The staff made this property. They are so caring, helpful and happy in every area, reception, the bar, at breakfast and in the restaurant. Enrique was amazing, so helpful and enthuastic which really helped us enjoy our stay even more. I couldn't rate this property highly enough. The only thing was the noise outside our window on the Saturday night but that comes with staying in the centre of everything it kept me awake from 2am until 4am but thankfully the noise stopped after that.

Everything! Location, breakfast, cleanliness, staff, quality of the products used, tiny details like providing sun hat and shampoo for kids etc. Felt really special! I requested surprise cake and wine for my husband’s birthday and they really did it and wrote a very nice card! Breakfast was great, with a very nice view. They also let us leave our bags after checkout for a while. Whenever there was something needed they solved it right away. The coffee selection at the breakfast was a top notch addition!

Unfortunately they installed the first (wooden) crib either wrong or didnt check much and it collapsed a bit (everyone is safe no worries) and they gifted us breakfast as apology. I recommend using only travel cot unless otherwise recommended. The menu for breakfast warm meals like omelette can be updated and some plain - simple things can be added like omelette with a few ingredients etc. Some things felt too fancy to have for breakfast :)

The staff was amazing. We got such amazing tips for the city where to go and eat. Location is perfect in the city centre to walk most things. Their breakfast is 1 of the best I ever had seen!

Amazing breakfast - probably the only hotel that understand people are on vacation and breakfast is until 11. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were very clean and comfortable, the hotel bar has the best cocktails. you can literally spend your eat sleep repeat vacation in the hotel. Location is very good, central, a 2 min walk from the best best restaurants.

Because the window opens very little - thus almost no natural ventilation, you sometimes get this feeling of stale air in the room.

The front desk experience with Guillermo was warm and felt personal. The avocado burger I got from room service on my last night was spectacular. Same for the mango mousse dessert. Wow!

Housekeeping wasn’t aware that there was no soap in the handwashing dispenser until I took the pump out and left it in the counter on the third day.

The personnel are amazing , the location of the hotel is spectacular in the heart of the city center . The room was beautiful and well decorated with a nice couch next to the window . The hotel is suite clean .

Breakfast could have been much better. First, the variety of dishes was very limited, which is disappointing for a 5-star hotel where diversity in food selection should be a priority. Second, the food arrangement was quite inconvenient and did not reflect the standards expected from a luxury property. They could certainly improve significantly in this aspect. And the bed , it was inconvenient. If you book there, insure to have king size bed , and avoid having to separate beds.

Great location and wonderful front office staff (especially Rodrigo) Rooms small but typical in Europe. Surprised no “turn down service” in pm. It’s centrally located to old town and lots of shops and restaurants. Also free water and soft drinks in mini bar

Excellent hotel and staff are happy to accommodate and make your stay comfortable. They promptly helped to resolve some issues. The breakfast buffet was amazing and well worth it. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, classy, and modern.

My first room had damp, so I asked to change rooms. But apparently, this is common in Valencia.

The hotel is centrally located and very near all the tourist spots. The hotel also has a lot of very good restaurants around. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very accommodating.

The wifi sometimes dropped out.

My stay at Only YOU Hotel Valencia was wonderful! The hotel is stylish, cozy, and perfectly located in the city center. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff – always polite, friendly, and willing to help. From the very first moment, I felt truly welcome. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia!

Room did have plumbing issues, staff did try to address this. Twin beds should be seperated and not in the same bed base. Breakfast was nice, however if could suggest an improvement coffee needs to be served hot.

This was our second stay at Only You, Valencia - we'd had such good memories of our previous visit we detoured here especially, on our drive back to the UK. A great location with local parking, very reasonably priced for a city centre. From the check-in with complimentary glasses of chilled rose prosecco, to entering our 8th floor room with fantastic city view, hot drenching rain-shower, super comfortable bed, coffee station, toiletries - it was every bit as good! The Trotamundos Bar has a very talented Cocktail barman and the chilled ambience makes it a perfect place to unwind in comfort. The room-service Wagyu burgers were big, juicy and absolutely delicious - promptly delivered, piping hot. Regrettably, this meant no space for the top-floor breakfast experience. Not to be missed! Ahh, well. If only we could have stayed for longer..... Thank you! We cant wait to get back ;-)

Great rooms and amazing staff!

This hotel was outstanding and paid great attention to detail. Drinks offered upon arrival, sweets and flowers at the entrance (wonderful smell from the florist). The decor is very fresh, clean, building is well maintained, staff all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, specialist coffee bar that is staffed, range of high quality food and lovely view of the city. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

What an awesome experience. The hotel surprised us with champagne in our room for our 30th wedding anniversary. Absolutely beautiful room & awesome shower. A real spoil to stay at the hotel. It is also central and has a courtyard in front of the hotel with 3 restaurants.

Stunning hotel, phenomenal staff, magnificent location, memorable experience. Right from being greeted with a welcome drink to some bespoke and caring treatment by every member of the staff this hotel defines what luxury hospitality should truly mean. The rooms are beautifully designed (maybe a bit quirky for some) with all modern amenities and the food variety is spectacular - especially the breakfast buffet. Staying here made our trip to Valencia even more special.
