It was very clean and had a fantastic location. The room was very spacious and even had a kitchen within it which was a lovely touch. I stayed for a birthday and they even left a card, balloons and chocolate out to welcome the birthday boy as well as a complimentary drink which made his day. The staff were absolutely amazing, fantastic and kind and so so helpful.

The lights in the room were all beautiful. However, they aren’t very bright which made doing makeup and getting ready a little frustrating and there’s no iron in the room but other then that this was such an incredible stay !!

Opening door by application didn't work. Finally they gave us card for the door opening. It is very bad idea to open door with application - the card or code are much better. The breakfast was not in nice environment and the food was very restricted.

The location is perfectly located near major sightseeing attractions, restaurants and public transit. The hotel amenities, staff, cleanliness were far above my expectations. I would highly recommend this place and definitely would return.

The balcony isn’t a balcony, it’s just a railing outside the French doors and the pool is not a swimming pool, it’s one of those small jet/spa pools. I would suggest that they don’t advertise the suites as having balconies as they are fab anyway, and make it clear the pool is a small spa pool. But overall it is a fabulous place in the heart of the city

The spacious room, the excellent location and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The ginormous bed and long soft pillows were an absolute pleasure.

It's a great hotel: very clean and seemingly quite new. It's located in the heart of Valencia's historical center: 10 minutes or less away from the Cathedral, Torres de Serranos, the Silk Exchange and multiple fabulous locations to eat. The ladies working at the reception are very welcoming and very professional. The restaurant, Rincón del Mercado, was really great as well, we had breakfasts and one dinner there. Definitely try the torrija!!!

There are little things that prevent me from giving a perfect score: for example, the shape of the bathroom sinks and the model of the taps was such that the water splashes uncontrollably, which led to my wife spraying pants / skirts with water on multiple occasions, to the point where she just started washing her hands at the kitchen sink instead. Also, even though we were in a penthouse suite that some stairs were leading to, we could hear any and all conversations at the fourth floor. As I already said, these are things of seemingly little significance but make the "9" score more appropriate than a "10".

I would say is the spa was good with the hydro pool and the ice bath , only thing is the steam room wasn’t hot and they’re was no sauna .

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The property is ideally located right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for sightseeing on foot or using public transportation. A major advantage is the secure private parking — a rare find in such a central location. The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed — whether it was adjusting the room for extra comfort or helping resolve a temporary issue with the Wi-Fi. The rooms are equipped with efficient and easy-to-use climate control, which made a real difference during the hot season. We stayed as a family with a child, and everything was well-suited for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very centered so closed to the most of attraction and shopping street. The room was very spacious and the AC was working perfect. A coffee at the hotel bar is one of the best coffee i ever had.

Amazing location right across from the market and many tourist sites in the neighborhood including great restaurants. Came with elderly parents with walking challenges so appreciated the elevator and closeness to the market. Staff was friendly. Area was safe and clean. Didn’t have time to use the spa but enjoyed the complimentary wine upon check in.

The apartment was great - in addition to the perfect location, we really enjoyed the space itself - master bedroom plus a living area with a pullout couch for the kids, classic floor-to-ceiling windows with balconies on both. Two full bathrooms, one of them with a balcony that made it feel extra special. Sparkling clean, housekeeping was amazing. The staff were also fantastic– so kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything and gave us great tips on how to start exploring Valencia. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived.

The fact you had to always take your phone out to be able to unlock the room door to get back in. If I am just going for breakfast or out for a coffee I don’t always want to take my phone. It was very cleaver but also a nuisance

Literally cant think of a better place in Valencia to stay. Its right in the center of town next to one of the biggest markets in Valencia (walking distance). It has underground parking and a kitchen in the room so we cooked a lot of our own food and it was very convenient. Super clean and staff was the best I dealt with in Spain.

The room itself was spacious, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The view from the window was stunning

The reception /front desk staff is amazing. Lina is the BEST! They made our stay very good, from the parking, which is challenging, to dinner reservations to wifi, they are the difference!!! We had breakfast once at the restaurant, it was good too. Location is busy but close to everything. The room was big enough for 3 adults. It looks like a new property.

Our Junior Suite unfortunately was an interior, no view, super dark, especially the bathroom! It’s also painted in dark colors, very modern but too dark for my taste. Maybe better lighting ? The bathroom too dark but good size and we liked the shower. The towels need some help. Wifi not the best! Didn’t work but they provided a router and it was perfect.
