The location was excellent. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and huge. The breakfast was tasty and fresh and the staff were all very helpful.

We had a bit of a mix up about the breakfasts but this was resolved without any real problem.

Excellent location! Perfect walking distance to restaurants and old town sightseeing. Staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly.

The staff were so friendly. We travelled with our 1.5 year old and they were always so lovely to her giving her lots of attention. They also went above and beyond for my partner who was celebrating his birthday with birthday messages in the room and complimentary cava and cake. Besides the staff, the hotel was centrally located right next to really nice restaurants, a minutes walk to the Central Market and also right next to a playground for the kids. It's spotlessly clean, nice and air conditioned with a lovely pool and the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We will definitely be staying here and again and have already recommended to family.

Booking taxi from hotel ( staff very nice ) but each time i was booking taxi was double price of on the way back , staff kindly chase it and warned them as well

I stayed here many years ago and returned as a solo traveller lately. I still loved it! The staff were friendly and kind, I felt welcomed as a solo older woman, they could not do enough for me! They even turned down the music at the pool when I asked and got me shade, an extra pastry with my coffee, that kind of thing. Luxury without fuss.

Everyone was so friendly! The rooms were clean and modern. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Perfect for a weekend spent seeing the sites!Taxi to the beach was about €20 and it was a short walk from the hotel to the nearest taxi line.

The pool is a very short, shallow (1mt) plunge pool. I say this because the photos had me fooled :) Our room was also a bit smaller than I was expecting. But overall very nice stay!

The receptionist was super lovely. Location was right in the old town, so perfect. Room was very large, bed really big and comfy. Would recommend to book parking, it’s underground, as you will find it really difficult to find parking otherwise. Pool and outdoor bar was great.

Modern clean with small rooftop pool. Loved the location. Bonus being close to the central market. Nice daily breakfast. Great for drinks in the afternoon by the pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Maybe the addition of muesli to the breakfast bar would have been nice? There was a sign saying to ask for an anything you wished for but didn’t want to trouble the staff.

We enjoyed the area very much. Many conveniences in and around the hotel. Very walkable area. Hotel was also off the beaten path a bit so it was quiet. Great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Cathedral was nearby too.

Very good location, right next to the city centre. The staff at this hotel are excellent. Esther at front desk is exceptional. Everytime I have stayed at the hotel, she has always been readily available to help with directions and restaurant recommendations.

The breakfast was with limited options.

The hotel is in a great location to do sightseeing on foot. The rooms were of a generous size and very clean. The breakfast was very nice and the staff helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool is small but a plus on hot days.

The staff were all charming and helpful. We had a lovely room. The breakfast was outstanding.. Everything in the old town was in walking distance. Access to buses for destinations further afield were very good.

We loved Teresa at the front desk. She welcomed us and taught about Valencia and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. The rooftop is cute and the breakfast was great too.
