Close to beach, good breakfast, friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nites, one nite in a fancy suite facing the ocean, the second nite in a small room facing away from the beach. The smaller room was much better because we couldn't hear the Disco music that was playing on the beach til 4 AM.

Location AMAZING though the music is unbearable - but that's not the hotel's fault!

- Beware of the “pool”, its more of a bathtub, only 30 cm deep - Breakfast can be found cheaper and better in the surroundings - Lounge and public area could be improved, does not really invite to sit down and read. - Rooftop terrace could be improved by serving drinks

The construction works underway at property - we had intentionally chosen this hotel for quiet and being out of the immediate city. Once we told the staff they were apologetic and upgraded our room to a junior suite on the 3rd floor away from the noise - we appreciated this. We then realised Thursday / Friday night there is a night club nearby and it was playing dance music until 3am so no sleep. We did not see this nor the construction works noted on the booking platforms / hotel website - had we, we might have chosen differently

Excellent location

Breakfast could be more diversified. It is tasty but still could be improved with more products.

Location for all beach amenities and transport into city centre.

First room was an inside room with window overlooking lift atrium. No view, no fresh air. Asked to be moved. No extra cost. Rooftop spa wasn't working. Looked like it needed a deep clean.

The beds were super comfortable, the rooms a good size. We had a room overlooking the beach which was nice.

Unfortunately the Bar at the Marina was beyond LOUD! Music going I Tim at least 3:30 every morning. No fault of the hotel but it was unbearable. I think having a room on the other side of the property facing the town would have been better. No view but at least I may have been able to sleep!

The location was great for access to the beach and was simple to reach with a taxi. The facility was well kept, the breakfast buffet and restaurant was great. The staff were also very accommodating.

We didn't like the instant coffee setup in the room but the machine at breakfast made up for it. We requested one room to have a single king but we got (2) twins butted up so not ideal.

We had a lovely stay the location of the hotel is perfect for beach lovers and the very convenient for the local restaurants and bars. The hotel had a very chilled vibe perfect for a relaxing holiday.

There is a night club fairly close to the hotel which playing loud music till late one night.

The surroundings felt unsecured at night, especially in front and back of the hotel. More police presence will be appreciated.

Great location right next to the beach, a little drive into the city centre but a well designed hotel with spacious comfortable clean rooms.

The pool area is more of a shallow puddle and not worth the effort if you’re looking to enjoy lying around a pool. The breakfast was average for the standard of the hotel.

We had ordered 2 rooms attached or a suite. One room was bigger than the other charging the same price. Room window facing a Wall is the worst thing a hotel can construct. We did not get the ocean view and we were locked out for almost 90 minutes when one of the main doors to our suite could not open with the hotel's electronic key system. It was pass midnight and we were damn tired after travel and roaming around for the entire day. It took hours for their repair guy to fix their electronic keys. The staff was quite nice and did offer us some amenities which we enjoyed for the remaining 2 days.

The location was excellent.. Close to the beach and also very handy for buses and trams into city centte. A max of 15 min journey time for about a Euro.

It's right next to a VERY loud discotheque (Beach Club) that plays music so loud you can hear it in your room until literally 5 am.

Our room is close to a nightclub which plays music until the early hours. If you are a light sleeper you need to avoid certain rooms facing this way.

One of the reception staff was a little miserable. 

Perfect location, near beaches and restaurants. Very clean and tidy. The housekeeping was quick and easy. Place was generally well maintained and as you’d expect for a typical decent hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Hate to do this but the reception staff were rude, they avoided trying to help us for simple requests such as cups and towels etc. Was strange dealing with them face to face so we just did it via the room phone. Recommend management work on this, little things like this stop scores of 8+ because the customer service component of hotels should be a high priority. (Pool isn’t actually a pool, it’s more of a large shallow spa. Wasn’t a big deal though, still allowed us to cool off whilst sun bathing)

Great location on the beach. Room was spacious even with 3 adults. Bathroom was large with two sinks and lots of counter space. Great view of the beach from our room. Sea breeze kept us cool.

The water or pipes had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and poured cleaner and gave us air freshener, so I compliment them on problem-solving. It was not an issue after that. Trick to not minding the techno club noise is leaving the windows open until just before bed, then it will seem quiet when you close them! 🙂

Beach location was excellent. Very easy to get taxi. Hot tub and sauna was a nice feature. Easy walking distance to restaurants.

The bathroom could have been a bit more clean, especially the shower, and hairdryer.

Super modern hotel, stylish and lovely Juliet balcony! better than expected and great roof top views.

Paper coffee cups, not enough coffee or replacements. such a shame as it just unexpected after the rest of the hotel was so fancy.
