars and local Spar. The courtyard apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with incredible high ceilings. Leafy green courtyard setting (we were in room 202). The kitchenette is perfect for making coffee (Nespresso) and basic meals.

The two single beds are different densities - one is very old and saggy with a topper that doesn’t fit properly. One bed was very uncomfortable and urgently needs to be replaced along with both sets of pillows (they are so flat and worn they are not really pillows :(

Apartment was really big, completely exceeded our expectations. Bed was huge, lots of towels, really nice shower. Robes and slippers provided. Wine and water provided in the fridge!

Could have been a few extra coffee pods. We had 4 for a 3 night stay of two people. Some people might be bothered by the set up of the hotel. We were in the old lampshade maker's shop and the building is still in it's shop form, so you can feel a little exposed if you don't close the net curtains but we didn't find it an issue.

Pillows are terrible, just fluff - need replacing. if you’re not used to living in a city there is some noise from the restaurant next door, cars and passer-by’s.

Very clean, nice amenities (e.g., shower gel, bathrobes, slippers, coffee, tea), included small fridge & freezer, allowing groceries to be bought. Comfortable bed, many towels, several pillows.

The only odd thing is there is only one source of natural light through a shop window style wall, which makes it impossible to have natural light and privacy as the window is directly into the bedroom. Blackout curtain and sheer curtain are provided, however.

The quiet location of the suite (facing the garden / innercourt), the modern interieur, a lot of light (windows), spacious shower and toilet, comfortable bed. We got an upgrade to this lovely suite so that was amazing! We loved the closeness to the Karmelitermarkt, a nice bakery and so on.

The wifi was really spotty so we stopped trying to use it. And it took really long for the shower to get warm.

Unique and Modern Design, Comfortable large bed, seating area, large shower and toilet with underfloor heating being a bonus! Had all the appliances you’d need including a fridge. Staff were fab and replied fast if needed. Great location only a 2 minute walk away from nearest station or around a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Although, the apartment is advertised as a converted shop which was a cool concept and partly why we booked, we didn’t realise our room led right onto a road which made it a little uncomfortable to use the seating area at night as this was at the windows behind the blackout curtains which deviated the room and hid you from the street. (There were thin net curtains over the front windows for some privacy however, at night these weren’t as useful)

Easy check-in, wonderful clean room with great facilities. Really liked the style that linked to the room's history.

No mention of adjoining door to another room which had no soundproofing. We were woken up by screaming kids every morning. Also unclear that it was on the ground floor - 'city view' suggests a view of the city rather than a view of the street where everyone can look in at you!

Nice location, clean, central

Interesting approach, room is an former store or saloon (like barber shop or similar place), so entrance is right on street. Everything is very close, so you can actually walk around (15-20min to Innere Stadt). Room interior was very good. Close from train station, too, so easy to get from and to airport.

Transparent curtains are covering glazed entrance and as it is right on street, everyone from outside can perfectly see bedroom - next curtains can cover the view, but then room becomes much smaller as clothes hangers stay outside and still visible from street.

The bed was very comfortable.

The TV wasn’t working (it didn’t seem to want to connect to any channels, we only wanted to put a music channel on or something similar). The A/C unit didn’t work, it initially came on, the fan opened but then closed back up. It was described as a suite, it is not a suite. It would be better described as a hotel room (Afrikanergasse 3). It was strange that the entrance to the room opened up from the street, I was aware of this before booking because of the reviews. As people walked by they peered in and it felt like they were in the room at times. The room is tucked away down a side street though so street noise was minimal.

The spot was ideal for any exploration in the city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the service we had was impeccable in everything we asked for.

Nothing! Hard to find at first.

Large and clean room. Very large bathroom with roomy walk in shower and separate room for toilet.

Entrance is right off a busy street/square and beside a bar with outdoor seating. It was relatively loud in the earlier morning with kids going to school. We felt uncomfortable with all glass front to the street, but it might not bother others.

Really great location, walking distance to lots of transport links. The place was warm and a great design. There were 3 of us and when the extra bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

The only issue was that the door to our room was difficult to lock and unlock

huge room - almost an apartment actually. You could invite 8 people for dinner! great amenities bicycles can be used free of charge there is no reception but everything is very well explained and the staff responds very quickly to emails.

The apartment is in great location, 20 minutes to major tourist attractions. As well easy to get to airport. Spacious and clean apartment, but a bit weird plan with transparent shower door.

If you want to check in earlier it costs extra 20 euros.

Kept being woken up during our stay, first night the battery died in the smoke alarm so it started chirping at 4am.Being in the main square under other apartments, there were a couple of instances out of the 4 nights we stayed where someone played music super loud at 6am one evening and 4am another which I'm sure disturbed other guests and residents.

The location was great, the accommodation was quirky and well equipped. Fine for a night or 2.

It was great after they changed my apartment/room. the first one on afrikansgasse was too cold, heating was not good, and the water heating was not good, and it smelled weird. after they moved me to another apartment everything was great

Very central in the second district. It’s a studio apartment close by to the Karmelitermarkt and Schwedenplatz. The studio used to be a store on the ground floor directly on the street. The apartment has a small kitchen area (incl. table), separate shower and toilet and a sleeping area in one pretty big room.

The entrance to the apartment is directly on the street (ground floor).

my unit was next to a restaurant with outdoor seating. it was ok after 11 pm hence not an issue but I would not stay there in the summer. it may get noisy.

We loved the location as it was just a 10 min walk from the historical centre. The design of the apartment was really nice, with a fully fitted kitchenette and a dinning table, which we really enjoyed. The apartment was clean and the small details of the furnishings and commodities made our stay extra nice.

It was difficult to find at night and the instructions given to us weren’t clear enough. If you get the rooms 200-204 you get to be inside the building but our room (206) faced the street which lacked privacy and was wall to wall with a restaurant/bar so on the weekend night it was noisy. Also the pans and pots in the kitchen were too big for the hob which made it inconvenient.

Great use of space. The apartment had everything I needed. It was nice to know a little bit of history about the building too.

How difficult check in was. I arrived at 11pm as a solo female traveler to a very quiet street. I couldn't find 'reception' as there doesn't seem to be one.I had to ask the manager of a local restaurant for help, he was so kind and gave me a spare key which I then used for the duration of my stay.
