St Regis Hotel, Vancouver

Liked the high end amenities and Daily Fuji water provided. Big room and like big windows to city view.

Couldn't check in earlier. We arrived 9am from a night flight, but they helped out with all of our luggage. Tagged it and sent up to our room.

Extremely polite staff; every employee was always smiling, helpful and enjoyed where they worked!! We enjoyed the clean room and contemporary classic bathroom, the breakfast inclusion, and the daily water/chocolates. I rushed out one morning and left brochures and notes all over my unmade bed and returned to a made-up bed with all my "papers" put back in the exact same position - can't get any better than that!!! Thank you to all for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Central location easy public transportation. The staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. So nice to have a good freshly cooked to order breakfast to start your day without the hassle.

Not much in the way of noise insulation from street. Besides regular street noise I could hear an argument that was happening across the street.

I like this hotel and The staff were always helpful and friendly. They made the holiday wonderful.

This old hotel was gorgeous🏨 The bed was extremely comfortable & had everything we needed🛌 The staff were awesome👍 Walking distance to lots of restaurants😋

Very nice room, friendly helpful staff, very convenient location for metro, buses etc, nice breakfast.

Slightly worried about the elevator, which was being repaired, but staff could not do enough to ensure that we were not badly inconvenienced by it.

We were on level one and it was a bit noisy to the street (this is to be expected). We only stayed one night so didn’t bother us but could get annoying if having a longer term stay.

It’s a lovely little hotel ideally located. Very clean and well appointed. Staff was also very helpful. The amenities such as complimentary breakfast were an added bonus. Made for a very enjoyable stay in Vancouver.

Loved the dining room staff. Calvin was a great ambassador for the St Regis. Nagar, too. They were attentive, funny and aimed to please. We noticed that they made friends with many of the breakfast customers.

There was only one small elevator, fit only two people with luggage.

The warm and friendly staff. The people at the front desk were very helpful giving us good advice when needed. Great breakfast with good menu choices. The hotel was in a perfect location, especially for tourists like us, with good walking distances to the water and restaurants.

Didn't like the very heavy coffee table which had to be moved every night in order to pull out the sofa bed!!

It was way over priced just like most hotels in Vancouver. Only one elevator, which was very tiny, and used by staff so not speedy.

Despite in a Junior suite - there was no place to open the suitxases - rooms were very small and the bed was very uncomfortable for two adults to sleep!!

The rooms were small but as it is a boutique hotel it is only to be expected. However extremely comfortable and l’occitaine bath products! Location great, breakfast great with endless coffee. Staff very helpful

Proximity to downtown and touristy areas. The staff was remarkable. I wish I remembered their names, but there was one person who went far and above our expectations. He wore a grey suit, had a smile that would light up a room, and helped us transfer our family’s 9-piece luggage set from taxis to the hotel three times. Thank you for making our vacation a removable and relaxing experience.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! From the friendly and attentive hotel staff to the fabulous onsite restaurant (Gotham Steakhouse) to the delicious complimentary hot breakfast, it was all around a wonderful experience.

The only reason I did not give this hotel a 5/5 is because we were given the only room (on the 3rd floor) that was directly across from the housekeeping supplies closet. When we arrived at our room, the closet's double doors were wide open with housecoats and supply bins basically at our front door, and it remained that way while the housekeepers were working (of course they have to go in and out of the closet on a regular basis). It was noisy and the opposite of visually appealing. This may seem like a petty concern, and we would have been more understanding had the hotel been fully booked or had we checked in that day, but neither were true. Simply put, it was disappointing being given a very obvious undesirably located room when there were other options. With that being said, everything else during our stay was so spectacular that we would definitely return, and just avoid that particular room.
