Perfect location Staff was helpful

Aircon was bit loud but not very effective

It was amazing stay in MYR. We had beautiful room 305 overlooking the market. Out room was kept clean everyday and housekeeping replenished towels and coffe pods. Breakfast menu is limited but it had actually everything we needed - jamon for breakfast made my day. But i can imagine that demanding guests and people living in vanity may have problem with this :). We tried also spa, which is small but lovely. We wanted to go again later but we had big schedule so we didnt make it. Front office ladies on night shift always helped us - we mainly met two ladies, but i do not remember names - one started with G. Altogether we loved our stay in Myr and this hotel, rated as 4 star, makes service worth of 5 star.

Some people not might like noise from street, which personally we didnt mind at all.

Do you know those trips where the accommodation is so incredible that it makes you want to revisit the city? This is one of them. The location is unbeatable, right in front of Mercado Central. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the city center on foot—beautiful, vibrant, and surprisingly peaceful. It's also just a 2-minute walk to several supermarkets and surrounded by fantastic boutique restaurants offering authentic and affordable meals. We've stayed here multiple times, in different rooms, and each visit has been exceptional. The rooms are modern, newly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the kitchens are impressively well-equipped for those who prefer cooking. The staff deserves special mention—they are consistently amazing. Always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind, they truly enhance the experience. The spa, though compact for a city-center location, is well-maintained and feels brand new. The massages are a must-try and were a highlight of our trip. This place is 100% recommended, whether you're traveling with kids or without. We will undoubtedly return. A big thank you to the staff for making every stay so memorable!

staff were very helpful. room comfortable. everything we needed in the kitchen for a short stay. one free spa visit was a plus. Good location in the centre of the city. Opposite market which is worth a visit.

The shower did not have much power. The water in the spa hot tub was not hot, just warm. The steam room was very good. The tiling in the spa around the hot tub was extremely slippery, with or without slippers. The lighting in the bathroom was poor.

Hotel at a very central location, near restaurants and shops with a private parking,if you seek for a busy neighborhood.Zero noise though when you closed the windows .Room was spacious (superior suite, 1st floor) with great facilities and well furnitured. Great spa area.

The entrance system with the Bluetooth key can be hard for older people or people with no smartphones. The lighting in the room was poor. The breakfast was a la carte, not so many choices.

On each floor there is a door after the elevator to access the rooms. But the doors are NOT soft closing. When any guests enter or leave their room, they open this door which then slams and creates a noisy hotel which would otherwise be quiet. Not pleasant!! too noisy to rest or sleep properly.

The hotel was located in city center just a few blocks from the Central Market and within walking distance to many destinations, restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and were happy to arrange a taxi for us for the day we were leaving. We visited the restaurant in the hotel for lunch and the food was great. We really loved the space, as the room was quite large and we had access to a small kitchen. There was a small supermarket right around the corner that we got a few necessities from. We were also close to key train and bus routes for getting around the city which was very helpful for us. We also got massages at the spa that were quite relaxing. We then enjoyed the baths as well.

It's practically in front of the Central Market. You're in a middle of numerous good cafes and restaurants.

Wardrobe lights would have been useful but it's just a minor inconvenience.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very central and opposite the main market. It's in a cool area with many nearby bars ands restaurants. we stayed in a deluxe suite with two lovely big windows overlooking the square. We thought it might be noisy with the market setting up in the mornings but the room was very quiet. Breakfast was average and it was challenging to get our coffees replenished.

The stupid circular sofa which took up a huge amount of space in the room and was completely pointless. Wifi was also very slow.

amazing staff, cleaness and breakfast! in a strategic location in the city center and very nice rooms with planty of space and good coffee machine. on the last day we had to leave earlier and the concierge organize for us breakfast to go! super kind!

the main market square could be quite noisy in the night time , but it's predictable.

The spa needed renovating and updating

The location of the hotel is the best you could get. Staff are very friendly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with everything you needed for yourstay , comfortable bed, good quality mattress, Nespresso coffee machine , bottled mineral water, fridge....The receptionists provided exceptionally good service, helpful and efficient.

We stayed in the apartment complex close to the hotel. Very clean, lots of space and comfortable bed. Staff are very helpful. Wonderful location!

Walls between apartments seem to be paper-thin. Also, early morning street noise is annoying. We will stay here again, but next time will bring ear plugs.

Everything was great. The second bathroom was an extra which we really appreciated together with the coffees and water everyday. The cleaner dropped my daughter's perfume whilst cleaning by mistake and was replaced with a bigger one. Nothing to complain about. Position, cleanliness and comfortability. Keep it up and thank you

We stayed at the hotel from 8/30/24 through 09/07/24 and it was a very comfortable and positive experience. The hotel is situated in a perfect location across from the Mercado Central de Valencia. The location will allow you to venture the Old City of Valencia by bike, scooters, and foot. Public transportation is readily available nearby in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from. The MYR Plaza Mercado & SPA is lucky to have the front door services staff members Giada, Karina, Stephania, Gabriela, Jessica, Nelson, and Javier were extremely professional, accommodating, and kind. They made our stay a very positive and enjoyable experience. We had various interactions with Nelson & Javier who are wonderful PEOPLE and provided us with a lot of information on the surrounding area. We appreciate them so much! If the opportunity exists to stay there again we would not hesitate. Muchas gracias por todo y hasta la proxima! - Familia Meléndez

This is not a dislike but something that did happen. We had two separate times that lighting and air conditioning was lost due to some electrical issues but the hotel management worked through them and made it right! We appreciate the attention to detail to our concerns and the quick resolution to resolve the problem

Fantastic location. Spacious room, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Onsite parking was a bonus. All the staff were wonderful.

Being in the city centre it was a little noisy with windows open (but fine once shut). Had to request reception to switch off air con - would be good to be able to do that from the room.

I liked the location, the room and the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was outstanding and I had everything I needed.

The only reason why I gave 8 instead of 10 is because partly I booked and paid the premium because of the SPA. I was disappointed when I found out that I can use it for 1 hour only through out the entire 4 days even though I technically paid a room for two people but I was alone. I expected to have the opportunity to use it every day even for 1 hour only.
