Well-located hotel in the old centre of Valencia. Modern, clean rooms and public spaces. Friendly staff.

Front desk staff were friendly but lacking any real local knowledge and unable to advise on things like taxis, public transport status on Marathon weekend. They gave the impression that they didn’t think it was part of their job to provide or research this type of information for guests.

Location is perfect, a few steps from the market. We walked everywhere. The staff, in particular Esther, were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were really comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was lovely. Would stay there again. The city is beautiful, lots to see and do. We will be back and happy to return to Vincci Mercat..

It was a pity that the tv in the room had no english channels or an option to screencast. The coffee at breakfast was via espresso machines or a jug of americano. Neither of which resulted in a hot cup of coffee. It also doesn't seem to be eco-friendly given the espresso pods.

I stayed twice during my trips. Really enjoyed the hotel. Noise is little bothersome, but I understand it’s in the big city.

Very clean, front desk people were very helpful and informative.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Few mornings there was a bit of noise from other guests doors closing/ banging. Could there be a softer closing thing added to the doors?

Lovely hotel in a super location, right in the heart of Valencia, but quiet. Really nice staff too! Super clean and comfortable.

Good location, room was very comfortable. Great lighting and blackout curtains. Bed was very large and comfortable and great toiletries included.

Not a show stopper but TV had limited UK content and what was available was blocky ie poor signal.

the poor service by housekeeping when they were requested by reception (in response to my request) to provide some extra black tea bags and milk. Eventually, the helpful receptionist had to go and find the duty housekeeping staff member and when found instruct them to respond and were told there no black tea bags left so the reception person had to personally go and find some and did. A lot of waiting around but eventual resolution.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious lovely big double bed. The shower was great, and the towels were lovely and soft. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice.

Lovely quiet and easy accessibility with free parking garage and the entire staff are very friendly

Unfortunately we had some awfully noisy neighbours that spoiled our night’s sleep but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Perfect breakfast! Quiet place. Just 5-10min walk from train station in one direction and 5-10min from the beautiful park from the other.

The location is perfect. The room is good, quiet with comfortable furniture. Tea and coffee making facilities are available. Breakfast is good, but the assortment is rather uniform.

The diversity of the breakfast assortment can be improved.

Fabulous hotel - The location was 1 minute walk to the main market and everything was so close by. The underground parking at the hotel was so easy for 19 euros a day. The rooms and quality of fixtures was really good. Beds very comfortable. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of items. We had 2 connecting rooms which worked perfectly for us. Nice plunge pool on the roof which we didn’t use.

Amazing location close to walk to both the older part and newer part of the city within walking distance. Quiet and safe area as far as i experienced. Very friendly staff, very kind and helpful. Helped me and my mum book 2 excursions, taxi's , they also made sure that we had 2 separate beds for our stay as my mum has arthritis and needs her own bed. They also gave us a bagged up breakfast as our flight was leaving early in the morning and would not have the time to eat it before leaving. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and lovely soft sheets. I would definitely recommend the quality of the beds compared to many other hotels i have stayed in. Extra pillow provided which is a bonus. Wonderful shower , a rain shower but also a hand held one with excellent water pressure. Great towels not too small. Nice products provided for showering, such as sensitive scalp shampoo i think this was nice as somebody that suffers with sensitive scalp i appreciated this detail. The breakfast buffe was great , specially the scrambled eggs and bacon. Lots of juice options and hot drinks, pastries, bread, Homemade Yogurt etc. Has a easy to use safe for your belongings ! Ps there is also a lovely Italian near the hotel if you fancy it! Not that you travelled to Italy but you get my point! Had an amazing pizza there and tiramisu !

I cannot fault this hotel it was a great overall and would stay here again definitely, If anything it would be that i had some issues trying to connect my phone to the tv as i wanted to watch something through my phone however it did not allow me. However if you had a HDMI cable i think this problem would of been solved which i did not have. The hairdryer was not very good at all in my opinion it was very weak, this could be improved.

Vincci Mercat is the perfect hotel to stay in downtown Valencia. Chique interior, pleasant atmosphere and amazing helpful hotel personnel. Location is wonderful. Amazing value for money. 10/10. After a wonderful stay I realized (a few days later) I forgot my jacket including important documents in the closet of my hotel room. Esther and other hotel staff helped me tremendously to return my belongings to me. Thank you very much again and I will definitely visit this hotel again!

The location of the hotel is a minute or two walk from many nice sights including Central Mercado. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The small pool on the roof is a nice touch and unusual benefit in the city

Amazing location

On our arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and there was no problem getting our luggage stored. The location is very central to everything. The rooms were very comfortable, and the bed and pillows were amazing, very comfortable sleep. Overall I look forward to my next visit.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and perfect location near everything including the old town. We also loved that there was a playground right outside the hotel, which our daughter loved, and it was right next door to an amazing Italian restaurant, which we loved.

It’s on the pricier end and while it was a nice hotel, I don’t feel we got more value for it. Amenities were basic and water and coffee pods were not replenished regularly. Other than that- there are no complaints.

The location is really good. You have underground station close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and place to eat, to shop, just some meters from the hotel.

This is a modern hotel located right in the edge of the old town with only a 5 min walk to the centre. Parking is available under the hotel although access is via an adjacent street. Staff were very helpful and had good English.

Although soundproof room was advertised, the rooms next to you doors were always heard slamming, and chairs movements from above were also always heard.

I have been accommodated at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and the staff was lovely and helpful

There is 2 things that are excellent about the Hotel:1.The staff and 2.it’s central location.

Only minor draw back was the limited evening time menu but the top notch buffet breakfast made up for it!
