I think hotel guests should not pay for car park.

excellent location, comfortable, spacious, clean room, friendly service.

The location is very good, on the right side of the city center so you can easy make connection to go to Turia and the ciudad de sciencias. Though in the city, the room was quiet. We asked to change room when we saw we were on the inside of the hotel and they helped us to find the best option with a street view. Thank you! The room was big and clean, The breakfast was OK, it gives all the options but not exceptional.

For me the beds were a bit hard, but for my partner it was perfect. Not a dislike, but rather something we would have liked, is a nice bar to have some nice drinks as aperitif or before going to sleep.

One of the receptionists was not prepared to receive the guests, and at breakfast I kindly asked them to beat some fruits in a blender so I wouldn't throw them away and they told me they couldn't beat I had to throw away the fruits, I'm sorry, with so much hunger in the world....sin

Location was great, room was spotless, bed and pillows were comfortable. Rainfall shower was great addition to the room.

The TV could do with some English channels or offer a streaming service

Perfect location and lovely staff

Very central hotel tucked away on a quiet little street, away from the hustle and bustle of the area north of the train station. Room was spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious!!

The sound proofing is not great. I could hear my upstairs neighbour upstairs walking around with shoes, back and forth, late at night. I could also hear faint talking through the walls. My room was c’owe to the elevators and I could hear people easily.

Great hotel, spacy stylish room in reasonable price and best location. External room with nice city view from the 4th floor. Might be a bit loudy in evenings and mornings, but remember you are in the very city centre so nothing to complain about. When windows closed its quite.

The hotel was amazing. Perfect location. We walked to different center locations in Valencia. The room was big and very cozy with a separate entrance. The bathroom was big and well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. We were on a road trip and we stayed in many hotels during our trip in Spain, Portugal and France and this was the best breakfast. Lots of salty choices, amazing gazpacho for breakfast and lots of fruits. We loved it. Thank you

The price for the parking of a motorcycle was 19 euros. A bit expensive.

Hotel was in a perfect location for our stay. Staff were so nice and helpful. Room was so nice, a big room and the bed was so comfy.

Excellent- perfect for early check in and late check out

Perfect location, room was nice and there was enough place for three person. Minibar was cold and silent, I could keep some of my special need food there. I slept better than at home! Reception personnel were friendly and helpful.

Location fabulous and breakfast really good with fresh delicious food, like most places in Spain we have stayed in. Opposite the hotel there is an Italian restaurant for those with difficulties with walking.

Perhaps the bar downstairs near reception could also serve some food, snacks? Just a thought…

Breakfast was a little disappointing burnt adequate

Great location; spacious room; very clean; friendly staff; spacious bathroom.

Although stylish, the bathroom did not have the best functionality. In particular, the shower had no thermostatic control. This resulted in bursts of scalding hot or cold water, depending on use of water in other parts of the hotel. This is unsafe as someone will eventually get badly scalded. The wash basin is wide and shallow, looks good but is impractical. The bidet tap is far too high, not great for use. The bathroom looks good but more care should have been given to practicality in its design.

Great location so can walk everywhere and very close to the bullfighting stadium. Good sized room with very comfortable bed; good sized shower and fast hot water. Breakfast is excellent and nice seating area adjacent to the lobby with a little bar setup. Always water and popcorn in the lobby.

Great location. Room was comfortable, clean & tastefully decorated. The breakfast offered many choices & the food was good.

We were a bit disappointed of the lack of choices for English channels on TV.

From the moment we arrived it was fabulous , would definitely love to return, staff were so attentive, breakfast was amazing… everything was top class!

Property was well maintained, beautiful decor and prime location in the heart of Valencia.

The air conditioning was not great and there was a persistent humming noise coming from the vent.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. Overall it was a very nice stay. The stuff was very polite. Location very central, also next to a metro station taking you to the airport.

I felt the location is excellent, very centrally situated, allowing us to walk to most of the old town attractions such as the chathedral, the Sarranos towers, the bull ring, the markets etc. We took a cab to get to the Science expo though. The rooms were clean, spacious, and larger than usual showers. Extra points for the very comfortable beds and very quiet rooms. Staff were courteous and happy to assist.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect as it’s so close to everything. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfy. The electric kettle was a welcome bonus. The staff were exceptional. We will definitely return.

Breakfast was great with a good spread. Service staff were very helpful and attentive. I would also like to compliment the bar staff. He was excellent and very professional.

The hotel was very good, with a perfect location, close to the center and near the main historical sites which were within walking distance. The parking was excellent and with an elevator, you could go directly to the room. Cleanliness was exemplary. Above all, the staff was very cooperative and friendly.

Location is amazing

The hotel is located in the centre of Valencia and walking distance to everything. The room was huge and the beds super comfortable and a plus that I could choose my style of pillow.

My only issue was the breakfast with limited options considering the hotel is 4*.

Perfect hotel. The Suite was amazing. Living room, seperate, bedroom and lovely bathroom. Best shower ever! Great location Staff friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
