Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were outstanding, the hotel was spotless and our room with a city view was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The onsite bar and restaurant were also wonderful. Would highly recommend.

I would go back to Valencia just to stay at ONLY YOU one more time! Loved it.

Loved staying in this hotel. The location is amazing, just in the city center. The whole area was clean and with beautiful buildings and shops. The staff were so nice, friendly and smiling, they helped with anything we asked for. The breakfast was also very good and with a nice rooftop view. We’re already thinking to be back!

Maybe adding a ramp for the stroller/wheelchair in the entrance would be a good idea.

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was immaculate and the bathroom in the room is one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've seen. The breakfast was incredible. I would recommend getting the breakfast included, if not at least pay for one day during your stay. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had anywhere, and even with the prices rising in Valencia recently, it is an absolutely amazing deal for the price.

While the room rates are great deals relative to the USA, I found the laundry service prices to be a bit high. If you need several things washed, however, there is a very nice laundry mat right next to the hotel.

Everything was wonderful, from the reception staff to the information desk and restaurant staff at breakfast and throughout the day. Their cooperation and constant smiles were appreciated, and a special thank you to the guest relations manager for the gifts sent to our room during my treatment.

When we arrived, our bags were swiftly handled by the concierge and taken up to our rooms. The hotel facilities and rooms were clean and smelled so good. I loved the decor, as well. The staff, from the concierge, receptionists and especially the breakfast crew, were fantastic! Super helpful, accommodating and genuinely nice. The fitness room was also top notch with great equipment, such as two cable machines and treadmills that could be directly connected to your Apple Watch, dumbbells, yoga mats etc. The breakfast was delicious and the variety of coffee was amazing. I loved all the fresh meats, juices and fruits, and the fact that eggs among other things were made on the spot. My husband also asked for warm porridge - something they didn't normally serve but made for him each morning. We also appreciated that breakfast was until 11.00 and not heavily trafficked. The location could not have been better: it's right in the heart of the city with all amenities, restaurants, monuments and activities around. It's also close to public transport (bus, train, metro). Everything we wanted to do was either in walking distance (Central Market, Saint Nicholas Church, Museum of Illusions) or just a short bus/metro ride away (Mestalla Statdium, Oceanografic).

I love the Only You Hotels but there is something special about the one in Valencia it’s fabulous! They make you feel so welcome & special throughout the stay. Breakfast is incredible & the vibes / atmosphere in hotel really make it! We will definitely be back. Location is ideal very central. Jose the guest relations manager was so lovely to us & really looked after us at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!! We will be back 🤩

Great hotel in an excellent location. The staff is what made our stay even better, fantastic service. The breakfast is great and the coffee bar is the best in the world...congratulations. This was our second stay.

Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was superb. The rooms were quiet, modern and very comfortable. The bar was great fun with a great team who prepared excellent cocktails.

It is difficult to find any fault, the team were thoroughly professional and friendly

Loved the friendly staff, free flowers, the quiet but clean gym and the location as well. The reading nook by the window was perfect!

Location and quality of hotel plus the breakfast selection and staff were very helpful. Of particular note Roderigo at reception gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful.... he was amazing.

We returned to Only You for the second time and were so happy to be greeted by the same friendly team, both in the hotel and in restaurant El Mirador. Jose Enrique, the Guest Experience Manager, went out of his way to make our stay special, and also a big Thank You to Jorge in the restaurant for remembering us from two years ago and making us feel so welcome! Other highlights for us were the hotel’s lively atmosphere, cozy vibe, and the great location in the city centre.

We have traveled to Europe, and Spain many times over the years, the Only You Hotel Valencia is at the top of the list of exceptional hotels we have stayed at. From the moment we made our hotel reservation we received a personalized, welcoming email from the staff. Once we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with the happiest employees we have every seen, everyone at the hotel so kind, so welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and wanted for nothing, The hotel is beautiful, has two restaurants and a lovely comfortable bar, and is located right in the heart of Old Town Valencia. Every tourist spot we wanted to visit was only a 10-15 minute walk away. The Guest Services Manager, Jose Enrique Herrero, was extremely helpful during our stay, helped us secure tickets to a local attraction for us, and checked in with us all throughout out stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Jose went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable, we so appreciated his kindness. Our hotel room was very spacious, especially by European standards, well appointed with lovely products, comfy robes & slippers and the best king size bed, so so comfortable. We had breakfast every morning during our stay, the Only You Valencia hotel had such an excellent & varied choice of food items, including eggs made to order, a barista who made any type of coffee you desired, the most delicious croissants & pastries, and a room with a view, the breakfast buffet was on the 9th floor with large windows with views of the city. It was a treat to return to the hotel every afternoon after a day of sightseeing to relax and freshen up, so much so we had a hard time going back out for the evening, it was such an wonderful place. This was our first stay at an Only You Hotel property, and it won't be our last. We highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Valencia, we cannot wait to return one day.

The staff made this property. They are so caring, helpful and happy in every area, reception, the bar, at breakfast and in the restaurant. Enrique was amazing, so helpful and enthuastic which really helped us enjoy our stay even more. I couldn't rate this property highly enough. The only thing was the noise outside our window on the Saturday night but that comes with staying in the centre of everything it kept me awake from 2am until 4am but thankfully the noise stopped after that.

Everything! Location, breakfast, cleanliness, staff, quality of the products used, tiny details like providing sun hat and shampoo for kids etc. Felt really special! I requested surprise cake and wine for my husband’s birthday and they really did it and wrote a very nice card! Breakfast was great, with a very nice view. They also let us leave our bags after checkout for a while. Whenever there was something needed they solved it right away. The coffee selection at the breakfast was a top notch addition!

Unfortunately they installed the first (wooden) crib either wrong or didnt check much and it collapsed a bit (everyone is safe no worries) and they gifted us breakfast as apology. I recommend using only travel cot unless otherwise recommended. The menu for breakfast warm meals like omelette can be updated and some plain - simple things can be added like omelette with a few ingredients etc. Some things felt too fancy to have for breakfast :)

The staff was amazing. We got such amazing tips for the city where to go and eat. Location is perfect in the city centre to walk most things. Their breakfast is 1 of the best I ever had seen!

Amazing breakfast - probably the only hotel that understand people are on vacation and breakfast is until 11. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were very clean and comfortable, the hotel bar has the best cocktails. you can literally spend your eat sleep repeat vacation in the hotel. Location is very good, central, a 2 min walk from the best best restaurants.

Because the window opens very little - thus almost no natural ventilation, you sometimes get this feeling of stale air in the room.
