Great location in the heart of the Old town. Friendly stuff. Clean, spacious rooms. There is a swimming pool as well, but we haven't used it in February. Breakfast was all right..

More fruits and vegetables in the breakfast menu would be good!

Very nice & cosy boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia, great interior design, nice staff, very clean room and super comfortable bed.

The breakfast offer could be bit better, no proper coffee machine just nespresso. There is clear black glass wall between the room and shower. Part of glass should be opaque for privacy.

Location was excellent. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Accommodation was clean and well serviced each day.

Bedroom storage could be improved. We didn't like the low height of the shower and the door in clothes hanging area opening back to block off sink and we would prefer sink in the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell on entering the room. Breakfast area not very inviting.

There's a pre-checkin process which turned out to be completely useless because check in was manual anyways and took too long. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, which is not the same management of the hotel. It is just Ok. There's variey, but cold eggs, hard "jamon" and not as fresh of bread. Maybe we were just unlucky

No coffee maker in the room.

Modern, stylish, clean, spacious, perfectly located, mini supermarket opposite, reasonably priced car park nearby, helpful and friendly staff on reception.

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. We paid for breakfast and the hot selection was kept warm and the yoghurts were not refrigerated. Gluten free options restricted to lemon cake (no bread, crackers or cereals). Fruit options limited to apple, orange or kiwi.

Very convenient location to visit the city centre. Very big room. Nice design.

There wasn't any drawer or shelf to store clothes inside the wardrobe. Only the pole to hang on the jackets. The room has plenty of space and it looked, despite the design, that somebody wasn't good enough to finish the interior of the wardrobe. Also, the terrace was closed and although it was announced that the swimming pool was closed during this season I think it would be a good point to have the chance to sunbathe for a short time.

The size of the room and the bed was wonderfully comfortable! The location was excellent.

The lighting in the room and the shower were trying to be flash and modern but, actually , simpler would be much better !

Room was very comfortable and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The painted ceiling was great - our very own Sistine Chapel! The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Was not keen on having the washing basin in the bedroom, would have preferred a more conventional layout with a separate bathroom. Also the high chairs and tables were not very comfortable for eating breakfast. Both minor issues though.

Reception staff are excellent. Location is perfect for exploring the city. Decor is cool minimal.

Shower got blocked and lady poured chemicals down in front of us to unblock. Not best soundproofing to street below so woken up early but street sweepers. Didnt use the roof pool. Small area with room for only 4ppl to sit. No other hotel facilities of note. No lounge. No bar or place to have a coffee anytime away from breakfast.

The place in the city center, the comfort of the bed, the size of the room, the small chill area with swimming pool on the roof top, the “Carrefour market “ city market just in front, the good information provided by the staff, a kid seat for the taxi during transfer to airport (but not for the breakfast room???)

Ok for a romantic trip as a couple but not adapted to trip with friends or family trip with children: the bathroom is open (toilets and shower behind glass door, no intimacy), the breakfast place very narrow with high tables and no children seats (dangerous to let a 3 years child on a high stool!). Additionally the breakfast place is very soon saturated as there is only one small coffee machine for everyone: such hotel would deserve professional equipment.

Great location, very friendly staff and a good size room. Quiet location, with some low levels of noise from the street below during the night. Nothing of real concern though.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast room was very small, quite dark (badly lit and dark decor) and offerings on the buffet varied from one morning to the next. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, but felt a little 'over designed' with a slightly strange layout of toilet and washbasin.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of Valencia and made a great base for an active city break with most sights in easy walking distance. Being just a few minutes walk from the nearest metro stop the hotel was also well placed for making trips slightly further afield. We had a fantastic room (Junior Suite) in terms of both size and comfort and the staff were always cheerful and helpful.

A very minor issue - a wider variety of drinks, fruit and pastries at breakfast would have been nice but the brakfast provided was perfectly adequate.

The location was perfect, close to the center yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were quite spacious and nice. The staff are super friendly and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

The internet was a bit flaky at times.

The location of this hotel was perfect and the room was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the bed was amazing!

The breakfast was a little smaller than expected but we were there off-season so that was understandable. The Wi-Fi also disconnected constantly so was tricky to use.

The receptionist when we checked in was incredible. She was the most helpful person, gave us a list of restaurants and bars to go to - all of which were 10/10. The hotel's location is perfect and everything is accessible by foot.

The bathroom was in the bedroom with no privacy. I am not really into showering in front of my mother... Windows looked straight into residential housing - we felt as though we were intruding on peoples personal space. The pool area restricts the number of people allowed at any single time with an hour limit - not the best way to entice people to want to use it.

Breakfast was a simple continental spread. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was a sock left in the room from previous guest so it could have been cleaner. But overall the rooms were lovely

The hotel is in a great central location - we got the Metro from the airport to Xàtiva station, then walked 10 minutes (all flat) to the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and trendy, with a lovely rain showerhead and comfortable, large bed. Staff spoke reasonable English and were friendly.

Not super cheap, and would have liked breakfast to be included for the price. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

Given that it's not a cheap accomodation, the breakfast could have been richer, few choices, no vegetables..

Brilliant location, very clean and comfortable rooms - but the stand out was definitely the staff - super helpful and friendly and gave us some great recommendations too! Pool was a nice bonus to cool off at the end of the day :)

The staff was very nice / location, quality really good: located in a calm area / pool is a nice plus if you want to cool down after a day of visiting

Some small practical issues: for example the closet and the bathroom sink were next to each other. if you wanted to open the closet, the other person could not access the bathroom sink, the balcony has no real use if you are located in the back of the hotel / The breakfast is really poor: nothing is fresh, very little choice and no variety between breakfasts. That’s a working point I’ve already read here. The breakfast is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel

Exceptional location and great value in the heart of the city. Staff were amazingly helpful and happy. Rooms were a great size, we had a suite. Although missing coffee facilities etc, this is a great 3 star hotel ! Great booking system for the pool

The pool is small so you have to book a 1 hour slot to use. It wasn’t a problem getting a slot but also wasn’t ideal as it means you have to plan out your day and is less flexible. We paid the extra for a pool with a hotelbut probably used it less because of this, than we would have usually. Room set up is a little unusual with the toilet, shower and sink all separate. Again, not a problem but didn’t allow for much privacy. Also no coffee making facilities.
