MYR Plaza Mercado & Spa, Valencia

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very centered so closed to the most of attraction and shopping street. The room was very spacious and the AC was working perfect. A coffee at the hotel bar is one of the best coffee i ever had.

Amazing location right across from the market and many tourist sites in the neighborhood including great restaurants. Came with elderly parents with walking challenges so appreciated the elevator and closeness to the market. Staff was friendly. Area was safe and clean. Didn’t have time to use the spa but enjoyed the complimentary wine upon check in.

The apartment was great - in addition to the perfect location, we really enjoyed the space itself - master bedroom plus a living area with a pullout couch for the kids, classic floor-to-ceiling windows with balconies on both. Two full bathrooms, one of them with a balcony that made it feel extra special. Sparkling clean, housekeeping was amazing. The staff were also fantastic– so kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything and gave us great tips on how to start exploring Valencia. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived.

The fact you had to always take your phone out to be able to unlock the room door to get back in. If I am just going for breakfast or out for a coffee I don’t always want to take my phone. It was very cleaver but also a nuisance

Literally cant think of a better place in Valencia to stay. Its right in the center of town next to one of the biggest markets in Valencia (walking distance). It has underground parking and a kitchen in the room so we cooked a lot of our own food and it was very convenient. Super clean and staff was the best I dealt with in Spain.

The room itself was spacious, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The view from the window was stunning

The reception /front desk staff is amazing. Lina is the BEST! They made our stay very good, from the parking, which is challenging, to dinner reservations to wifi, they are the difference!!! We had breakfast once at the restaurant, it was good too. Location is busy but close to everything. The room was big enough for 3 adults. It looks like a new property.

Our Junior Suite unfortunately was an interior, no view, super dark, especially the bathroom! It’s also painted in dark colors, very modern but too dark for my taste. Maybe better lighting ? The bathroom too dark but good size and we liked the shower. The towels need some help. Wifi not the best! Didn’t work but they provided a router and it was perfect.

Isolation. You could hear everything from the room next to ours. the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable

Situated diagonally across from Central Mercado and beside lots of cafes, restaurants and markets. 2 minutes from Silk Exchange and walking distance to multiple plazas and sights. We walked along the Turia Gardens (Valencia River Park) to City of Arts and Sciences. Staff were very pleasant and oriented us to our whereabouts with a city map. Room was very soundproof with the markets and plaza right outside. I loved opening the large windows and sitting watching all the activity in the plaza. Room had electric kettle and espresso maker as well as mini kitchen. Exceeded my expectations.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The sheer frienlyness of staff when I arrived on my own very early in the day. My partner was arriving late evening. I did not have to ask for a map. It was automatically given to me with directions I needed to meet my tour. My luggage was placed in store. The sit down breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice. The room was amazing. My partner wants to return to the same room when next visiting Valencia. The location was great and so were the cleaning staff. We enjoyed the free drink and the one hour free at the Spa.

The location of the hotel was superb. It is so near the Central Market. There was a great atmosphere on the street right outside the hotel. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was great and the restaurant outside was a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.

Spa does not have a sauna, the shower and the cold plunge pool were broken (they did communicate this), they still charge full price for the Spa and you have to pay extra for swimming cap (the next hotel we stayed in you do not have to pay for these things)

The staff were very helpful. I was arriving very late at night and they arranged for the iron and ironing board to be left in the room so I could prepare for an early meeting the following day. Brilliant service and location

Superb position

Perfectly located to walk to many great shops and restaurants. Beautiful modern rooms and an incredible spa with a cold and hot tub and sauna. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks were a nice touch.

We stayed 5 nights. The hotel was very close to most important monuments. Our room was very spacious, overlooked the market square and it was very bright. Every member of the staff was excellent. They were accommodating, polite, provided restaurant recommendations. The gym was very simple and uninviting and poorly equipped. The spa was a mixed bag. The steam room barely had any steam, but the jacuzzi and the waterfall treatment were terrific. The spa was also a bit worn. The breakfast was plentiful, a la carte and the food was good. The restaurant served very good meals.

Everthing is to like at this hotel. Beatuful hotel, lacation accross from the Central Market (Mercado / Mercat). The room we has was very large, impecable and even with the location right on the square was silent for sleeping. Be sure to reserve parking with the hotel. It is very convient. The staff is world class. We have staid in many hotels over the years in Valencia from the beach to the center city - this is by far the best.

The hotel is in an excellent central location. At first, the entrance took us by surprise as it was small and a bit hard to spot, but then again, we are right in the heart of Valencia. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating—always smiling, professional, and friendly. Upon our arrival, they even surprised us with a thoughtful, unexpected gift to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We were truly touched. We’ll definitely be back!"

Excellent location, helpful staff and a clean room.

The wifi at the hotel was rather slow. The staff, who were very helpful, gave us a portable wifi device, but unfortunately it did not work well either, because of the heavy load on the 4G system.
