An outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire hotel staff – from the receptionists to the bartenders and even the security team – were incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. Everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, stylish, and very clean. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Valencia, making everything easily accessible. Truly a place where you feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Great location, nice and clean rooms and of course very helpful staff.

The staff were extra nice, especially to my 2 yo. They also accommodated my requests such as to deliver the hotel's restaurant meals to the room. The location is pretty great too, close to nice places and restaurants.

The atmosphere of the hotel is great: light and happy. The marketing department seems to work very well - full of signs that the hotel wants to make you feel welcome. Very comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurants and bar onsite were wonderful. Location can't be beat. Not a bad thing to say about staying here!

Front desk offered to make us a reservation at the Japanese restaurant, when we showed up for the reservation time they made it for the upstairs restaurant which we had already been, and the Japanese restaurant was fully booked and couldn't take us - it was frustrating and annoying.

From the moment I arrived all the staff were friendly and very welcoming, including offering a complimentary drink while I checked in, and they were always looking to help and assist. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the old town. My room was large and spacious and very very comfortable. And the rates are extremely good value too.

Amazing hotel, great staff, nothing seemed like too much. Absolutely fantastic breakfast - probably the best I’ve ever had from dozens of 5* hotels. Amazing coffee, fresh fruit, made to order choices, just everything you could expect and probably worth €50pp alone.

The welcome was impeccable, especially Veronica, who immediately made us feel pampered. We were upgraded to a suite to celebrate my birthday. The room was very spacious and the view was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were perfect. The buffet breakfast on the top floor is absolutely worth including, with a special mention to the lady managing the coffee corner. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, always with a smile.

Our experience at ONLY YOU Hotel Valencia was exceptional in every way, 10 across the board. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect, and we genuinely regret not staying longer. We were warmly welcomed by Anderson — thank you for your outstanding hospitality, it truly made a difference. The room was beautiful, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, the room was completely soundproof, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept wonderfully. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from Plaça de l’Ajuntament, right in the center of everything. The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic, and we especially loved the flower boutique — such a charming detail. We will most definitely return and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The service, staff, food and the room were all exceptional. A very homley hotel with a lot of attention to detail.

There wasn't anything that i didn't like from start to finish. The coffee machine was broken which was replaced immediately which isn't even worth mentioning. Couldn't recommend this hotel anymore. Excelente.

Everything was incredible. The rooms, the staff...I have no negative comment about anything. I celebrated my birthday and they were very nice and paying attention to our needs for the little baby.

Outstanding level of service, staff is doing everything to make you comfortable, both in living, dining and conference area. You feel very welcome upon arrival and that keeps going on the same level. Exceptional level of service. I spend approx 150 hotel nights a year and find seldom service like that, A lot of respect for staff and management!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment you arrive on the steps, the staff greets you and are so helpful and welcoming. Easy check-in, drinks while you wait, luggage delivered to your room, cleaning at any time you request. Straightener and full size blow dryer in every room. Rain showers have amazing pressure. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. To top it off the food was so delicious. I can’t forget the floral shop has so many beautiful arrangements. We had stayed here before our trip to Rome & had a room at another hotel for our last half of our trip. One night in the other hotel and we cancelled our stay and returned to Only You. They go above and beyond to create the most amazing experience.

Great hotel, in the center of Valencia, very warm and welcoming, the breakfast was very tasty and the bar is very lively, nice place for a drink. Room was very clean.

The elevator always had troubles, sometimes the hotel closes it for occasions, and we found ourselves climbing the stairs. We are in good shape so it wasn’t a big deal, but I wondered what people with physical difficulties do

Could not access bar for 3 nights due to private parties. Sushi bar very disappointed as we were celebrating a birthday that I had advised in booking and when I arrived but no mention to our daughter birthday. Singer sang 2 songs in 2 hours. Not as advertised
