Great position in city. Comfortable and quiet room. We enjoyed a relaxing breakfast each morning.

Room was a bit dark as we were at the back of hotel overlooking a narrow courtyard. Problems with hot water in the room which wasn’t fully resolved during our stay. Bottled water in the room would have been appreciated.

The staff were exceptional. All the people were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is in fine condition and the location in the centre of the tourist area is convenient. Strongly recommended.

We arrived early and the reception were very helpful in accommodating an earlier check in. Room was spacious, modern and overlooked the street which is pleasant with orange trees lining the street. The location is excellent. Travelling by metro from the airport the hotel is a few minutes walk from Xativa station. Also close to the city centre and the main sights. The breakfast at this hotel is excellent. Many choices of breakfast you could wish for. Have to say the staff at breakfast were brilliant, Helpful and everything was well stocked all the time. Our bedroom was cleaned every day with new towels etc.

The bathroom is beautiful, new and modern. However the system of the tap on the handwash basin is awful. One can not close it without a lot of water would got to outside the basin from one's hand.

The location is absolutely perfect. In a quiet street right in the middle of a vibrant central area close to everything you need to see and do. Perfect. The hotel is fantastic, clean, modern, so is the room. Spacious, with great bed and immaculate bathroom with both shower and bathtub. And, there is a large patio with sun chairs and table to enjoy. The breakfast is so large in selection, fresh and delicious that there is nothing to wish more. If you want a great hotel in Valencia - consider this. You will not regret it.

Amazing place. A "feels like home" right in the middle of vibrant Valencia. Sleep well in their new beds. Wake up over a rich breakfast buffet, set out to explore the city and surroundings, and come back when you need peace and quiet. We loved Vincci Lys. Special thanks to the reception staff for the topper on the bed.

The hotel is perfectly located - right in the city center, close to the train station, bus stop, shopping areas, and main attractions, yet still on a quiet street. Our room was ideal for three adults: spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. As a bonus, our window looked directly onto an orange tree. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Spain, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty food and drinks. We also felt we received very special treatment from all the hotel staff we met during our stay.

Our stay was perfect - everything met or exceeded our expectations. Truly nothing more to add.

Great location to explore Valencia old town, close to lively area with good restaurants and bars, yet situated in a rather calm street. Hotel is nicely decorated and room was cosy. Tasty breakfast. They organized a nice birthday surprise.

The room overlooking the inner courtyard practically faces a wall of a neighbouring building and is rather dark. Didn't bother us too much as we spent most of the time outdoors, though.
