The location can’t be beat. It was right in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere.

The breakfast was well worth 16 euros/day. Several courses and you could order as much as you like (e.g. more than one thing that appealed on a course's options). The location cannot possibly be beat as its so close to the Mercado Central, and so many fine restaurants and stunning architecture.

I was hoping for a hot jacuzzi dip but the temperature to be sure suitable for all was way too low for me to enjoy. I was in jacuzzi for less than a minute. I am used to 102 or 103 degrees but this doesn't suit everyone. I understand.

This boutique hotel is within easy walking distance of many historic landmarks, attractions, shops, eateries, bars & city buzz. It's roughly 15 minutes drive away from the famous City of Arts & Sciences. Room: nicely designed, comfortable, quiet & spotlessly clean. I had a suite at the top floor with the view of the market square - really enjoyed watching people & activities go by whenever I was in the suite. Mobile Bluetooth is used to open the hotel room door instead of a key/card - convenient, secure, contactless experience & efficient. If mobile is not possible though, they have cards. Toiletries: hand gel, hand/body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner... I fell in love with them! My skin & hair felt so nice after every use; such a lovely detail that elevated my experience. Staff: cordial, especially the ladies at the reception desk who were genuinely friendly, very professional & always ready to offer assistance or local recommendations with a smile. B'fast: mix of continental & cooked options, slightly limited, but hearty & delicious. Consisted of choosing 3 plates. A starter: choice between 3 bread-based options, a main: choice between 3 egg-based options (scrambled/fried, omelet or eggs Benedict with salmon/bacon/avocado) accompanied with a side salad, & a dessert: choice between fruit, yoghurt or croissant. Try the freshly squeezed orange juice, very famous in Valencia. Drinks during b'fast are free flowing, so you can ask for more as many times you wish. It was the perfect way to start each morning & kept me full & fueled for hours. Spa area: not big but well-equipped with jacuzzi, water fountain, warm pool, cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation area, bathrooms & lockers. 4 people in all would be comfortable; in fact I like that they keep a booking system so that it doesn't get crowded unnecessarily.

I loved the hotel & the points mentioned below didn’t really affect my stay overall but worth mentioning. B'fast: would suggest improving the selection by adding a wider variety of items, like more local specialties, cereals, pastries, meats, cheeses, cold cuts & desserts, to cater to diverse guest preferences & enhance satisfaction. Lighting: would suggest adding light at the entrance of the suite, above the bed & near the wardrobe. WiFi: would suggest improving the reliability, stability & make it more high-speed.

Great location, great staff. Clean and comfortable room. We took the family room, which is a one bedroom apartment. And surprisingly it has 2 bathrooms, so that's a big plus for us. On the checkout day we had to leave early in the morning, so the hotel provided packed breakfast for us, and helped calling a taxi.

The family room is located in a different building from the receptionist and breakfast room. So it's a bit uncomfortable to go to breakfast in the morning especially when it's raining and still dark outside.

The provided WiFi is an insult! When it worked, the maximum speed was 0.3 mb There is also lack of light in the bathroom making difficult to shave myself in front of the mirror

Clean and tastefully renovated rooms designed for guest comfort. The rooms feel and smell very fresh with excellent AC and amenities. Despite being in the heart of the old town, the rooms are wonderfully quiet. Every staff member is exceptionally cordial and helpful.

Fantastic location as you could reach all historical sights by foot. Plenty of bar and restaurants around. Very spacious and clean room. Parking underground was good. Comfortable big beds. All the staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Hotel staff were an absolute credit - cheerful, efficient and genuinely friendly. Their warm hospitality set the tone for an enjoyable stay and made us feel instantly welcome.

Location is perfect ... literally you are in the centre of all main city attractions ... staff is very friendly and extremely helpful

There were tooooo many fantastic things about this property. 1. The staff fabulous, each and everyone was a delight to speak with. So helpful and genuine. 2. The location was excellent. Right opposite the local market and great cafés around 3. The room was extremely spacious and they had a small kitchenette including a microwave and a proper refrigerator in the room and plates. A coffee machine with pods.

Very rarely you come across a property or stay where everything is perfect. This was one those. My entire group of 4 loved the experience.

We loved the aesthetics of the property. Plush and we'll maintained. Location was good. Staff was really warm and helpful.

The staff and service during our stay were exceptional. The room was cleaned daily. The facilities were really good, we were able to cook dinner and enjoy it overlooking the street. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean and modern. The location was right in the middle of the old town, with everything walking distance. The beach was also easy to get to with the bus only a 2 minute walk away. The staff even greeted us on our anniversary with a bottle of wine and a lovely message. Overall was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend booking here. We would love to return.

We stayed in one of their apartments which we really liked. Super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant!

The gym and spa are so dated. We booked it for this and it was really disappointing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were great , communication was excellent it was very efficient, I was very impressed ! Decor was great too and the spa was a great touch !

Up until the morning I would have given this 10/10 but My only complaint was that the rooms walls must be thin as I was woken up by my Neigbour moving around and blow drying their hair. So I had to take a point off for that .

It was very clean and had a fantastic location. The room was very spacious and even had a kitchen within it which was a lovely touch. I stayed for a birthday and they even left a card, balloons and chocolate out to welcome the birthday boy as well as a complimentary drink which made his day. The staff were absolutely amazing, fantastic and kind and so so helpful.

The lights in the room were all beautiful. However, they aren’t very bright which made doing makeup and getting ready a little frustrating and there’s no iron in the room but other then that this was such an incredible stay !!

Opening door by application didn't work. Finally they gave us card for the door opening. It is very bad idea to open door with application - the card or code are much better. The breakfast was not in nice environment and the food was very restricted.

The location is perfectly located near major sightseeing attractions, restaurants and public transit. The hotel amenities, staff, cleanliness were far above my expectations. I would highly recommend this place and definitely would return.

The balcony isn’t a balcony, it’s just a railing outside the French doors and the pool is not a swimming pool, it’s one of those small jet/spa pools. I would suggest that they don’t advertise the suites as having balconies as they are fab anyway, and make it clear the pool is a small spa pool. But overall it is a fabulous place in the heart of the city
