The hotel has an atmosphere where you are expected, welcomed. Location - "creme de la creme" all is around of 15 min walk (sightseeings of old town, restaurants, bars), water with lemon wait you on the reception, staff is very friendly and helpful, as for me, very comfortable bed.

Excellent location of the hotel on a quiet street in the very center, close to all attractions and restaurants. A comfortable small room, a well-equipped bathroom with everything you need. The hotel's underground parking and a small rooftop pool only add to its appeal.

Location was great, very comfortable bed, room maintenance was excellent. Staff friendly. Breakfast was fresh and replenished.

Great accommodation at a very reasonable price, practically in the centre of Valencia. The hotel looks almost like new, the rooms are clean, spacious and newly decorated. The breakfast was really exceptional, as was the great and helpful staff. You can park in the hotel's underground garage, which is very convenient.

Our room had windows facing a side street, but that's the logical toll of the hotel's location.

The hotel was beautiful and the room felt luxurious. It was very clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Nice and quiet as well. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic location, 2 minute walk to the city centre or the market place. We absolutely loved our stay. My only regret was that it wasn’t for longer.

Everything was great!

Very big, comfy and equipped room. Very well located in the heart of Valencia. The staff was really friendly. The rooftop with the small pool is a small plus, although a bit underwhelming.

Huge and super comfy beds. Very attentive staff. Birthday surprise: bottle of cava brought to our room! Also, they offer late check out options for an extra amount.

Loved everything, the room was fabulous, very central location, breakfast was great. Shout out to Walid & Pako at reception, both very welcoming, chatty and enthusiastic everything you would want from reception staff at a hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff at the reception , clean rooms, comfortable bed and cushions. We came by car and had a parking right under the Hotel for a reasonable price

The double room was adequate and had good amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and there were no unpleasant surprises. Sadly, I wish the room was on a higher floor, but this would only have made the experience better.

Given the location, the noise from outside was a bit of an issue, and I would have preferred a quiet location, even if that meant a change of view. I wish the attendant checking us in had made us aware of the possibility of noise being a factor in the room that was selected for us.

Bed is like sleeping on a cloud and one of the best showers on my trip

Location

We usually stay at the Vincci Lys however thought we would give the Vincci Mercat a try. We found the location of the Mercat a few minutes closer to everything however we will return to staying at the Lys as the rooms are bigger, the breakfast room and selection better as well as lounge area. For an extra few minutes walk i would choose the Vincci Lys. If arriving by train it’s an easy walk with luggage over to Lys too. Either hotel is great, the Lys has the edge.

This hotel is gorgeous and calm in the centre of Valencia. The connecting family room is large and beautful with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was great. There is a small rooftop pool which would be great in the summer!

I found the bed to be too hard and the pillows to be extremely soft and spongey (memory foam?) I did not sleep too well because of this

Well-located hotel in the old centre of Valencia. Modern, clean rooms and public spaces. Friendly staff.

Front desk staff were friendly but lacking any real local knowledge and unable to advise on things like taxis, public transport status on Marathon weekend. They gave the impression that they didn’t think it was part of their job to provide or research this type of information for guests.

Location is perfect, a few steps from the market. We walked everywhere. The staff, in particular Esther, were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were really comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was lovely. Would stay there again. The city is beautiful, lots to see and do. We will be back and happy to return to Vincci Mercat..

It was a pity that the tv in the room had no english channels or an option to screencast. The coffee at breakfast was via espresso machines or a jug of americano. Neither of which resulted in a hot cup of coffee. It also doesn't seem to be eco-friendly given the espresso pods.

I stayed twice during my trips. Really enjoyed the hotel. Noise is little bothersome, but I understand it’s in the big city.

Very clean, front desk people were very helpful and informative.
