Vincci Lys, Valencia

Location is perfect very close to historical centre and restaurants. Took Metro from airport and hotel 5 min or less walking distance from stop. Breakfast was fab , loads of options , nespresso coffee, juice, pastries, fruit , eggs, bacon . Room was spacious and was quiet in part we stayed. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The bathroom, even if it was recently renovated, was a bit disappointing. The separate faucets for cold and warm water were not very user friendly.

Location was very central and all we needed was very close by. The room was spacious and comfortable. The overall hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not all the food was clearly labelled in the breakfast room - the variety of the cold meats offered were not shown and was unsure whether it contained foods that I don't eat.

We liked the large terrace the most 🔝🔝. In the immediate vicinity of the Vincci Lys there are top sights, many good bars and restaurants. And large and small top shops. The train station and taxis are only a few minutes away.

Everything was first rate. The entirety of the old city of Valencia is reachable on foot from here with no problem. The breakfast was absolutely stellar and very reasonably priced.

Very good location, since it stays a block away from the main street the noise doesn’t come from the street. The hotel is very close to city attractions and there are several nice restaurants around. Room and bathroom are very spacious and very clean. Good option for city travelers.

Please renew the room amenities daily. Amenities are good quality but their quantity is limited such as hair conditioner and sponge. There is also no complimentary water in the room.

The width of the twins beds are too narrow. So, it was not comfortable to sleep safe.

The hotel was in an excellent location. An easy walk to all the sights in the center. Parking next door was very convenient

The lobby was not very comfortable but it was clean and nicely decorated so no real complaint.

Top location just near historical center, near Metro, many restaurants and bars around hotel . Big spacious modern room, good bed quality, very clean. Good rich breakfast.

Bad sound isolation between the rooms, i had noisy neighbors and was really not easy to sleep. There is no carpets in the room, so you can hear every step of the neighbour. Next to hotel there was also renovation of Bank building, they started banging at 6 AM already. Hotel took me 2x money from my account, this made me confused. But at the end this monex was returned to my account. It ended good, but feeling remains bad.

Quaint hotel and friendly staff

On an alley road with bars and restaurant. You can hear the people partying outside - almost all night - if you are facing the street. Not the hotels' fault at all.

It’s clean, spacious, there is a bidet in the toilet and the location is greatttt

Excellent location - very close to the main station with big car park accessible from the hotel, which can be booked in advance.

The room was spacious and clean, with good furniture, Frigobar, and free coffee and tea. The bathroom was also very spacious, with a good shower, and everything was very clean. The breakfast is worth the price and the hotel has a great location!

We had a super deal on the cost of our room. Plus we were able to get into our beautiful room early which was really appreciated as it was pouring with rain. We loved our stay there. Thank you 🤗

Friendly staff. Helpful. Spotless rooms and dining room. Great breakfast. Complimentary champagne for my wife’s birthday which was a nice surprise.

Room was located next to staff lift. So was quite noisy at around 5pm.

Well presented hotel with a very chique look and friendly staff. The location was second to none with a significant number of restaurants and shopping options located nearby.

This was a really nice hotel, well located and very clean. The staff were very helpful, especially when I was looking for a reservation at a popular paella restaurant at the last minute. They came through! Since we had a car, parking on site was a real plus.

Even though the noise of the city was nonexistent inside, we could hear people walking upstairs above our room. It wasn’t a big issue but was a bit surprising.

The room was very large, and modern appointed. Very quiet too.

Location - excellent. 200m (or less) from the train station and the metro Staff - very friendly and helpful, enjoyed them immensely. Breakfast - excellent assortments of pastries, bacon, eggs, coffee, yogurt, cheese, nuts, etc … very very good and we enjoyed the convenience of just going downstairs every morning.

Wifi was hit and miss - it would just drop off for no reason and random - they need to get that sorted (for the price one pays to stay there) TV was small, cords (cable) loose and didn’t work (until we investigated behind the TV) - and no English channels (other than 24 hr news (CNN & BBC)

Enjoyed my stay at Vincci Lys, great location in the city a few minutes walk to cathedral and in heart of the old city. Room spacious, beds really comfortable and quiet at night no noise. Good wifi, bathroom facilities were great lovely hot powerful shower. Mini fridge in room, breakfst was good with choice of hot breakfast and continental breakfast. They also catered for Gluten free diets with GF bread and cakes.

Spotlessly clean and a good vibe as we entered. Very modern.

My room could have been bigger and looked out onto an internal wall.

Great location, had a very local and not touristy, yet not to far form the main tourist spots. 10 mins walk from 2 metro stations. I booked late and this was good value for money compared to other available options. staff on the desk were all friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and there was a small kitchenette area.

The girl on the desk recommend a room at that back with a view over the internal shaft as she told me they are quieter than rooms facing the street. I thought I had paid a bit extra for a room but she said that wasn't the case and anyway I decided to take her advice as I didn't want a noisy room. The room was fine but I would have much preferred an open view
