I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Great location for exploring the old town, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, air conditioning, complimentary tea, 24 hour reception.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Location was spot on! Room was small but immaculate, had everything we needed. Shower was amazing. Towels and toiletries provided. The room was cleaned each day, staff were more than helpful. My only wish was that we had tea / coffee making facilities in the room rather than having to go down to reception. Would recommend.

The staff were MUY SIMPATICO!! They allowed us to practice our Spanish, speaking slowly and giving us time to understand, even teaching us a bit - which was great as linguists!! They also provided free cakes/pastries in the morning from their family patisserie which was beyond the call of duty but just lovely!! SO friendly! The room was clean, the hostel was a great location - in the middle of everything but not noisy!

We genuinely have no complaints, nothing they could do better! Maybe just kettles in the room?!

Our stay here was very nice! Perfect location, 9min to everything! You are right in the middle of the centre. Really lovely and friendly staff that is always there if you need anything or just to have a chat. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms they were cleaned every day! There's tea and coffee station at reception with lots of space to sit down and relax. I mean, we couldn't ask for more. If coming back to Valencia will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely stay 🥰

Great location right in the middle of the old town and easy walking distance to all the neighbourhood sights. The shower was great and it was the first time I had seen an English TV program in weeks. I really appreciated having a lift up to my room. I didn’t hear any noise from the street, but I did hear people in the corridor late at night which woke me up. The staff were lovely and provided me with a map.

There seems to be a trend towards not having a fridge or kettle in the room with hot or cold drinks only available for purchase in hotels nowadays. With the hot summer it will be so nice to have some cold water readily available in the room. People walking around, opening doors and talking late at night on both nights that I stayed. Bit of a walk from the Valencia Nord railway station but not too bad.

Great service to have 24 hour staff. I needed a taxi at 4 am. The gentlemen called for me and he called in the morning again to make sure the taxi would arrive on time.

We loved and appreciated the helpful staff. Super friendly and accommodating. Comfy beds. Great showers/water pressure. AC was very comfortable.

Excellent little hotel in heart of old town. Nice little balcony and not too noisy for a city centre location. Room cleaned each day, fresh towels when required. Free tea and pastries in lobby. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the place is very secure with 24/7 desk.

Coffee and a safe in the room would be ideal.
