Vincci Lys, Valencia

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Hotel is right in the center close to cafes, shopping center, central market and old town area. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

the property was very clean, the rooms were spacious & some of the rooms had a little balcony which was a treat! :) The property was in excellent location and in walkable distance to the city centre! The beds were super comfortable and exceptionally clean, and they offer a very tasty breakfast!

Everything was well up to standard. Impressed!

Couple of things, first was the price we pay in Granada was much cheaper and the facility was much better. Second every time we call for a taxi from the hotel they charge more for the service Normally is 2.6 euros , from the hotel was 6.8 euros.

The hotel offered a convenient location, was exceptionally clean, and provided a high level of comfort. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Different electric voltage. Had to purchase better plug convertor from ireland/Spain. Difficulty charging phone or electric wheelchair until I realised convertor was not working.

. The pictures online give the impression of a more luxurious hotel with greater public space than is the case. We would probably rate this more as a 3.5* Lack of information about the hotel/services. An App can be downloaded but it is a bit generic. A 'normal' room folder would work better. We had to make a point of asking for information usually available in the room in other hotels. We arrived later than expected due to our flight being delayed and although some food and drink should still have been available until 22.30 but were told the bar& room service had closed. Not a great start. We also had a similar experience the following evening when we returned to the hotel around 21.00 to find the bar closed again. We did speak to the reception staff the next morning who assured us this was not normal. Happily for the rest of our stay things improved. Be aware that there are very limited English speaking TV channels. Mainly news.

A relatively small hotel with an excellent location within walking distance of the old part of Valencia and all the restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and helpful-especially when we couldn’t find the hotel parking spaces in the adjoining car park. The rooms were spacious and clean. Added bonus of tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was fine.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Very good location, close to direct metro to the airport and walking distance to train station. Good size of the room, good AC, good bathroom, good water pressure. Everything i look for checked. Breakfast good but a bit basic, but everyone can find something and leave full. No long wait for elevator. In the centre but quiet.

Really nothing not to like.

The room was comfortable and bigger than most. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent. We walked to many places of interest from there, the hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the train station , maybe a three minute walk. We would have liked to stay another night at least but we already had a booking in another city. We had to stay in Valencia because we did not make our connection.

The reception desk was very helpful with an emergency late in the evening. We were glad they took such good care.

Good soundproofing, comfortable bed, and very clean.

At breakfast, there are no vegetables. To be honest, there was a mini salad of carrots, cabbage and corn, but I would have liked cucumbers, tomatoes and greens. Someone was so surprised by their absence that, out of desperation, they ended up eating a large tomato that was clearly meant as decoration.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is even more central than we expected, with everything within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotless, with a huge and very comfortable double bed. Everything needed was provided and there was plenty of space for storing belongings. The bathroom was also large, clean, and fully equipped. Despite being in the city centre, the room was very quiet when windows and doors were closed, allowing for a very restful sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. Breakfast was excellent, with a very friendly team and a wide variety of high-quality options, including especially fresh juices. Although the breakfast room is not huge, there was always enough space and distance from other guests, making it very enjoyable. A garage next to the hotel made parking hassle-free, even on weekends, with a discounted rate of around €20 per day.

Stuff in reception was very nice and friendly. Our room was quite big and nicely decorated. Hotel has a parking place under the building.

The wifi code was not available in the room. The bathroom has a small ventilation system which was not enough after the bath. The parking fee was high.

I had an excellent stay at Vincci Lys. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Valencia, within walking distance to the train station and the main attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location within walking distance of all the major attractions that we wanted to visit and adjacent to beautiful restaurants and shops.

We had a room to the rear of the hotel that looked out onto a blank concrete wall. Very quiet and we were out quite a lot however our adult children who stayed on the same floor had a more spacious and light filled room to the front of the hotel.

Beautiful room, comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom. Wonderful location. Central, but very quiet. They surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a cake for my birthday.

This property was stunning and the room was amazing ! The room was cleaned daily and the standard was impeccable. The ac was fantastic and needed as it was extremely hot 🥵 its location was perfect , close to all the main attractions and close to lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants including a lovely pizza place directly across from hotel which was perfect when our flight landed so late. It was a stones throw from the main shopping area and the old town . The staff were so friendly helpful and requests were handled quickly . We paid for late check out at 4 pm and it was very reasonable ! I must add if anyone travels to Valencia eat at La pizza

Lovely helpful staff, high efficiency, spacious room with amenities (and mini bar with water), there was no fake eco-green speech as an excuse for poor service, amazing breakfast, perfect location and everything about Vincci (I even witnessed how the staff accomodates the best service for disabled people with kindness, adaptability and inclusion).. Thank you, Vincci Lys! We'll be back to Valencia and Vincci hotels around the world.

The hotel is perfectly located – right in the city center and just a short walk from the train station. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is ok, a lot of options.

Amazing place, the location, the staff was so kind polite and helpful, also it was my birthday and I got a lovely suprise!!! The room was a great size, comfortable bed, nice toilet, and close to the train station, the main tourist areas, also nice restaurants around.

Excellent location for old town, Russafa and very close to metro stop Xativa (30 mins direct line from airport). Friendly reception team, room clean and fresh, great shower.

The location was perfect easy to get to many parts of the city and the hotel was beautiful
