Hotel Vincci Mercat, Valencia

Amazing location

On our arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and there was no problem getting our luggage stored. The location is very central to everything. The rooms were very comfortable, and the bed and pillows were amazing, very comfortable sleep. Overall I look forward to my next visit.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and perfect location near everything including the old town. We also loved that there was a playground right outside the hotel, which our daughter loved, and it was right next door to an amazing Italian restaurant, which we loved.

It’s on the pricier end and while it was a nice hotel, I don’t feel we got more value for it. Amenities were basic and water and coffee pods were not replenished regularly. Other than that- there are no complaints.

The location is really good. You have underground station close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and place to eat, to shop, just some meters from the hotel.

This is a modern hotel located right in the edge of the old town with only a 5 min walk to the centre. Parking is available under the hotel although access is via an adjacent street. Staff were very helpful and had good English.

Although soundproof room was advertised, the rooms next to you doors were always heard slamming, and chairs movements from above were also always heard.

I have been accommodated at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and the staff was lovely and helpful

There is 2 things that are excellent about the Hotel:1.The staff and 2.it’s central location.

Only minor draw back was the limited evening time menu but the top notch buffet breakfast made up for it!

Super comfortable beds, fairly spacious rooms, great showers, good breakfast, and EXCELLENT location

Didn’t have streaming services on tv or screen share. If you want to wind down to watch anything it’s either Spanish channels, a hdmi cord + laptop, or streaming dongle (appleTV etc)

Breakfast excellent,location excellent and staff excellent. Room not super large but big enough for a city break and old style hotel which we loved . Bonus ,little pool on the roof where you can sit and have a drink also . We did not try their lunch menu but it looked good . It is in the heart of the old town and restaurants within walking distance and the old market, town hall etc

Being extra critical ,a larger room but we only paid for the basic one . The pool was small but set on the roof and could understand why it was small .

Lovely hotel, very well positioned and the pool is an added bonus.

The grey colour scheme is a little dark.

The beds are so wide and the most comfortable I ever slept in in my life!

The hotel was in a perfect location for the city centre, the room was a great size, staff were super friendly and very helpful, the pool was an added bonus and made relaxing a real joy!

Amazing location, right in the heart of the town, able to walk everywhere! The parking was great, the rooms were so comfortable, clean and well maintained, staff so friendly and the pool was great!

Really was nothing to fault!

We were on a company away trip, 17 of us! The hotel was so accommodating and we really couldn't fault any of it. The location was perfect for us and so easy to walk to local attractions. The rooms were large, clean and quiet. The breakfast was brilliant. Our flight wasn't until late so after a bunch of activities around town the hotel allowed us to use the rooftop bar and pool which really was appreciated. Big thank you to Theresa and her team who made it all happen.

We could not fault this place, there is nothing I could add.

All was great

Very nice centrally located hotel (easily reachable from the main train station and the airport), very large and comfy bed, good breakfast choices, staff was friendly and helpful, there's a pool to cool down after exploring the city

The pool area is a bit small and tight when crowded; the coffee at breakfast was Nespresso capsules, would have preferred a "real" coffee machine - although these are minor complaints :)

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and was good value for money. The location of the hotel meant that everything was within walking distance.

Finding the car park to the hotel is very difficult and car parking in the city is expensive.

Spotty wifi

It was probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in. Was in a $450 in Zurich and this was nicer. Wanted to go back to the Vincci but was full and I was not surprised. I was bummed.

I chose this hotel for its central location, but was really pleasantly surprised at the high quality finish and superb facilities, everything was so clean, room a great size, lovely large modern bathroom too. The bed must have been super-king size and really comfortable. Staff were so friendly and Estefania was so welcoming. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I can’t think of any negatives.

The location is a perfect. The swimming pool on the top is nice. Prices for drinks and food in the hotel are decent. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds are good.

Likes more or less everything. I wouldn’t recommend to include the breakfast. The breakfast is okay, but not more than that. There are also some nice options around. So you could mix breakfast at the hotel with breakfast outside.

I really liked that it was so close to the old and new town. Few 100 metres to the Central Market and Silk Exchange. Staff were very helpful. Pool area while small is well laid out. Needed for the 32+ degree heat. Rooms were spacious with really good air conditioning.

The ‘pool’ and pool bar is not represented accurately they are much much smaller than the pictures and I s impossible to swim in the pool.

Great location. Has parking though you do have to be patient parking in the tight parking lot. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Need to make sure you choose the quieter part of the hotel as one side has more trucks going down the side and overall the hotel could do with a bit better noise insulation on that side

Good location, staff

We had stayed at this hotel 2 times, 1st time we had good rooms and were extremely happy. Unfortunately, the 2nd time they gave us a room for disabled people without telling us at the reception. Toilet, shower were built to accommodate disabled /old people and it was a bit awkward to use it. I wish they could tell us before giving us keys. Otherwise, it was good time.

The beds were super comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Maria on our arrival..
